VALORANT Game Changers Pacific 2026 will bring eight qualified teams to Bali, Indonesia, from September 14 to 20. Riot Games has confirmed the full team list, tournament format, and stakes for the region’s Game Changers finale. Teams from South Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, Oceania, and South Asia will compete for a $20,000 prize pool. Only the top two finishers advance to the Game Changers Championship in Sao Paulo.
The event will run entirely offline with no live audience, and fans can follow it through official Valorant broadcast channels in seven languages.
VALORANT Game Changers Pacific 2026 Teams

Eight teams have qualified for the tournament after winning their respective regional Game Changers leagues.
| Region | Team(s) |
|---|---|
| South Korea | Gen.G GC |
| Japan | FENNEL HOTELAVA, Sasanqua |
| Southeast Asia | Team Falcons Vega, Full Sense Sisu, RGL wiwiwi |
| Oceania | Swaglord9000 |
| South Asia | Rising Esports GC |
Southeast Asia has the largest presence in the field, with 3 of the 8 spots. Japan and South Korea combine for 3 more, while Oceania and South Asia hold 1 spot each.
Format
Game Changers Pacific will use a double-elimination bracket spread across 7 days. Teams are seeded based on their prior competitive results, and the opening round avoids same-region matchups, so 2 teams from Southeast Asia cannot meet in the first round.

Only the top 2 teams from the bracket qualify for the Game Changers Championship. Every other placement ends the team’s run toward the global title for this season, regardless of how far they advance in the bracket.
Prize Pool
The event carries a total prize pool of $20,000, split among the 8 participating teams. Riot Games has not published the full prize breakdown by placement.
Beyond the money, qualification carries the larger stake. The 2 teams that finish in the top spots earn a trip to the Game Changers Championship in Sao Paulo, giving them a shot at competing against the top Game Changers rosters from other regions on a global stage.
