Godzilla is coming to Apex Legends. The Godzilla event runs from November 10 to December 1, 2026, and brings ten kaiju-themed legend skins, nine legendary weapon skins, a new universal melee weapon and an Event Pass with free and premium rewards, according to EA’s official event page.
The event takes place on Storm Point, and EA’s pitch is simple: “You can’t defeat it, you can only survive.” The headline cosmetics are Iconic skins that turn legends into Godzilla, Mothra, Mechagodzilla and other famous monsters from the films.
Ten legends become kaiju, from Bloodhound to Octane
Nine of the ten legend skins are Iconic, the top rarity for collaboration cosmetics. Each one is named after a specific version of a monster, so long-time Godzilla fans will spot the film years.

Pathfinder as Mechagodzilla and Revenant as Super Mechagodzilla are natural fits for the two robot legends. Bloodhound gets the newest version of the big guy himself. EA has not listed prices for the skins outside the Event Pass yet.
The Event Pass gives Octane away free and puts Catalyst behind 950 Apex Coins
The Event Pass has two tracks. Everyone gets the free one, and the premium track costs 950 Apex Coins.

The free Jet Jaguar skin is the easy win. Anyone who plays through the free track gets an Epic Octane skin without spending anything. The premium track is aimed at Catalyst mains, since Ghidorah 1991 is one of the Iconic skins.
Dorsal Dagger joins as a universal melee
The other big unlock is the Dorsal Dagger, a universal melee weapon that any legend can use. It can drop from Godzilla Event Packs, and unlocking it also gives you a matching Death Box. EA has not said whether it can be bought directly.
Nine weapons also get Godzilla-themed legendary skins: the Devotion, Hemlock, Rampage, C.A.R., Havoc, Longbow, Wingman, Prowler and Sentinel.
Watch Twitch for two free rewards in the first week
From November 10 to 17, EA is running Twitch Drops on streams from select creators. You need an EA account linked to your Twitch account.

Three weeks to grind before the event leaves
The Godzilla event ends on December 1. EA has not given a start time, but Apex events usually go live at 10 AM Pacific time. That is 6 PM in the UK and 11:30 PM in India. If you want the free Octane skin, plan to play regularly across the three weeks, because Event Pass progress comes from playing matches and completing challenges.
