Team Spirit Reveals Three Planned Academy Rosters

Team Spirit has shocked the CS2 community after doubling down on its plans with the Academy rosters. Now, it will boast four teams to promote young talents from the CIS region and provide them with everything in an attempt to find the next Donk and Kyosuke.

In what is certainly the most promising CS2 academy in the world, Team Spirit is investing heavily in multiple academy rosters, giving the industry a whole new direction which emphasises developing top talents similar to what we have seen in football.

Six players, primarily between the ages of 15 and 16, make up each of them. They have little to no prior competitive experience and, depending on the division, average between 3,500 and 3,200 ELO on FACEIT.

Goes without saying that they are quite young and have been dominating FACEIT, which caught the attention of the recruiters, and now they will get the special treatment by learning at the feet of the best coaches and players of the world.

Only time can tell if this approach provides value to Team Spirit as an organisation, but history proves that investing in talent has proved its worth in gold for them.

In Elden Ring Nightreign, FromSoftware makes a significant adjustment to resource management by eliminating the familiar FP-replenishing Flask of Cerulean Tears. Though the Flask of Crimson Tears retains its HP-healing function, those who use magic or Weapon Arts will soon realize the lack of a specialized FP flask. This necessitates an adaptation in gameplay, with new mechanisms needed to effectively conserve Focus Points (FP) in the expansive and treacherous Limveld region.

How to Restore FP in Elden Ring Nightreign?

Even with the lost Cerulean Flask, several solid substitutes enable you to restore FP through the entire game.

As with previous Soulsborne titles, Sites of Grace remain essential to progression. Aside from allowing level-ups and fast travel, resting at a Site of Grace fully restores your HP, FP, and flasks. They serve as your main reset points and should be prioritized when you’re running low on resources.

Starlight Shards, Cerulean Crystal Tears, and Cerulean Hidden Tears are consumables that restore FP. These can be discovered throughout Limveld, usually hidden away in treasure containers or secreted in high-magic zones such as Sorcerer’s Rises. Having a stockpile of these items becomes the key, particularly for sorcerers or Ashes of War builds.

How to Restore FP in Elden Ring Nightreign

Throughout your journey in Limveld, you’ll come across trees glowing with a faint blue aura, often encircled by luminous flowers or branches. These natural FP wells act like environmental fountains. Interacting with them restores a portion of your FP instantly, making them extremely valuable during exploration, especially when you’re far from a Site of Grace.

Some weapons in Nightreign have passive skills that assist in restoring FP. These include abilities such as slowly regenerating FP, restoring FP when landing consecutive hits, or even acquiring FP when damaged. Although the presence of these weapons is mostly based on RNG, finding one early in your run can be quite beneficial for magic-centric builds.

Recluse, a new Nightreign spellcasting class, has built-in FP replenishment through its passive and ultimate skills. Her “Magic Cocktail” ability allows her to steal elemental energy from friend and foe alike and turn it into FP. When fully charged, this can be used to execute a catastrophic spell according to the elements stolen. Her final, “Soulblood Song,” brands enemies so that damage against them heals HP and FP for the party as a whole, making her a priceless support and ranged fighter choice.

Managing your FP without the use of the Cerulean Flask is more proactive. Get into the habit of scouting extensively and noting down the positions of glowing blue trees and Sites of Grace. Always have a spare Starlight Shard or two on hand as a backup, and don’t ignore weapons with FP passives on them, even if they aren’t your primary damage source.

Valorant Mobile’s Strategic Entry

Valorant Mobile’s success hinges on adapting its PC-based tactical gameplay for touchscreens. Early beta tests in China suggest streamlined controls and shorter match durations (15–20 minutes vs. BGMI’s 30+ minutes). However, its higher skill ceiling, emphasizing agent abilities, map control, and precision shooting, could alienate casual players accustomed to BGMI’s forgiving mechanics. The potential lack of cross-play with PC further limits accessibility. Furthermore, transitioning BGMI’s battle royale pros to Valorant’s 5v5 plant/defuse format poses challenges. 

Valorant Mobile’s esports viability rests on Riot’s legacy with titles like League of Legends and Valorant PC. Furthermore, according to the leaks and playtests in China, VALORANT Mobile will be offering more features than its PC counterpart at the time of launch, including the must awaited replay system.

On the plus side, many BGMI content creators, gaming content creators, and other esports pros have stated that they are willing to try and even go pro in Valorant Mobile. Renowned former BGMI esports pro Raj “Snax” Varma recently stated that he will be making his esports comeback with Valorant Mobile. 

While Valorant Mobile is unlikely to “defeat” BGMI in India, it will carve a niche among tactical FPS enthusiasts. Casual gamers may split time between both titles, similar to the PC coexistence of PUBG and CS:GO. Contrary to other FromSoftware games we have seen in the past, Elden Ring Nightreign puts heavy emphasis on its 3-player co-op multiplayer, making teamwork a core part of the gameplay experience. However, with this shift in focus, many new players are left wondering: how exactly do you play multiplayer in Elden Ring Nightreign?

How To Play Elden Ring Nightreign Multiplayer?

Before you learn how to play Elden Ring Nightreign multiplayer, it’s crucial to know that the game does not support 2-player co-op. If you’re looking to play with your friends, you’ll have to make sure that you have two other Nightfarers ready to take on the game with you, since Nightreign only supports 3-player co-op.

Additionally, it’s also important to note that Elden Ring Nightreign doesn’t support crossplay; you are allowed to play cross-generation. This means that PlayStation users won’t be able to join players using Xbox consoles.   • Set the ‘No. of Password Players’ to the number of friends you are inviting (your friends also need to enter the same number)

IEM Katowice has been one of the most prestigious tournaments in CS2‘s history, but unfortunately for the fans, IEM will be moving away from the fabled stadium to the Tauron Arena in Krakow in 2026.

Spodek Arena has been one of the liveliest in CS2 history, and it’s a real shame that it will no longer host IEM. However, the new arena will be big enough to build a thrilling atmosphere despite lacking the heritage that Spodek boasts.

“For almost two decades, Intel Extreme Masters has built a heritage full of emotional and defining moments in esports history. From the early days in Hannover to the rise of new legends in Katowice, every stop along the way has left its mark on our legacy,” said Michal Blicharz, VP Product.

“Today, as we begin a new chapter of this story, we look forward to continuing it with the world’s best gamers and esports fans, as they add new pages to it in Kraków, on a bigger scale than ever before,” the press release stated.

24 teams will compete in the six-team playoffs at IEM Krakow from February 6–8 with $1,200,000 on the line and the opportunity to perform in front of an audience at Tauron Arena. One of the teams will have the chance to be the first team to win the first IEM Kraków, which will mark the start of another legendary tournament.
