Sarang Has the Most Finishes Among Top Five
Sarang is not far behind Justin.
He currently holds a 0.91 MVP rating and has collected 41 finishes, the highest among the five players on the MVP leaderboard. He has also registered 7,063 damage and 31 knocks.
Shubh sits third with a rating of 0.88. His 7,936 damage is second only to Justin among the current top five, while he has 34 finishes and 34 knocks.

How Is the BMSD 2026 MVP Decided?
The BMSD MVP ranking is not based only on finishes.
According to the published tournament statistics, finishes carry 40% weight, while damage accounts for 30%. Survival time contributes another 20%, and knockouts make up the final 10%.
This explains why Justin is currently ahead of Sarang despite having four fewer finishes. His higher damage and much better average survival time are helping him maintain the number one position.
MVP Race Could Change During Semi Finals
The BMSD 2026 Semi Finals will take place from October 8 to 11, featuring 24 teams. Each team will play 16 matches, with only the top eight directly qualifying for the Grand Finals. Teams finishing ninth to 24th will have another opportunity through the Last Chance stage.
That also means the MVP race is far from decided.
Players whose teams continue deeper into the tournament will get more opportunities to add finishes, damage, survival time and knocks. The BMSD Grand Finals will eventually take place from October 16 to 18 in Hyderabad.
For now, Justin enters the Semi Finals as the player to beat, but Sarang, Shubh, SarwarOG and DhruvOG remain close behind as BMSD 2026 enters its most important stages.
