Team Top-G Makes History as First Indian Female CS:GO Team to Qualify for WEC 2023

Team Top-G has scripted history by becoming the first-ever Indian female CS:GO team to qualify for the global finals of the World Esports Championships (WEC) 2023. They emerged as champions of the inaugural all-female CS:GO qualifiers by defeating Purr-ple 2-1 in the finals of the National Esports Championships (NESC) 2023 organized by the Esports Federation of India (ESFI).

The thrilling best-of-three finals saw Top-G dominate the first map before Purr-ple made a stunning comeback in the second. The closely-contested finals ended with Top-G taking the last map by 19-15 in overtime with their effective teamwork and proficient attacking tactics.
