COD Mobile Season 7 Release Date

While the end of COD Mobile Season 6 is almost here, Season 7 is all ready to get released.

The new Season 7 will not only bring new maps, events, weapons but will also bring a new Battle Pass. Players will be able to earn a lot of free as well as premium rewards by completing the Battle Pass.

COD Mobile Season 7 Release Date

Till now, Activision didn’t officially announce the release date. However, if you take a look at the Battle Pass countdown section, it will indicate that Season 7 will start on 27th August at 12:00 AM UTC.

You will be able to download the official update from Play Store and App Store.

According to a teaser, the Monastery map will be available globally in Season 7.

Moreover, the Hades LMG and Crossbow will be introduced into the game with this update.

Cyberpunk 2077 1.3 Patch notes – minimap fixes, support for free DLCS and more

Patch 1.2 for Cyberpunk 2077 – the game’s second major update, introduced a huge list of changes such as increased NCPD spawn radius, Ray Tracing for AMD GPUs, and the ability to cancel fall damage while sliding was no longer possible. While Patch 1.2 boasted over 100+ fixes, Cyberpunk 2077 still felt a little rough around the edges and lacked proper QoL fixes.

Patch 1.3 addresses one of the game’s biggest issues: the minimap, which will now zoom out while driving so that players can navigate around turns easily. This basic feature, present in most open-world titles, was heavily requested since the game’s launch and frustrated PC players resorted to fanmade mods to implement a dynamic minimap.

Players can now reset their perks by spending Eddies (Eurodollars) in the game’s skill progression menu, surely a welcome quality of life change as players can now change their playstyles without starting a new playthrough.

The new update adds three new DLCs to the game along with a new “Additional Content” option in the game’s main menu.

List of free DLCs in Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 1.3

  • Johnny Silverhand’s Alternative Appearance – can be enabled in Settings in the “Additional Content” tab. 
  • Multilayered Syn-Leather Deltajock Jacket, Luminescent Punk Jacket – both available in the stash in V’s apartment after receiving a message from Viktor after completing The Ride. They’re of Rare/Iconic quality by default, Crafting Specs to craft a higher quality will also be unlocked. 
  • Archer Quartz “Bandit” – available as a reward or for purchase (depending on choices made by player) after completing Ghost Town and then receiving a message from Dakota or Rogue. If you haven’t received the message, make sure to be in the Badlands area and move further away from Dakota’s workshop. Dakota will also need a couple of days to contact you.

Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) officially launched for iOS platform

Krafton has officially released Battlegrounds Mobile India for iOS devices after teasing the release for a short while. BGMI has replaced the void left by PUBG Mobile in the country and has now received a full fledged launch in the country.

Battlegrounds Mobile India was initially launched in an open beta manner for android devices and that launch was soon extended to a complete official launch. The developers did not provide any support for iOS at the initial stages and players were awaiting for its launch for a long time.

Popular PUBG Mobile players and streamers used to prefer iOS phones or tablets as their go-to device for creating content or playing in competitive matches but this meta was changed when Battlegrounds Mobile India was launched.

Players did not have an option to select iOS initially and hence, many players made a switch from iOS to flagship android devices to play the game and practice for tournaments. Krafton promised to extend their title to a different platform very soon and delivered on it by releasing the game on iOS devices.

The developers also delayed their first tournament called BGIS and as speculated, the iOS launch took place before the tournament.

Krafton may also extend the list of supported devices to multiple iOS phones for Battlegrounds Mobile India Series and hence players have a choice to switch to whichever platform they prefer.

Fortnite Impostors Mode: New Fortnite LTM Inspired by Among Us

The new Fortnite v17.40 update has recently hit the live servers, and it has brought a bunch of new content to the battle royale. The newly introduced content that Fortnite 17.40 brings to the title include the Wonder Woman Fortnite skin, and the exciting Impostors Mode that seems to be an Among Us game mode within Fortnite. 

As stated in a blog post by Epic, the new LTM Impostors Mode is unlike the other LTMs we have seen before and is directly related to the vast Fortnite lore. Here’s what you need to know about the new Among Us inspired game mode in Fortnite. 

