Will Modern Warfare 3 Be Released on Xbox Game Pass?

0

The discussion surrounding the availability of Modern Warfare 3 on Xbox Game Pass has intensified, especially in light of Microsoft’s recent acquisition of Activision Blizzard. As the game’s release date in November approaches, fans are eager to know if they can access it through their Xbox Game Pass subscription.

Will Modern Warfare 3 Be Released on the Xbox Game Pass?

For those hoping to play Modern Warfare 3 via Xbox Game Pass upon its release, there’s some disappointing news. As of now, Modern Warfare 3 will not be launching on the Xbox Game Pass. While the deal has been finalized, there exists an ongoing contract with Sony. This contract prevents Microsoft from adding the game to its Game Pass lineup for the time being.

If you’re keen on playing Modern Warfare 3 as soon as it drops, you’ll need to purchase it, either on PC or Xbox. The game will be available on platforms like Steam, the Blizzard shop, and the Microsoft store at its full price. For those willing to wait, there’s a glimmer of hope. The game might make its way to Xbox Game Pass in 2024 or later, once the current contractual obligations are fulfilled.

Kick shadowbans streamer for “sexually suggestive” content

0

Kick recently updated the guidelines to prevent another overflow of “hot tub” streams on their platform, as with Twitch. The latest policies aim to set clear boundaries as to what counts as suggestive content so creators can stay away from sexualizing their streams which defeats the intended purpose of the streaming site.

Having guidelines that clearly set boundaries will help content creators on Kick stay clear of any penalties and unlike Twitch, it will not be flooded with suggestive content with everyone using it to promote their OnlyFans. The majority sees this as a positive change while many argue that Kick might have been too over the top when setting the rules.

A few days after the new rules were enforced, we have the first person to have violated it. Streamer PattayaLife went live on October 12 and the background seemed like a brothel which clearly violated the Kick guidelines as a result the channel was hit with a shadowban for an hour during which their channel was hidden from the masses.

“Kick is no longer able to support sexually suggestive content due to requirements set forth by Google Play & Apple app store,” the official KickTeam account shared. As a result of these new guidelines, this streamer had their channel ‘temporarily hidden’ “for 1 hour.”

As soon as the creators were informed about the ban, the stream was completely taken off from the Kick homepage. Kick has done their best to get rid of everything including clips and VODs and no trace of the stream remains. The community has taken this as a positive sign especially when Twitch was slow to react.

ESL Announces IEM Sydney Talent Lineup

IEM Sydney’s schedule has undergone a revamp. ESL, the event’s organizer, has extended the time allocated for best-of-one matches to one hour and best-of-three matches to three and a half hours. This adjustment means that the opening matches on October 16 will now commence at 01:30, a 90-minute delay from the original 00:00 start time.

The final schedule for the second day will be determined based on the outcomes of day one, with the tentative start time being 02:30. This shift in timings is strategic. It ensures that the latter half of the tournament days remain accessible to European viewers.

The average map duration during these tournaments hovered around the one-hour mark. However, there were variations, with times ranging from 35 minutes in the BO1s at ESL Challenger Jönköping’s open qualifier to 51 minutes in the BO3s at the event’s closed qualifier. While this data might not be wholly indicative of high-stakes LAN Counter-Strike events, it provided ESL with enough information to justify the schedule changes, allowing for potential mid-tournament adjustments.

Elon Musk teases Joe Rogan podcast return

0

Billionaire Elon Musk has always maintained centre stage when it comes to social media presence and has always been involved in some or the other controversies which often puts him on the receiving end of tricky questions every time he talks to the media. Joe Rogan has always addressed key issues in his podcasts and given room to controversial figures to defend themselves.

Fans have begged Elon to return to the Joe Rogan podcast after his previous two appearances became a massive hit. Elon previously addressed several controversial issues and managed to give answers that were able to satisfy the masses and provide his perspective which was diluted by the media before he opened up about it.

The time Musk spoke extensively with Joe Rogan was in 2021 when he addressed several key issues at the time but his recent acquisition of Twitter and the mass firing of employees caused a massive uproar against him on the internet. Fans were hoping he would provide a deeper insight into his recent ventures.

Joe Rogan recently lost his number 1 spot on Spotify and a show with Elon Musk might help him cement his number 1 spot among the “Most Listened” shows on the Swedish music streaming platform. Rogan has always maintained a fundamental neutrality when talking to his guests along with upholding opinions from either side of the debate which is why so many people love his show and to have someone like Elon Musk answering tricky questions, is bound to be a hit it materialises.

Adin Ross gets a Rolls Royce from Kick CEO on his birthday

0

In the year 2023, one of the most successful Twitch streamers Adin Ross jumped ship to Kick, an up-and-coming platform that has since turned into Twitch’s biggest competition. Ross managed to sign one of the biggest deals in the streaming industry during his move which by the looks of it has helped Kick become one of the most popular streaming platforms today.

Kick CEO Eddie Craven took Adin Ross’s birthday as an opportunity to show his value to the platform by gifting him a Rolls Royce. The streamer was celebrating his Birthday on a live stream when Craven showed up and blindfolded him to take him to a spot where the Rolls Royce was parked and what followed was his crazy reaction.

“What the f**k. A Rolls f**king Royce. Shut the f**k up there is no way. Bro, they got me a Rolls Royce.” he said.

Craven’s show of appreciation was beyond anything Ross could have hoped for which is why when his blinds were taken off he couldn’t believe that he was being gifted a Roll Royce.

