3DMAX Core Team Might Switch Orgs Before RMR

French CS2 side 3DMAX has found themselves in an interesting situation as four out of the five players have contracts running out right before the RMR of the upcoming major which makes them free to seek a different organization.

The Shanghai Major is less than three months away and 3DMAX poses serious chances of qualifying through the European RMR. In light of recent revelations by HLTV’s sources, four 3DMAX players are free to seek a different organization right before the RMR. This might lead to the French organization missing out on Sticker deals from Valve. The signing of a new contract by the players can be the only way to avoid this debacle.

Now it remains upto the players as they are free to move forward under the 3DMAX banner if the organization chooses to retain the players or they can compete in the RMR orgless. Previous reports of delayed player salary and other mismanagement within the organization might push players away from them.

3DMAX is currently:

  • Bryan “Maka” Canda
  • Lucas “Lucky” Chastang
  • Thomas “Djoko” Pavoni
  • Pierre “Ex3rcice” Bulinge
  • Filip “Graviti” Brankovic
  • Damien “wasiNk” Dufour (coach)

Filip “Graviti” Brankovic being a more recent recruit has a longer contract than his compatriots which keeps him in the organization up until February of 2025. Should his teammates choose to venture out of 3DMAX right before the RMR, he would find himself in a difficult situation and only time can tell what becomes of this fiasco.

Swedish Talent Beats CS2 Kill Record

Danil “donk” Kryshkovets broke the record for most kills (38) on Anubis which seemed impossible at the time but a 17-year-old Swedish player for EYEBALLERS has shattered donk’s previous record.

The LAN record is held by Danil “donk” Kryshkovets, and the online record is held by Alex “poiii” Nyholm Sundgren. Zero Tenacity faced off against EYEBALLERS at the CCT Season 2 Europe Series 2. Despite losing 2-1 in the end, EYEBALLERS had an incredible map victory on Anubis, with Alex “poiii” Nyholm Sundgren recording 39 kills in regulation.

It can be argued that this record is not achieved against a top-tier opposition but given the level of competition at the event, this is something beyond impressive and will definitely put poiii on the radar of some of the top teams.

Sweden continues to produce talent after talent and as we know, few of the greatest players and rosters hail from said region. poiii was already making a name for himself in the lower leagues and given his recent performances, the future looks bring for the young gun.