Fortnite Impostors Mode

Similar to Among Us, the new Fortnite Impostors Mode requires a minimum of 4 players to play and a maximum of 10. Players will be able to queue for private and public matches separately depending on whether they want to play with their friends or random players across Fortnite. 

In a regular 10-player game, eight players will be automatically chosen as impostors while two players will be assigned the role of impostors. 

Fortnite Impostors Mode: How to Play

Here’s how players can hop in to a Fortnite Impostors Mode match:

  • Launch Fortnite
  • Install the latest update v17.40
  • Click on ‘Change mode’ in the lobby
  • Scroll to Impostors Mode
  • Select whether you want to play a private or public session
  • Click on ‘Play’

That’s it! You are now queuing for a Fortnite Impostors Mode game. 

Fortnite Impostors Mode: Rules, Mechanics and How to Win

Winning in the new Fortnite Impostors Mode LTM relies on similar mechanics to that in an Among Us game. 

Agents need to complete a list of assignments given to them, survive through the game and identify impostors while Impostors need to eliminate all of the agents to win. 

Similar to Among Us, Impostors can use various sabotages to help them score kills and get away safely. Impostors also have the option to start a Peely Party to disguise everyone with Peely outfits, making room for some easy kills.

NymN’s ‘Booba’ Emote Removed From Twitch For ‘Sexual Content’

Popular Twitch streamer Elias “NymN” Mlayeh was left puzzled after his channel’s ‘booba’ emote was removed from the platform for sexual content. 

Twitch emotes are an extremely popular way for viewers to communicate with each other and with streamers across the platform. In fact, some Twitch channels are also often seen enabling ’emote-only mode’ where viewers in the chat can communicate exclusively with emotes.

The popularity of emotes goes on to prove why the sudden removal of NymN’s ‘booba’ emote from Twitch has left fans dumbfounded. 

While NymN and his community are confused about the reason behind the removal of the ‘booba’ emote, Twitch has stated in a statement that the emote has been removed for “sexual content”

According to the streaming platform, it contained “imagery of sexual content or nudity, i.e ‘Gasm’-style emotes which contain sexualized torsos or bodily fluids.”

The Twitch star shared the email sent by the platform in a recent Tweet. 

The reasoning given by Twitch has caused visible confusion in the community since the emote doesn’t seem to contain any kind of apparent “sexual content”. Some have also questioned the platform for removing the ‘booba’ emote while the ‘kreygasm’ emote remains untouched.

It’s still unclear if NymN is gonna appeal to Twitch against the removal of the ‘booba’ emote or carry on without it.

ESPL 2021 Level 3 Day 2: Bangalore Ballistics Dominates The Day With No Losses

Esports Premier League 2021 Level 3 Day 2 concludes with Banglore Ballistics showcasing their dominance over the Chennai Celestials. Bangalore Ballistics won the match with a straight 5-0 victory without giving an inch to Chennai Celestial to have a comeback in the match. A total of 4 matches and 20 maps were played in clash squad mode today.

ESPL 2021 is a franchise-based league announced by India Today Gaming featuring a massive prize pool of Rs 25,00,000 distributed among the top 8 teams with the winner taking home a sweet Rs 12,00,000 prize in the grand finals scheduled on 29th August 2021.

With all the matches concluded for the day, let’s have a look at the scoreboard and the final standings for the teams.

ESPL 2021 Level 3 Day 2 Result

The first game of the day (L3M5) was played between Mumbai Marshals and Hyderabad Hydras. Mumbai Marshals easily the match with a comfortable 4-1 score. Mumbai Marshals had a dominant performance from the start only lost the final map by 1 round.

The second match (L3M6) was won by Rajasthan Reapers with a 3-2 lead against Kolkata Kaijus. The match was a treat watch from the start as both teams put up a tough fight. The first two maps were very close with Rajasthan Reapers claiming victory with only 1 round lead in both maps. The third map was a wash for Kolkata Kaijus as they lost the map with a 1-4 score. Kolkata Kaijus won the remaining 2 maps with a dominant dominant 5th map victory with a 4-0 score.

