Honkai Star Rail 4.6, “Dance With the Beast Before Moonrise,” went live on September 28, 2026, and it brings 29 new achievements with it. The update adds a new area in Astropolis called the Life Sciences Institute, a new Trailblaze Mission, the Pearl banner and the “Love, Ghosts & Robots” event. Most of the new achievements come from those four things.
This guide lists every Honkai Star Rail 4.6 achievement by in-game category, with what you need to do to unlock each one. The list is based on the game’s 4.6 data files and the official Version 4.6 patch notes on HoYoLAB.
How many new achievements are in Honkai Star Rail 4.6?
Version 4.6 adds 29 achievements. Version 4.5 added 52. The difference is that this patch adds one area to Astropolis instead of opening a new planet.

The game data doesn’t mark any of the 29 as hidden. Several are still easy to miss, mostly the exploration ones in the Life Sciences Institute.
The Rail Unto the Stars achievements
These five unlock as you play through the new Trailblaze Mission, “Astropolis: Dance With the Beast Before Moonrise.” The mission is permanent and needs Trailblaze Level 21 or higher.

Fathom the Unfathomable achievements
All five in this category take place inside the Life Sciences Institute. Two come from the “Jump Time” rhythm activity and two from the “Interplanar Jump!” course in the corridor.

A few notes on these:
- Rhythm Maestro needs 30 jumps in a row, so one missed beat breaks the streak.
- Hunter × Hunter and The Exit 8 both come from the same “Interplanar Jump!” course. Doing both in one run is hard, so go for the balloons on one attempt and the teleporters on another.
- Monkeys Fishing for the Moon is the easiest one to miss. You have to play the Bizarre Melody first, and the creature only appears after that.
The Memories We Share achievements
Four of these come from the “Love, Ghosts & Robots” event, where you run Skott’s mechatron workshop. The other three are exploration tasks in the Life Sciences Institute.

The event achievements have a deadline. “Love, Ghosts & Robots” is a limited event, so clear every Star Rating Assessment before it ends. Extra Large needs two stats to reach S-rank in the same upgrade, so plan your upgrades for that.
The three exploration achievements stay available after the event ends. Right to Be Forgotten is deep inside the Institute, so check the side rooms as you explore.
Eager for Battle achievements
This is the largest group in 4.6, with 12 achievements. They come from three places: the new boss, regular combat challenges and Pearl’s kit.
Yabuli boss achievements

Some quick pointers:
- That’s It? Seriously? works best against low-level enemies. Use Techniques that deal damage when the battle starts, so the fight ends before anyone acts.
- Hybrid Warfare and Why No Elemental Reaction? look alike but ask for different things. In Honkai Star Rail, “Types” means elements such as Fire, Ice and Quantum. “Kinds” means DMG categories such as Break, Super Break, follow-up and DoT. Each one needs its own team.
- No Madness, No Life needs enemies that Freeze, Imprison or Entangle your whole team. A tanky team helps, because you have to survive the debuffs and still win.
Pearl achievements
These three need Pearl, the new 5-star Ice character on the Path of Elation. Reciprocity also needs March 7th.

Without Pearl, you can still clear 26 of the 29 achievements in this patch.
How much Stellar Jade do 4.6 achievements give?
Each achievement in Honkai Star Rail gives 5, 10 or 20 Stellar Jade, depending on its difficulty tier.
Achievements are one of several Jade sources in a patch. Others include events, daily login rewards, livestream redeem codes shared before each version, and yearly celebrations like the Honkai Star Rail anniversary events. Version 4.6 also gives 600 Stellar Jade in maintenance and bug compensation to players at Trailblaze Level 4 or above.
Which 4.6 achievements should you do first?
Only one group has a deadline. The “Love, Ghosts & Robots” achievements go away when the event ends, so finish Rise from the Ashes, Extra Large, Love is the Pulse of the Stars and Pocket Warrior early.
