One thing we can’t doubt is that the esports industry is growing at an impressive rate. It has never been better than this in the past for the industry. We continue to see competitions from various parts of the world. Top gamers enjoy the booming sector as they get sponsorships and massive deals.
We even see celebrities switch to the industry and create incredible partnerships to bolster the online gaming world, giving it more credibility to others outside the industry. With the growing popularity, we’ve seen many brands in different industries try to get into the world by offering bettors the chance to engage in esports betting.
As we continue to see this growth, we believe there will be more industries coming in to join in the fun and development. It has been a remarkable journey for the fans that want to see their best players go head-to-head with others in various competitive leagues, and as a result, the price money keeps improving.
Therefore, we see an increase in the gaming industry with more people motivated to play and gain recognition. Also, since there is no need for physical strengths and attributes, regular talents can give it a shot, especially if they are hoping to gain limelight like their favorite super sports stars.
And since there are now many sports esports competitions, especially those organized by FIFA, we’re seeing sports fans go all in as it offers a chance to be part of the ecosystem. With the massive popularity of Football, FIFA games are becoming one of the most popular and played in the industry.
We’ve seen different leagues come up through the various features in the FIFA game, and we can see that the industry is growing, and there is no telling how far it will get. In that case, we would love to know if it can be as big as the actual sport or not. So, keep reading to see how the esports industry is growing, especially with virtual FIFA competitions, and if its close to catching up,
The Growth of eSports
The esports industry is growing to become more than just playing video games. It is now a massive industry worth billions of dollars with several divisions and categories. In that case, we see a gigantic switch since the worldwide lockdown when people were forced to embrace the online world.

With the growth rate, there are many projections from experts that the industry will keep growing at an impressive rate beneficial to the spectators, players, and especially the brands. Therefore, we can be sure that more people will flock to the esports world to support the different teams and players available.
Impact of Football and FIFA
Football has always been welcoming to different technological advancements and digital revolutions. Therefore, it is not a surprise that we see soccer at the forefront of the gaming world and that there are significant competitions based on the sport. With the mix from football, the esports world has grown much more comprehensive than before.
Many football fans now try to enter the industry as the top footballers spend some of their spare time playing different games, especially FIFA, on their various consoles. Therefore, the impact of football cannot be understated as it has helped the industry get bigger and more recognition.
As a result, the FIFA competition has become more extensive, and we now see sports fans become pro gamers, representing different teams and trying to win tournaments. There is the eFIFA world cup with teams representing various nations. We also have the Virtual EPL league recently won by the Norwich esports team.
Olympics and Future Projections
There have been talks that we might get to see esports get into the Olympics and find teams representing their nations as they battle it out. In that case, there are rumors that we might see a significant esports competition be introduced at the Paris 2024 Olympics, which would be a big push for the industry.
In that case, we can say that the future looks good for esports, and we will enjoy it more once the industry is fully integrated with the Olympics. The partnership would benefit both parties, and we think it would launch esports into a bigger pool of opportunities to meet different demography.
Our Thoughts
The esports industry is already on a steady rise, and there would be more to enjoy with the different exciting competitions available. Therefore, we think it is something that would keep getting better once we can have more brands join the train. So, we look to the future to see what it holds for the esports industry and the fans.
The Esports industry is growing, and we’re having some of the best games enter the industry. With the industry’s growing popularity, we keep seeing more people make their way into the gaming world. If you’re new to everything, you can start by learning about each game before you start betting.
As a result, you have to know the games that have the best competitions that you can try to get into. Also, you can measure this by their level in the gambling world and how popular the games have become. So, for instance, you can always check League of Legends betting to see how popular betting on the competitions has become.
In that case, we are looking at some of the best competitions in esports and the top six games. To find out more about these competitive games, keep reading.