Ross was arguably one of the early movers to Kick. He switched at a time when Kick couldn’t promise the viewership he had on Twitch but his move facilitated in opening the floodgates that helped pave the way for a plethora of streamers who were unhappy with Twitch to jump ship and start streaming on Kick.

Kick was taken by a storm when Ross arrived and now so many streamers have followed that Kick has been in a prime position to dethrone Twitch as the biggest streaming platform in the world. They have a major advantage over Twitch being late movers, Kick has been able to avoid all the mistakes in Twitch and accelerate their growth which is clearly showing.

Valve Tightens Security After Hackers Update Steam Games With Malware

0

A few game developers experienced unauthorized access to their Steam accounts. The attackers then updated these games with malicious software. Fortunately, the impact was limited, with less than 100 Steam users installing these games at the time of the malware insertion. Valve, the company behind Steam, promptly informed the affected users via email.

Enhanced Security Protocols

To counteract such threats in the future, Valve has introduced a stringent security measure. Starting from October 24, game developers will need to undergo a two-factor authentication process before updating the default branch of any released game. This is the version that gets automatically delivered to players during updates. The authentication will be facilitated through an SMS text message, making it mandatory for developers to register a mobile number with Steam. This move might pose challenges for developers without mobile phones, but Valve emphasizes that this step is crucial for the safety of its user base.

This isn’t an isolated incident. Valve has reported an increase in sophisticated attacks targeting developers’ accounts on Steam. Steam partners will also need SMS verification to add new members to their groups to further enhance security. Moreover, Valve is considering extending this two-factor security measure to other backend operations on Steam in the near future.

One of the games affected by this breach was “NanoWar: Cells VS Virus.” Its developer, Benoît Freslon, revealed that he fell victim to malware, which compromised his browser access tokens. This breach gave the attacker temporary access to various web services he was logged into.

How to Use Cheats in Starfield?

0

While Starfield’s expansive universe and intricate storylines offer hours of immersive gameplay, some players are eager to unlock its secrets faster. For those looking to enhance their Starfield experience, cheats can be a game-changer. This guide will walk you through setting up cheats in Starfield using cheat engines, trainers, and mods.

How to Use Cheats in Starfield?

  • Backup Your Game: Before making any modifications, ensure you back up your game data. This precautionary step will protect your progress.
  • Choose a Cheat Engine: Several cheat engines are compatible with Starfield. Research and select one that best fits your needs.
  • Download and Install: Once you’ve chosen an engine, download and install it. Always use trusted sources to avoid malware.
  • Launch Starfield: Start your game and then minimize it.
  • Activate the Cheat Engine: Open the cheat engine and select Starfield from the list of processes.
  • Input Desired Cheats: Navigate through the engine’s interface and select the cheats you wish to activate.
  • Return to Starfield: Maximize your game and enjoy the enhanced experience.

Exploring Mods and Trainers

Beyond cheat engines, mods and trainers offer additional customization:

  • Mods: These are player-created content that can alter gameplay, graphics, or add new content. Starfield’s active modding community offers a plethora of options.
  • Trainers: These are programs designed to modify game data in real-time. They can provide unlimited resources, invincibility, and more.

Here is a list of the popular Starfields cheat codes:

  • Infinite Oxygen
  • Infinite Ammo
  • No Injury Status
  • Infinite Weapon Energy
  • Easy Kills
  • Infinite Health
  • No Reload

While cheats can elevate your gaming experience, it’s essential to use them responsibly. Over-reliance can diminish the game’s challenge and reduce overall enjoyment. Moreover, always ensure that cheats don’t violate the game’s terms of service, especially in multiplayer settings.

SPower Rejoins Blind Esports’ BGMI Roster

0

Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) prodigy Rudra “SPower” Rb has returned to the BGMI roster of Blind Esports. This announcement comes following the recent lackluster performance of Godlike Esports in the Battlegrounds Mobile India Masters Series (BGMS) Season 2 and the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2023. Notably, a fews fays ago GodLike Esports’ CEO Krafton also announced that SPower won’t be a part of GodLike Esports’ roster.

Blind Esports’ BGMI Roster

Following SPower’s joining, Blind Esports’ BGMI roster includes the following players:

  • Mohammad “Manya” Raja
  • Nakul “NakuL” Sharma
  • Khush “Jokerr” Singh
  • Manpreet “Rony” Singh
  • SPower

SPower’s journey in the BGMI esports scene has been nothing short of eventful. He initially joined Godlike Esports in November 2021, which ultimately raised him to prominence, with his incredible skills and performance in various tournaments. However, after eleven months, he parted ways with the organization in September 2022. The reasons for this separation remained somewhat mysterious.

One of the key factors contributing to SPower’s return to Blind Esports was the lackluster performance of Godlike Esports in recent tournaments. This underwhelming run began with the Battlegrounds Mobile India Masters Series (BGMS) Season 2 in August, where Godlike Esports faced an early elimination from the tournament, failing to meet the high expectations. The disappointments continued into the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2023, where Godlike Esports struggled to make a mark, and was eliminated in Round 4.

SPower’s decision to rejoin Blind Esports marks a significant turning point in his career. Blind Esports is one of the best BGMI teams. Although their previous association did not work well, the players will try to make it fruitful this time.

It is important to note that SPower will not be able to participate in BGIS 2023 with Blind Esports as he was registered under GodLike Esports, which got eliminated.
