Wild Rift PPGL

Riot Games is blocking players using VPN to get the region locked League of Legends: Wild Rift beta.

League of Legends Wild Rift beta is gettings players excited which makes them all the more frustrated not being able to access it because of the region lock. In their statement, Riot reasoned their decision by saying that they feel that the integrity of the game was harmed by accessing it in unavailable regions.

We’ve explored ways to protect the game experience for the largest number of players and concluded the best solution is to prevent VPN access from the highest volume VPN services outside the beta regions, effective immediately. We’ll continue to evaluate whether additional VPN services need to be added to the list