VALORANT

Another shooter game you can try is Valorant, a first-person free-to-play hero shooter video game that was recently created and gained massive popularity. Undoubtedly, Riot games are one of the biggest developers in the world today, as they are responsible for many popular games. Therefore, this hero shooter game is another one in their collection.
It was first teased as Project A in 2019 before officially being released on the 2nd of June 2020. Since then, it has even been nominated for many awards, and many esports leagues are under the Valorant section. Therefore, you can learn how to play the game to become a pro and enter different competitions.
Call of Duty
Call of Duty is an old game that has gone through many changes. We’ve seen plenty of updates since the first COD was released.
The first version of the game came out in 2003 and focused on the second world war. Then, more versions started coming out which have settings in various wars. It has gone on to represent different missions from the real world over the years.
Undoubtedly, this is one of the best shooter games that you can give a try at any time you want to play. It has had many incredible versions available, and the iconic game continues to offer more, especially in the esports industry, thanks to new online versions. You can always learn how to play the game and join the different national and international championships.
Whenever something becomes extremely popular, there are bound to be misconceptions springing up in its wake. This is because of how humans communicate. We are far privier to rumours and hearsay rather than facts, and therefore these rumours spread throughout the population like wildfire.
A key example of this phenomenon is the common attitude toward mobile gaming. The number of people in the UK playing mobile games rose 50% in 2020, and that number is still growing. Therefore, you are sure to have heard some of the following misconceptions before. Let’s put your mind at rest and explain how these misconceptions are false.
Mobile Games Are All Free
You can browse any app store and find a ton of free content. You have apps for communication, work, and yes, video games. It is perfectly normal for some of these games to be free to download. That is because developers mark the success of their games based on the number of downloads, rather than the amount of money they make. However, that does not mean that every game is free to play.
A mobile game can act differently than a console title because your mobile device is constantly linked to the internet. This means the developer can provide updates to the game in real-time or provide you with additional content.
However, this content isn’t always free. As a result, the developer can release the base game for free, but still, reap the rewards from gamers that want additional content. Therefore, mobile games appear to be free on the app store, but in reality, they will cost you money over time.
Mobile Games Are Full Of Microtransactions
While one common misconception states that all mobile games are free, another states the exact opposite. A microtransaction is a charge that the player must pay to receive additional content, as described above. These are prevalent in modern gaming, and it has gone so far that many games will charge you for additional levels. Therefore, you may struggle to finish a game if you do not put forward these funds.
The mobile gaming community is often accused of this due to the fact that it is easy to implement this type of technology. However, this isn’t the only way that a mobile game developer can make a profit.
Mobile games can also stream ads, which is a privilege that companies have to pay for. This means that you can play a free mobile game, but you should expect a few ads to pop up during this experience.
Mobile Gaming Is For The Older Generation
Steering away from the financial side of this medium, there also seems to be a public discrepancy over who is most likely to play a video game on their mobile. The common misconception is that mobile gaming is for the older generations. This is because of how accessible these games are. What’s more, anyone over the age of forty isn’t likely to have grown up with a home console, which means that they haven’t been exposed to other alternatives.
You may be shocked to learn that these claims are completely unfounded. In fact, statistics show that 58% of mobile gamers are between the ages of 16 and 24. As you can see, this means that mobile gaming is a hobby for the younger generation and not the old.
There Is No Variety
With such a small device, it is understandable for someone to think that a mobile device isn’t capable of much when it comes to gaming. Most people think of mobile video games as a series of copy-pasted Candy Crush clones, but there is more variety than you may think.
Not only do you have access to versions of most of the up-to-date console releases, but you also have titles that you will not find on your home consoles. These include retro arcade games, digital board games, and mind puzzles. Let’s also not forget the hundreds of online casino games you can find out about when you visit https://www.onlinecasinos.co.uk/blog/best-gambling-sites.htm. Therefore, the misconception that there is no variety in mobile games is not only false but also downright absurd.
They Are Bad For Children
It is normal for a parent to be worried about how much screen time their child gets. This has been a concern ever since the first TVs were introduced. However, it is important to understand that not all screen time is bad for your children.
Modern smartphones are now used as a primary educational tool. These provide your child with access to any and all information on the web, as well as testing materials or advice pages.
While it is true that looking at a screen for too long can cause eye strain and headaches, doing so in a limited capacity can benefit your child. Try to discuss the use of screen time with their teacher so that you know how much they are using these devices in school.
Consoles Are Better
This common misconception is the most contentious among the gaming community. People have been arguing about the best gaming device ever since the first home console was released back in 1972. However, mobile gaming has created a new avenue for discussion.
Many people will argue that home consoles are better because they have had more time to advance. However, mobile gaming fans will argue that their devices are just another progression of this technology. What’s more, mobile games allow you to play video games while on the go.
The truth is, there is no answer to this debate. Instead, the answer lies in what type of device you prefer. There are clear advantages to both, so it is not possible for consoles to be better as it is a completely subjective experience.
Conclusion
There will always be a misunderstanding surrounding the use of any new technology. The best way to find out the truth about these devices is by conducting your own research. You may find that you believe all the above is true, or that none of it is. The only way to know is by playing mobile video games.

