This New CS2 Bug Will Trigger Rapid-Fire on Your Weapons

Counter-Strike 2 players have stumbled upon a new bug in the game. While this isn’t a game-breaking bug like some we’ve seen before, it is a hilarious glitch that can trigger rapid fire for the semi-automatic weapons in the game.

The bug was recently shared on X (formerly Twitter) by user ‘Vaccoin’, who showcased the glitch in an attached video while also explaining how this bug can be recreated.

CS2 Rapid-Fire Bug Explained

As we can see in the video, this new CS2 bug turned the Glock-18 into a rapid-firing pistol, which is even more prominent once the weapon is switched to burst fire mode.

The video also demonstrates how this bug affects the knife and the SSG-08, both of which lead to some amusing results with the animations.

The rapid-fire CS2 bug can be easily recreated by entering the ‘+attack’ command in your game console just as you’re about to die.

Fortunately, this bug only affects the client-side and does not impact the server side at all. This means you don’t have to worry about opponents rapid-firing with the AWP in your ranked games, as it’s merely a visual issue.

According to some reports, Microsoft is refunding players who purchased Redfall’s “Bite Back Edition” after Arkane Austin’s shutdown on Xbox and Steam. The studio’s shutdown was part of a broader restructuring within the company, which also led to the cancellation of Redfall’s upcoming “Hero Pass” DLC.

Redfall, the action-adventure game developed by Arkane Austin, faced challenges after its release. Despite efforts to improve the game’s reputation, the cancellation of the Hero Pass DLC dealt a blow to fans who had invested in the premium Bite Back Edition.

Players who bought the Bite Back Edition are now receiving automatic refunds, with the amount set at $26.99. The refunds are rolling out in waves, so if you haven’t received an email yet, keep an eye on your inbox. 2024 LCS Championship Will Be Held At the YouTube Theater in Los Angeles

Riot Games has recently announced the venue for the heavily anticipated 2024 League of Legends Championship Series (LCS) Finals, and fans of the MOBA from throughout the globe are eagerly looking forward to seeing their favorite LoL teams battle it out in front of a live audience this September.

As Riot has already confirmed, the 2024 LCS Championship, which is the season finale of the League of Legends’ franchised North American series, will take place at the YouTube Theater in Los Angeles for Finals.

LCS 2022 Summer Split

The event is scheduled for September 6th – 7th and will feature the finest League of Legends teams from across North America who will compete to qualify for the upcoming League of Legends World Championship. This event marks the first time that the LCS Summer Finals will be hosted in LA.

The YouTube Theater will accommodate approximately 5,000 fans across both days of the LCS Finals. This event signifies the venue’s first venture into hosting esports, having previously been known for hosting a diverse array of music concerts and comedy shows.
Tickets for the 2024 LCS Championship Finals are set to go on sale at around 10 am PT on Friday, June 28th.
