PUBG Mobile Lite pushed its latest 0.19 game update recently. While most of the users can update PUBG Mobile Lite easily from the Google Play Store and Apple App Stores, some devices may not get the update due to some technical errors. Here is the step by step guide to update your game to the latest 0.19 version.
PUBG Mobile lite is specifically designed to be a lite version of the original game to support low-end devices. While the game has its own unique features but the core remains similar to PUBG. The only major differences are decreased game graphics to support the low-end devices and game lobby with fewer players. Now it’s time to update to the latest PUBG Mobile Lite 0.19 version.
Clickto “APK Download” to start downloading the PUBG Mobile Lite.
Enable the “Install from other sources” option. This can be done by going to Settings → Safety and Privacy → Allow Installation(toggle button).
Now install the game and you are good to go.
The game sometimes may show some errors like “parsing error” and for this, download the files again and retry to install. Another important point is to keep at least 600MB free space on your phone to download these files.
Note: PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite are banned in India. It is not recommended to download this game if you belong to that region.
From invisible HUDs to invincible Omens, if you’ve been sticking around Valorant for a while, you should be familiar with a variety of bugs the competitive shooter has faced since its release on June 4th. However, none of them were quite as annoying as the ‘error code 0’ bug which has been haunting players for a while now.
The ‘error code 0’ seems to occasionally pop up in the client for no apparent reason and prevents the player from entering the game. The exact causes behind this problem are still unclear, but players can expect Riot to soon deliver a patch which includes a fix for this problem.
Due to the roots of the problem being in the dark, there is no official solution for the infamous ‘error code 0’. However, most Valorant players across social media platforms have agreed upon a few fixes which seem to do the job nine times out of ten.
@PlayVALORANT Got a penalty because of Error code 0. I can’t take this anymore. Please fix this
The first thing you should try is restarting your client, and then your computer. If the problem still persists, proceed the next steps.
Reinstall Vanguard: Besides the ‘error code 0’, Riot’s anti-cheat engine also had reports of causing other problems not only in Valorant, but in other games as well. Reinstalling Vanguard in your system may be a simple solution to this error. To do so, you can simply right click on the Vanguard icon in the bottom-right of your taskbar and click on uninstall. Alternatively, you can also uninstall Vanguard from the control panel. Once done, you can reinstall the anti-cheat by launching Valorant.
Reinstalling Valorant: A fresh reinstall of the entire game is very likely to clear any underlying errors you may be having while launching Valorant. You can uninstall Valorant from the control panel and then download a fresh copy from Riot’s official website. This process will also install Vanguard from scratch, further increasing your chances to fix the ‘error code 0’.
If everything else fails, all you can do is to wait patiently for Riot to fix this problem. Considering the fact that they’ve been receiving a lot of complaints over this issue, they’re very likely to deliver a hotfix for it sooner than later.
The decision comes only months after Chet joined the 100 Thieves CSGO roster as a coach towards the end of May, 2020, replacing Aleksandar “kassad” Trifunović, who is now signed as the head coach of the revamped Cloud9 roster.
Since joining 100 Thieves, Chet has failed to produce any significant results for the team other than a third place finish at DreamHack Masters Spring 2020.
Chet Singh has been linked with major organisations in the past including Optic Gaming, NRG Esports and Evil Geniuses. He has helped the EG roster secure first place finishes at ESL One: New York 2019 and StarSeries & i-League CS:GO Season 8.
The report states that Chet isn’t very likely to stick with 100 Thieves should he make this switch. The organisation hasn’t yet responded to this news.
On September 21st, team Dignitas announced that they were dropping two of their players – Kevin “POISED” Ngo and Ryan “shanks” Ngo – from their Valorant roster.
VALORANT update (2/2):
We mutually agreed to release @poisedcsgo as the team has decided to go in another direction.
We are confident he'll find success as he continues his career and thank him for his time with our team
At first glance, nothing may seem to be out of the ordinary about this decision coming from the North American organisation. However, taking a closer look at the events leading to this point may lead towards something entirely different.
While it’s true that Shanks was in a “trial” with the Dignitas squad, it’d absolutely make no sense for the org to release him without a proper reason, especially considering the fact that the team was performing pretty well with him on-board. Furthermore, dropping POISED from the squad would only increase their hassles since they’d be left with two players short in their Valorant roster which now consists of Rory “dephh” Jackson, Harrison “psalm” Chang and Phat “supamen” Le.
One couldn’t help but wonder if there was something else that led to, or impacted Dignitas’ decision to drop these two players from the roster, and the roots of the answer may lie behind a match-fixing scandal which occurred a few months prior and is linked with Valorant’s primary rival, CSGO.
On September 3rd, the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) had updated fans that they were in the conclusive stages of 15 ongoing investigations on match-fixing scandals in CSGO, which could be expected to come to an end in the next four months.
ESIC Update on MDL Match Fixing Investigation.
ESIC Investigation to conclude in the next four weeks with determination to be issued upon conclusion.
Some of the names of the players under investigation by the ESIC have already started surfacing, and one of them may be Shanks.
A video by Esports Talk summing up the details of the incident shows a clip where the names of Shanks and Jimmy “Marved” Nguye pop up as potential people who’re being investigated for match-fixing, both of whom are currently attached with professional Valorant.
“I can confirm apparently several top Valorant pros will be revealed in ongoing CSGO investigations for match fixing,” Jake Lucky from Esports Talk said in a tweet dated September 4th. “The debate right now being should their punishments carry over from CSGO to their new game Valorant.”

The debate right now being should their punishments carry over from CSGO to their new game Valorant.
Even after all the speculation, it can’t be confirmed if Shanks or others from the competitive Valorant scene are actually related to match-fixing scandals before the ESIC investigation comes to a conclusion. It’s also difficult to predict what consequences can the match-fixing scandals in CSGO have on the professional careers of the players in Valorant. Regardless, it’s certain that the involved players will be punished, and orgs will have second thoughts on signing a player who has a history of match-fixing in competitive games.
Esports’ origins stem back to the ’50s, where video games began, and competition via consoles and PCs ensued. Moreover, technological advances, near the millennium, made video games more accessible and appealing worldwide. From enhanced graphics, games to suit a myriad of interests, and the development of the internet’s speed and reliability, various factors contributed to making eSports what it is today.
Since 2016, the esports sector has grown by 32%, and this year eSports will make $1.48 million! In 2019, a record 323 million new viewers watched one or more of the esports premier tournaments. From these facts alone, the esports industry’s popularity and growth to date have been remarkable.
Subsequently, as the gaming industry’s esports market share gradually increased, businesses started investing in and sponsoring the competitions. For instance, ESPN decided to gain a slice of the action by sparking a multi-million dollar deal with esporting tournament officials to access and cover the events.
Another mark of esports significance is its acceptance among countries and their legislation for practices such as betting. The vast majority of these Pennsylvanian sportsbooks offer betting markets on esports, highlighting the popularity of it as a spectator sport and a means of entertainment.
The Realities of Forging a Career in Esports
As the popularity of esports grows, and more people are exposed to pro gamers, on the surface, it looks as though pro esports players have one of the most exciting jobs on the planet.
This leaves many wondering whether a job as a professional gamer in esports is the dream job it appears to be. To aid the uncertainty below identifies the reality of finding one’s footing in a career as an esports professional. Alongside expected remuneration, esports stars may receive along the way and any additional pros and cons that come with the role.
General Steps Towards Pro Esports Player Status
Tryke Gutierrez is a pioneer of Philippine esports. In his explanation of the realities of becoming a pro player, he explains there is no set path. However, there are some similar aspects players effect to gain recognition.
Find A Niche And Commit To Practice
It helps the player to find a game they’re good at and continue practicing that one game to hone in on their skills. To become the best, training in-game each day is vital from the get-go.
Watch Tournaments and Pro Players
Viewing pro players’ gaming strategies and techniques and discovering how they prepare for esports gaming events can help new players develop methods to become pro.
Achieve Pubstar Status
Before esports tournaments, gaining pubstar status by playing local games helps players to gain recognition and experience. Here, players need to focus on working their way up the gaming ladder, which highlights their skills.
First Big Break
Players’ first break varies greatly. A player might be propositioned to join a tournament in the next few days. Or be headhunted by a large company that offers them the works: meals, a coach, and a decent salary. No player’s first break is the same, but it’s an important stepping stone aspiring pro players must make the most of.
Realities Of A Road Towards Esports Pro Status
Expected Salary
The salary for players varies greatly. While pro players like Faker earn $2 million a year, this wage is far from anything other pro players have experienced.
Some pros indeed struggle to make a full-time wage via tournaments. Thus, they resort to streaming on platforms like twitch to supplement their income.
Health Issues
There are a few issues associated with being a pro esports player. For instance, being couched in front of a screen for hours at a time will inevitably impact a players’ health.
To maintain a healthy mind and body, players need to make extra effort to go outside and soak up vitamin D, eat healthily, and commit to a long quality night’s sleep.
Lucrative Niches
The niche players choose to be a part of is critical to their potential success and earning potential.
In esports, five games are capable of earning pro players a healthy income. With limited options for players to choose games they love and make an income from them, it can sometimes push players to partake in games they’re not happy playing.
Chance Of Success
There’s no guarantee the hard work any video gamer puts in will pay off. With plenty of other contenders wanting to achieve glory in esports, competition is fierce. This can be disheartening for players, especially when they’ve devoted a portion of their life to becoming a pro gamer.
Career Longevity
A career in esports as a pro player is likened to an athlete in traditional sports; their time to shine is reduced as their skills wane and age kicks in.
Life after esports can be difficult for pro players. If they want to stay in the world of esports, they need to look at other opportunities to earn them a living once their tournament days are over. Career ideas include working as a coach shoutcaster, streamer, or owning their own team.
As with any career, there are upsides and downsides. Although the esports industry has grown extensively, the reality of becoming a pro esports player is still slim. However, there are plenty of other opportunities associated with esports that enables avid gamers to work in a field they enjoy. A few examples include content marketing, working as part of the production team, or becoming an agent or events manager.

North American esports organisation Cloud9 has announced the addition of two new coaches – James “JamezIRL” Macauley and Ash “Chu” Long – to their Valorant roster. The former was signed as the strategic coach of the squad while the latter will be the head coach.
Long has a history coaching Overwatch teams. The British coach was notably a part of team Envy and had helped them secure first place finishes at seasons 1 and 2 of the Overwatch Contenders 2019: North America West, netting them a prize money of $80,000 each time.
Macaulay is an American Counter-Strike coach who has been a part of Cloud9 since July, 2019. Prior to this, he served as an analyst for the organisation for about a two year period starting from September 2015.
Over the past few weeks, Cloud9 has been rapidly expanding their rosters across multiple titles like Fortnite and CSGO. These new additions of two coaches to the Valorant roster of Cloud9 might just give them the boost they need to top the North American competitive charts, which won’t be quite as easy though, considering the fact that their rivals Gen.G Esports and TSM have showed exceptional form as of late.
Microsoft has acquired one of the most accomplished game studios in the industry named Bethesda Softworks. In an acquisition deal, Microsoft will overtake the parent company ZeniMax Media in a deal worth $7.5B, according to Polygon.

Our teams have a close and storied history working together, from the amazing first DOOM, and its id Tech engine, innovating games on PCs to Bethesda bringing their first console game to the original Xbox, the groundbreaking The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. Over the years I’ve had many deep conversations with the creative leaders at Bethesda on the future of gaming and we’ve long shared similar visions for the opportunities for creators and their games to reach more players in more ways.”