Quality of Life
Precision Airstrikes
Improved the Precision Airstrike danger UI notification to be more consistent with where the Airstrike target is and any nearby enemies.
Implemented a fix for Precision Airstrikes sometimes not hitting near the targeted site – instead hitting the Player from behind unexpectedly
This would occur in rare situations where a Player is positioned considerably higher above the target when launching the strike.
Added a danger UI notification if the Player calling in a Cluster Strike or Precision Airstrike is too close to the targeted site.
Precision Airstrikes will continue to shoot through glass, balconies and wall-bang penetrable buildings.
In the absence of any recent changes to the Precision Airstrike behavior, we’ve still seen an uptick in Player sentiment and discussion around Precision Airstrikes lately. As such our engineering team have completed a detailed review of the system to make sure it is working as intended and as a result have made some changes to further improve and optimize the system.
C4 Ground Loot Appearance
Unlooted C4 will now sit horizontally
We felt that C4 and ground loot Perks were too similar in appearance and presentation, so we’ve updated C4 to make it more distinguishable visually when compared to a vertically standing ground loot Perk satchel.
Gas Mask Auto / Manual Equip Setting
Added functionality to the Quick Inventory Menu to allow the user to toggle the Gas Mask on/off.
Note: This option is only available if the user opts into the manual Gas Mask toggle in the Settings Menu.
We have made many targeted Quality of Life improvements to the auto Gas Mask behavior over the course of this year, and with it being in a much better place for all of our Players – now is the time to take the next step to give Players more agency and control over their experience with a Manual Equip setting.
Buy Station Updates
The new Supply Box UAV Killstreak has been added to the Buy Station inventory.
The Buy Station inventory will now scroll in order to display all available options.
Loadout Drop Markers remain at the bottom of the list for ease of access because we know how important muscle memory is…
Loadout Crate UI SelectionIn-Season Speaking of knowing how important muscle memory is…
Added a setting that allows the Loadout interface to remember the last Loadout that was selected.
During Season Four we made a change to optimize the Loadout interface so that the cursor selection starts at the top of the list. Whilst we heard positive feedback on this change, we also heard feedback from others that this was less optimized for their playstyle. Enjoy!
Planes will no longer respawn once they have been destroyed.
This change does not apply to “respawn” Modes, i.g. Plunder.
Perks
Perk Updates
Serpentine
Fire Damage no longer decreased.
Explosive Damage no longer decreased.
Players must now be tac sprinting for Serpentine to be effective
This change will arrive later this season
Serpentine continues to be a top-3 pick in the blue Perk category after Season Four Reloaded’s update. As a result, we’re removing the bonus protection to Fire and Explosive Damage. This should also restore the value to E.O.D that Serpentine had cannibalized.
Later in the season we’ll be making an additional change that causes Serpentine to only be in effect while Tactical Sprinting, instead of regular sprint.
Battle Hardened
Stun and Flash resistance increased to 80%, up from 50% and 70% respectively.
We felt we could bring more value to Battle Hardened, especially as it is now present as a lootable ground Perk, with our target for the effects of Stun and Flash to be mitigated to less than a second with the Perk equipped. Some Players may wonder why this change is happening now, to which our reply is that there may be a surprise in-store during Season Five that warrants this change.
Weapons
General
Season Five is all about widening options even further by addressing the top performers to be more in-line, along with lifting up both individual Weapons and classes of Weapons that are under-utilized.
Vanguard Marksman Rifles now have Assault Rifle Ammunition
We’ve made a large amount of changes to these Weapons and expect to make some more following Season Five launch so that these Weapons are viable, but we don’t see a repeat of the DMR 14 (BOCW) meta.
Variable Scopes (3-6 & 4-8) have been adjusted significantly
They now have a glint on them, reduced recoil control, and adjusted ADS time. This will have a significant impact on the long-range playstyle, enabling wider options and not total domination from Vanguard Assault rifles.
Aggressive and Heavy sniper rifles will see a large reduction
Snipers are in a good spot, but we’re not done with them yet. Combined with the above, we are expecting many viable options and variability in long-range engagements.
EX1(VG) balancing
In Call of Duty®: Warzone™ we’ve made some substantial differences to the EX1(VG) to better accommodate BR gameplay vs Vanguard multiplayer gameplay. The EX1(VG) has limited ammunition, increased recoil and substantially lower bullet velocity.
New Weapons
EX1: Assault Rifle (VG)
A prototype energy rifle effective at long range and highly customizable.
Available at Battle Pass Tier 15
RA 225: Submachine Gun (VG)
This SMG has a high fire rate and a very mobile compact frame.
Available at Battle Pass Tier 31

