According to the Liquipedia’s updated rankings as of September 26, 2026, JONATHAN currently leads with 137 points, while LEGIT is just behind with 135.7 points. Mafia36 occupies third place with 134.3 points, meaning only 2.7 points separate the current top three players. The September 26 standings are also reflected on Liquipedia’s KIE Global Leaderboard.
It is important to note that the official KRAFTON India Esports website has not yet updated to these latest rankings. Earlier in September, LEGIT was still leading JONATHAN in the standings. The KIE leaderboard keeps changing because tournament performances contribute to the rankings and older results lose value through the ranking’s decay system. Therefore, players can gain or lose positions as new tournament results are added and older tournament points decrease.
JONATHAN Becomes No. 1 Player in KIE Leaderboard BGMI Rankings
JONATHAN has moved up two positions and currently sits at the top of the KIE leaderboard BGMI player rankings with 137 points. His recent performances have played a major role, including 49.5 points from BGIS 2026 and 62 points from BMPS 2026. He also has points coming from previous KRAFTON India tournaments, including BMPS 2024, BGIS 2025 and BMSD 2025.
LEGIT is not far behind. He currently has 135.7 points, only 1.3 points behind JONATHAN. Mafia36 is another 1.4 points behind LEGIT with 134.3. This makes the battle for the top position extremely close, especially with another major BGMI tournament currently underway.

One of the biggest jumps is from Slug, who climbed 18 positions to reach eighth place with 112.8 points. ScaryJod has also moved up 13 places and is now inside the top 10, while Spower has jumped six positions to seventh.
KIE Leaderboard Could Change After BMSD 2026
The current standings should not be considered permanent. BMSD 2026 is currently ongoing, and its results are expected to affect the KIE rankings once they are incorporated into the leaderboard.
This becomes particularly interesting because JONATHAN’s lead over LEGIT is currently just 1.3 points, while Mafia36 is only 2.7 points away from the top position. The ranking can also change because of the decay system, under which the contribution of older tournaments decreases over time.
So, while JONATHAN is currently the No. 1 player in the KIE leaderboard BGMI rankings, the standings could look very different following BMSD 2026.