The third match was won by Delhi Dukes with a score of 3-2 over Punjab Paladins. Other than the first map, all the maps were washouts for the losing team. Delhi Dukes won 3 maps with a comfortable score of 4-0, 4-1, and 4-2 respectively.   

The last match was played between Banglore Ballistics and Chennai Celestials. The last game was the most exciting match of the series yet with Banglore Ballistics dominating Chennai Celestials. Team Banglore won the match with a win in all 5 maps. Team Chennai felt absent from the server as Banglore scored 3 maiden map victories with 4-0 scores. 

At the End of Day 2, the Leaderboard looks like the following:

  1. Bangalore Ballistics – 27 points
  2. Mumbai Marshals – 18 points
  3. Delhi Dukes – 18 points
  4. Hyderabad Hydras – 15 points
  5. Punjab Paladins – 15 points

M42 Esports announce Valorant roster and plans to invest $750K in Indian Esports

Meliora 42 Esports has entered Indian esports ecosystem by signing a powerpacked Valorant roster. This roster features former CS:GO pro and famous streamer Ankit ‘V3NOM’ Panth and his former teammate Akash ‘RiX’ More from Team Brutality. The Singaporean organization also plans to invest a large sum of $750,000 over the next three years.

Multiple sources close to TalkEsport have previously revealed that M42 Esports will sign this roster. The team features following players under their Valorant wing:

  • Ankit ‘Venom’ Panth
  • Akash ‘Rix’ More
  • Kalpesh ‘Sam’ Kotkar
  • Shelin ‘Hyper’ Verma
  • Anurodh ‘Em0’ Pashilkar

Jesus Garbayo, Chief Marketing Officer of M42 Esports talked about this signing and revealed the organization’s plans on their future investments. He said, “We are thrilled to welcome V3nom and his team to our roster, and are very pleased to have entered India with such a talented team. We truly believe in India’s potential to be an Esports Superpower in the near future, and the announcement of our Valorant roster is just the first step, as we are planning to invest over $750,000 in the Indian Esports Ecosystem over the next 3 years.”

Meliora 42 Esports also plans on signing multiple rosters in mobile esports ecosystem as well. Talking about this, Mr. Garbayo stated “We are working on putting together a team for BattleGrounds Mobile India, Call of Duty: Mobile and Free Fire so watch out for more exciting announcements. We are also working with our Local and Global partners to help develop grassroots infrastructure for Esports in India”

M42 Esports is also launching ‘Josudo’ amateur tournaments and coaching platform in India. Josudo is part of the M42 esports group, and is an online platform focused on easy-access tournaments for anyone to join at any time, regardless of their level of skill.

Ankit ‘V3NOM’ Panth is a household name in Indian Valorant circuit. He is well known for as respective figurehead in India and this announcement is certainly an exciting news for his fans.

Esports Premier League 2021 saw the completion of its first day of the Level 3 stage. A grand total of 20 matches were conducted in the clash squad mode ! ESPL 2021 is a franchise based league announced by India Today Gaming, the gaming and esports division of India Today Group. The tournament features a whopping prize pool of Rs 25,00,000 distributed among the top 8 teams in the grand finals scheduled to be held on 29th August, 2021.

The ESPL 2021  Level 1 featured amatuer and semi professional teams across the country which competed against each other to finish in the top 22 teams from each group. All the 88 teams who qualified which includes the top 8 teams were invited to the mainstage event. These teams competed in the level 2 phase out of which top 8 teams made it through the Level 3 stage. 

With all the matches concluded for the day, we have the overall standings of the teams with match wise results.

The first game of the series was played between Rajasthan Reapers and Bangalore Ballistics. Team Bangalore won the first best of 5 classic modes matches with 4-1 score. L3M2 was won by Punjab Paladins with 3-2 against Chennai Celestials.

The third game of the ESPL 2021 Level 3 day 1 was won by Delhi Dukes in a close match. They won by 3-2 score against Mumbai Marshals. L3M4 was won by Hyderabad Hydras with 4-1 score against Kolkata Kaijus.

The scoreboard after the completion of the round stands as follows:
