The gaming and esports division of India Today Group recently hosted one of the biggest Free Fire tournaments till date with a humongous prize pool and a franchised league format. This tournament brought together several big names from the Indian market and successfully concluded this event.

ESPL 2021 ran for two months long and had a support of multiple partners to back this tournament. The title rights were secured by Infinix Mobiles as they became the title sponsors for this event. Infinix Mobiles is well known for its stylish and attractive designs.

This tournament was the first franchise-based esports tournament for Free Fire in the world with a prize pool of ₹25 Lakhs. ESPL 2021 had a total of 10 sponsor partners from various parts of the broadcasting industry.

PTC Chak de collaborated with the organizers as the “Powered by” partner for ESPL 2021. It is a Punjabi music channel that comes under the PTC television network in India. The music channel is available across multiple regions and countries including the Indian subcontinent, the Middle East, Europe, USA, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.

SunFeast Yippee Noodles as the Snacking Partner for the event. It sits on the second spot when it comes to the top Instant Noodles in the country. AajTak and TalkEsport were signed as the media partners for this event. AajTak is one of the oldest Hindi-language news channels in India whereas TalkEsport is a one of the oldest portals and a reputed name in Indian esports community.

Ishq 104.3 FM were signed as the radio partner along with Disney+ Hotstar, Koode, and Booyah as the streaming partners. Esports XO were the Associate Partner of ESports Premier League (ESPL) 2021.

These prominent companies made ESPL 2021 a huge success with the event reaching multiple landmarks after conclusion. Mumbai Marshals won the event and walked away with a lion’s share of ₹25 lakh prize pool.
