Football Manager 25 Delayed Until March 2025

0

Sports Interactive, after careful discussion and consultation with SEGA, licensors, and partners, has set the launch date of Football Manager 25 to March 2025. The actual release dates on all platforms will be announced at a later date.

Pushed back to September from the originally envisaged release date, the game will have added time for further development, bringing nothing but the best quality experience for this new Football Manager era. Even so, with this extra time, the developers have agreed that their game does not cut it; it doesn’t meet their strict standards.

Development has proven to be agonizing for FM25, as the actual process lags behind schedule and wasn’t as swift as hoped for by the dedicated effort of the team. The pressure on the studio increased to avoid compromise in quality on account of the tight timeline.
Football Manager 25 is a real technical and visual step forward in the series. In such a moment in the history of its franchise, the studio cannot risk rushing the release.

Football Manager 25 Delayed Until March 2025

Well, this delay will indeed be distressing for most fans who pre-ordered the game. However, Sports Interactive appreciates all the confidence and trust that were extended to them. After all, refunds are available for those who might want to cancel their pre-order applications.

Advanced Access on PC and Mac will be available until before the date given by the release, which will be announced later by the studio when they know. The new gameplay reveal has instead been pushed to the end of January 2025.

Fortnitemares 2024 is back with a spine-tingling twist, hosting a chilling collaboration with the iconic Saw franchise. It brings Billy the Puppet, that infamous character from the franchise, to this battle royale. The game will provide players with a way to unlock Billy’s eerie skin and other spooky cosmetics.

How to Get Billy the Puppet Skin in Fortnite?

Billy the Puppet is available for 1,500 V-Bucks within the Fortnite Item Shop. The terrifying skin includes the only “Trap Television” back bling that would pay homage to an aspect of their reputation: their traps.

Billy the Puppet Fortnite

The Billy Bundle is great for all of you who want the whole Saw in Fortnite experience, giving access to everything in Saw in Fortnite for 2,500 V-Bucks. All of these can be accessed together without having to buy individual items, making it more immersive to users.

Apart from the Billy the Puppet skin, there are several other Saw-themed cosmetics that also drop during the Fortnitemares event, including Spiralized Slicer Pickaxe, Billy’s Tricycle Emote, and Puppet’s Choice Weapon Wrap.

These Fortnitemares items, which include all Saw-related cosmetics, are available for a limited time. You have until 7 PM EST (or 12 AM UTC) on the 15th of October to grab the Billy the Puppet skin and other exclusive items that can be obtained from the Item Shop before they are no longer available – it’s unknown if or when they will return.

UK YouTuber Yung Filly Faces Sexual Assault Charges in Australia

The British YouTuber Yung Filly, the guy with the real name Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, has recently been charged with sexual assault while the man toured Australia.

Barrientos is specially charged with four counts of sexual assault, three counts of assault with intent to cause bodily harm, and one count of interference with the circulation of another person.

As a 29-year-old active Internet personality, he has been concerting in Australia by creating and producing his own songs and playing as a disk jockey in local clubs. The accusations stem from his show on the 27th of September at Bar1 Nightclub in Perth.

A woman in her twenties alleged sexual assault by Barrientos and was rushed to a police station in Western Australia shortly after the incident.

Bail for Barrientos

Yung Filly Sexual Assault

Due to the charges preferred against him, Barrientos has been extradited from Queensland to Perth to answer to the charges before the Perth Magistrates Court on October 10 when his lawyer applied for his bail.

Contrary to this, the police were against his release because of strong evidence from CCTV and photographic evidence as pointed out by the ABC news.

Western Australia police prosecutor Julius Depetro said Barrientos was aware of significant funds coming from his social media income, source of income from YouTube and TikTok is seven hundred thousand Australian dollars.

“No surety is offered [and] given that he is clearly a man of some means, that we will be able to guarantee his presence … to address these charges,” Mr. Depetro said.

The complainant, Magistrate Tanya Watt argued that the possibility of Barrientos absconding and tampering with the potential witness would be containable.

However, she allowed him a bond but set some stringent conditions such as not having any form of communication with the said accuser or ever referring the case on social media platforms before his loyal fan base of millions of followers.

He is also prohibited from traveling from Western Australia, obeying daily police attendance, and providing a cash surety of $100,000 as a personal one.

Barrientos was to perform seven shows on the Australia 2024 tour, and the Bar1 show was the first on September 27, 2014, in Perth.

To the best of my knowledge, this YouTuber has not posted anything about this particular situation. Investigators have asked those with further information to contact local officials at once. Barrientos is also free on bail while the legal process of the law goes on.
Stay tuned to Talkesport for more information involving this subject as the situation develops.

Mark Zuckerberg Hints at Twitch Debut

Recently, there’ve been many celebrities we have noticed that have started streaming on Twitch, including Post Malone and Mike Shinoda; where Twitch has done an excellent job at attracting such personalities. But here we seem to have a potential tech übermensch who isn’t averse to making Twitch their battlefield.

