BMSD 2026 Semi Finals Format

The BMSD 2026 Semi Finals will take place from October 8 to 11.

All 24 teams have been divided into three groups of eight. The groups will face each other in a round-robin format across the four days.

A total of 24 matches will be played during the Semi Finals, with six matches taking place each day. Each team will get to play 16 matches.

After all matches are completed, the top eight teams from the overall standings will directly qualify for the BMSD 2026 Grand Finals.

However, the journey will not immediately end for the remaining teams.

Teams finishing from 9th to 24th will move to the Last Chance stage, where they will get one final opportunity to qualify for the LAN Grand Finals.

What Happens After the BMSD 2026 Semi Finals?

The BMSD 2026 Last Chance will take place on October 12 and 13.

All 16 teams that fail to finish inside the top eight during the Semi Finals will compete in this stage. Only the top four teams from Last Chance will qualify for the Grand Finals, while the remaining 12 will be eliminated from the tournament.

Four teams have already directly qualified for the Grand Finals through the earlier stage:

Meta Ninza, Team 8Bit, Revenant XSpark and Blitz Epigrotive Gaming.

Eight more teams will come from the Semi Finals, while the final four will qualify through Last Chance. This will complete the 16-team lineup for the Grand Finals.

BMSD 2026 Grand Finals Set for Hyderabad

The BMSD 2026 Grand Finals will take place from October 16 to 18 in Hyderabad.

For the 24 teams entering the Semi Finals, finishing inside the top eight will be extremely important. It will allow them to avoid the dangerous Last Chance stage and directly book their place at the LAN.

With Soul, GodLike, Apex Gaming, Orangutan, Team Tamilas, Nebula and several other strong teams competing, the next four days could completely change the BMSD 2026 title race.