The unquestioned strength of the AS44 (VG) was encroaching on the sub-machine gun class and less its Assault Rifle brethren. We’re making a modification to the close-range damage profile and compensating with more recoil control, enabling the Weapon to perform as a more reliable Sniper-Support.

The KG M40 (VG) continued to climb after the last round of adjustments, so we’re making a further reduction of its long-range damage profile combined with some reasonable accuracy adjustments. The result is a Weapon that should exist firmly in the camp of “Newcomer friendly” but other Weapons will be preferable for higher skilled Players.

Season Four Reloaded’s newcomer struggled to find a firm identity in the long-range AR class. We’re making some all-round modifications to smoothen out the experience, while compensating for the slightly below average Torso damage profile with the most generous “Critical Box” of the Vanguard Assault Rifles, with the Neck now matching the Headshot multiplier.

The Genshin Impact 3.0 update has brought with it a plethora of new content to the open-world action RPG by HoYoverse. The Fragment of Childhood Dreams domain is one of the newest additions to the game that players are busy exploring.
The area is located underwater in the Sumeru region and is also hidden behind a series of puzzles, which is why many players are left confused about how to reach the Fragment of Childhood Dreams domain in Genshin Impact.
In this guide, we’re gonna take a look at how you can unlock the Fragment Of Childhood Dreams domain in Genshin Impact.
Genshin Impact Fragment Of Childhood Dreams Domain Unlock Guide
Players can start by heading over to the Statue of Seven located towards the north of Pardis Dahya. From there, they can head west to eventually reach the waterfalls.
Once players reach the waterfall, they can glide down while facing the waterfalls to be able to find two Ruin Sentinels. Players must then defeat those two Ruit sentinel to unlock a nearby Mechanism and activate it.
Players can then follow the Seelie to the end of the waterfall. The Seelie will eventually take you to a cave and activate a Seelie pillar.
Players have to use any Dendro attack on the nearby rock to reveal the Dendrograna Tree that will drop Dendrograna once interacted with.
While carrying the Dendrograna, players have to break a rock near the Seelie Pillar using a charged shot to reveal a Dendro Monument. However, that Monument must not be activated until later.
Players can then destroy a rock near the Dendrograna tree and keep following the path till they find a Dendrograna above a structure. A Dendro Monument can be found on top of the structure.
Players have to activate it and fend off any enemies to find another Dendro Monument behind a barrier. Once that Monument is activated as well, players have to head back to the first monument and activate it.
Towards the right, players can see a rock with a glowing structure that they can break using a charged attack. The last Dendro Monument can then be activated to unlock the Mechanism, which can again be activated to clear out the lower portion of the cave.
Once done, players can head down till they find another mechanism. The mechanism can be used to open a nearby door. Players can then simply follow the path to reveal the Fragment of Childhood Dreams domain entrance.
That’s everything you need to know about the Fragment of Childhood Dreams location in Genshin Impact and its puzzles.
The new Genshin Impact 3.0 update is out and the developers have introduced the Dendro Traveler with this update. The Dendro Traveler seems quite compelling as they can dispense damages with the power of nature. Unlocking the Dendro Traveler will be easier if you read this article till the end.
How to unlock Dendro Traveler?
The Dendro Traveler unlock process is quite straightforward. Firstly, you have to enter the land of Dendro to access all the new abilities. After that, when you reach the next zone, simply add the Traveler to your team and engage with a Statue of the Seven situated there. It will let you easily obtain a Sumeru Statue of the Seven by adhering to the new Archon Quest that leads travel to the location.