At the Meta Connect event that took place in California recently, the CEO, Mark Zuckerberg hinted at the possibility of him appearing on the platform for the first time.

This is because Mark Zuckerberg is willing to host a Twitch channel where he can play Civilizations – the video game. This game forces a player into thinking and gradually building an empire over the course of the game. It is also an old series, with the first volume coming out in 1991, the last one was released this year and the next one comes out next year.

This would be quite impressive, though it really becomes even more fascinating when you consider the fact that Zuckerberg is quite fond of the game. He has been playing it most of the time in his life, and it was the title that led him to study engineering. When he was told he got admission to study at Harvard, he was deeply involved with the game.

With a billion-dollar-plus wealth and presiding over one of the world’s biggest companies, this man still boasts of his achievements in Civilizations. Indeed, his wife only recently discovered that he has devoted thousands of hours to the game.

Looking at the amount of time he spends playing games in the Civilizations realm, it feels like he is one of the best players worldwide.

“In terms of strategy games, the one that I’m more likely to want to be the best in the world at is Civilization. I think at some point, I should do like a Twitch stream of me playing with someone because I’m pretty convinced I’m close to Grand Master status,” he said.

While he has not fashioned this Twitch channel of his, many are certain this is in the pipeline in the future. A world-renowned CEO would undoubtedly grab attention if he tried his hand at streaming on one of the most popular platforms on the internet.

Harris Campaign Streams World of Warcraft on Stage During Campaign! Find Out More

0

On Wednesday, Kamala Harris’s campaign for the presidency – hired a gamer to play “World of Warcraft” while Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Walz, spoke on the podium.

Harris viewed the official broadcast of the popular fantasy – massively multiplayer online game, on Twitch that was streamed by Preheat who is a professional gamer right when Walz’s speech began at a rally in Arizona.

The audience grew nearly to a peak of 5,000 at some point during the live stream. Soon when Walz stepped down from the stream and the stream switched exclusively to World of Warcraft, the number dropped to around 3,500.

Looking at Wired, it is said that the Harris campaign representative said that combining the rally with World of Warcraft gameplay should increase the visibility of Harris and Walz among male youth in America – which is also Twitch’s key audience.

“The campaign has been pursuing young men actively in the last weeks – both during important sports events’ TV breaks and on gaming Websites like IGN.”

In a statement to Wired, the Harris campaign called ‘Preheat’, which focuses on World of Warcraft and creates guides for it, a “volunteer” for the campaign.

According to the magazine, Preheat also helped viewers “on how to deal with one of the new raid enemies from The War Within expansion” during the campaign rally on Wednesday.

Current former US President – Donald Trump also owns a Twitch account, which in July saw his account being unbanned after it was deactivated for a period of three-and-a-half years following the events of January 6, 2021, Capitol Hill invasions.

Trump, however, has not shared any videos on the account and never played any video games live on stream. Here are our fingers crossed for the policies to support the esports scene & for all of us gamers to gain recognition. A dream in the distance, but not so far anymore!

Mark Zuckerberg Plans to Launch Twitch Channel for Civilization Streaming

0

Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Meta, is considering a new venture that might surprise many: launching a Twitch channel to stream his favorite game, Civilization. During Meta’s annual Connect event in Menlo Park, California, Zuckerberg shared his enthusiasm for the game and hinted at his potential plans for streaming.

Zuckerberg’s love for Civilization is no secret. He has been an avid player since middle school, and the game even played a role in his decision to become an engineer. “Priscilla looked at my Steam account the other day and she’s like, ‘What?! You’ve played this for more than a thousand hours,’” Zuckerberg recounted, referring to his wife, Priscilla Chan. He added, “In terms of strategy games, the one that I’m more likely to want to be the best in the world at is Civilization.”

The game, designed by Sid Meier and Bruce Shelley in 1991, challenges players to guide a civilization through history, making crucial economic, political, and military decisions. Zuckerberg’s deep engagement with the game is evident. He even recalled playing Civilization when he received his acceptance email from Harvard.

Zuckerberg’s potential Twitch debut comes at a time when the platform is thriving with popular streamers like Kai Cenat, xQc, Pokimane, and TommyInnit. If he joins, he will be in good company, adding a unique twist to the streaming community. His rival, Elon Musk, has already made waves by streaming Diablo 4 on X, garnering millions of views.

The anticipation for Zuckerberg’s Twitch channel is building, especially with the upcoming release of Civilization VII on February 11, 2025. Fans are eager to see if he will indeed take his gaming skills to a live audience. Zuckerberg’s confidence in his abilities is clear. “I think at some point, I should do, like, a Twitch stream of me playing with someone because I’m pretty convinced that I’m close to grandmaster status. I’d be surprised if anyone in the world could beat me at that,” he stated.

As the tech mogul contemplates this new venture, the gaming community is abuzz with excitement. Whether Zuckerberg will dominate the Twitch scene as he has in the tech world remains to be seen, but one thing is certain: his passion for Civilization is unwavering, and his potential entry into streaming could be a game-changer.
