Discord may be all set to enter into a partnership with Riot Games, giving away free credits for Valorant and League of Legends to Nitro subscribers, as per recent leaks.
The leak was first put forward by prominent leaker “Discord Previews” on X. According to the leaker, Discord Nitro subscribers will be able to redeem $10 USD worth of Credits for free in Riot Games titles like Valorant and LoL.
While the exact date for the Discord x Riot Games partnership has not been revealed by the leaker, the post states that all eligible Nitro users will be able to see the promotion in their Nitro tab once it officially goes live.
Notably, several key details regarding the potential collab are still uncertain. For instance, the post refers to the Nitro reward as “credit” toward in-game items instead of naming Riot Points or Valorant Points, and the phrasing “Valorant or League of Legends” hints that players may have to pick a game to receive the corresponding amount of credits in.