You must next switch to the Traveler and engage with the enormous statue. This will bring up the choice to Resonate with Dendro, which will trigger a short cutscene depicting the Traveler unlocking your Dendro power in the game. Then you will be able to use the new abilities.
Have you already unlocked the Dendro Traveler? Let us know in the comment section below.
Ever since the conclusion of the PGL Arlington Major 2022 on August 14, 2022, the Dota 2 community has been eagerly looking forward to a new patch to bring balance to the existing state of the game.
Through a recent Dota 2 patch that was shipped to the game on August 24th, Valve has introduced a plethora of interesting changes to the game that will undoubtedly bring massive changes to the current meta of the MOBA.
Let’s take a look at some of the biggest changes that Dota 2 patch 7.32 has brought to the title.
Dota 2 Patch 7.32: Major Changes
There are too many changes in patch 7.32 to be listed in this article, but we’re gonna take a look at some of the major changes that can heavily impact your gameplay.
Centaur’s “Hitch a Ride”
This new scepter ability of Centaur Warruner is perhaps the most interesting change that patch 7.32 has introduced. This ability will enable Centaur to temporarily carry his allies on a cart attached behind him, and it can lead to some crazy plays.
A number of new neutral items of various tiers have been added to Dota 2 via patch 7.32. At the same time, some of the old ones have been removed to retain the complexity of the game.
New/Returning Neutral Items: Seeds of Serenity, Lance of Pursuit, Occult Bracelet, Eye of the Vizier, Specialist’s Array, Dagger of Ristul, Ogre Seal Totem, Havoc Hammer.
To see a detailed list of item changes and learn more about what these neutral items do, fans can check out the official update page here.
BKB Manacost Nerf
The Black King Bar now has a manacost of 50 mana per cast, which means that BKB users will now be even more vulnerable to mana drains. Heroes like Phantom Lancer or Anti-Mage, who are not very good BKB carriers, should have a much easier time taking down foes with BKB if they can drain down their mana pool fast enough.
Nerfs to Meta Heroes: Heroes that dominated the PGL Arlington major including Marci, Puck, Tiny, Winter Wyvern, and many others received massive nerfs while some of the weaker heroes got buffed in Dota 2 patch 7.32. Marci is perhaps one of the biggest losers of 7.32, as her Dispose can no longer stun, and her Unleash Pulses no longer slow enemies.
Curious to see how the professional players are adapting to these changes? Luckily, the ESL One Malaysia 2022 is currently underway, and it is being played on the updated patch. Interested fans can check out the ESL One Malaysia stream on the official ESL Twitch handle here.

Patch 5.04 will make Episode 5 Act 2 of Valorant available to players later today. As a consequence of this, Riot Games will be doing maintenance and patching the new changes, which will result in the temporary shutdown of the servers located in all regions.
Even if this Act will not bring about the inclusion of a new Agent, a new map, or even adjustments to an existing map, the shooter will still be getting a good number of cosmetic additions in addition to a new Battlepass.
Because of this, the size of Valorant patch 5.04 will be greatly increased, and the servers in all regions will be taken offline for a short period of time.
The following times, as specified on the official Valorant Server Status page, have been designated as those during which the shooter’s clients will be shut down:
Asia Pacific: Servers will be going down for maintenance on 23/09/2022 at 14:00 PDT
Brazil: Servers will be going down for maintenance on 23/09/20222 at 06:00 PDT
Europe: Servers will be going down for maintenance on 23/09/2022 at 20:00 PDT
Korea: Servers will be going down for maintenance on 23/09/2022 at 14:00 PDT
Latin America: Servers will be going down for maintenance on 23/09/2022 at 06:00 PDT
North America: Servers will be going down for maintenance on 23/09/2022 at 06:00 PDT
It is anticipated that the downtime would run for a couple of hours; however, if Riot experiences significant challenges when patching, the downtime could extend beyond that two hours.
