CS:GO’s Majors have been some of esports’ most prominent tournaments over its 10-year history. But the strength of the scene comes from its open circuit format, which lets almost any organizer host a tournament anywhere in the world using any kind of format.
Over the course of the previous decade, players have been awarded more than $140 million across thousands of tournaments, with the PGL Stockholm Major awarding the greatest single prize pool of $2 million.
The Stockholm Major featured the largest prize pool after nearly 2 years of no major tournaments played due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
While Danish players continue to monopolize the top ranks in terms of earnings, other athletes seem to climb up the ladder with their recent winnings.
More Majors with huge prize pools are on the horizon for CS:GO, and the game shows no signs of slowing down. But before we get there, let’s take a look at the top prize pool money earners, as reported by Esports Earnings. With the conclusion of the recent IEM : Rio CS:GO Major 2022, the data seeded by Esports Earning has been updated.

Trivia about the players :
The exclusivity that Dupreeh bears cannot be matched by anyone else. Dupreeh, now with Vitality and Magisk, is the only CS:GO player to have played in all 18 Majors and won over $2 million in individual prizes. With Vitality looking good coming into the Rio Major, he has a chance to distance himself from his old Astralis teammates.
The highest-paid IGL is also one of the most accomplished and respected. When gla1ve first joined Astralis, he was actually somewhat unheard of, and the team’s initial performance wasn’t all that impressive. Four Majors and a Grand Slam later, gla1ve showed his value and then some.
The only player in the top six who is not part of the renowned Astralis core, s1mple is a serious candidate for the title of the greatest player of all time. As with electroNic, most of s1mple’s success competitively and financially has come in 2021 and 2022, but he reached the top four in two Majors with Liquid in 2016.
Ukrainian star s1mple joined this elite list after NAVI won several international titles in 2021, including the PGL Stockholm Major. He was recently awarded the Player of the Decade award by ESL.

Krafton Inc, the developers of PUBG and Battlegrounds Mobile India recently published a new press release and it has trended on the internet over its ending statement. The BGMI developers have mentioned some update on the ban situation and here is everything you need to know.
BGMI was banned in India by the July end by the Indian government over concerns of violating user privacy and having links with China in some form. This ban has impacted the distribution network of BGMI as the game is still active on its older version but newer content cannot be added and its official marketplace listing on Apple and Google Play Store have been removed as well.
This ban was officially recognized a few weeks ago as an RTI query confirmed that BGMI is blocked in India. Krafton had stated earlier that they were working with Indian government to bring back the game and players were expecting that BGMI could come back by 15th August but no announcement was made since that time.
BGMI Unban Date Hinted by Krafton in a Recent Announcement
BGMI UNBAN POSSIBLE DATE AND TIME
The new press release is the first official source of information that has confirmed that Krafton is involved in the unblocking activity. The concluding statement made in the report is as follows:
“Finally, KRAFTON is continuing its efforts to resume services for BGMI and will continue investing in the Indian gaming market.”
This is a statement of reassurance for the entire BGMI community as the developers are still working on the comeback. Krafton did not comment on the possible comeback date or time but it’s return could be right around the corner.

Team SoloMid (TSM) released a statement regarding FTX. FTX, a Bahamas-based crypto exchange, filed for bankruptcy on Friday after a rush of customer withdrawals earlier that week.
Following the bankruptcy filing of the industry’s dominant company, FTX has been causing a stir recently. After reviewing the company’s finances, the transaction that was initially reported to possibly involve a rescue by competitor Binance was found to be invalid.
Since then, the exchange has been accused of transferring hundreds of millions of dollars in assets under “strange conditions.” Meanwhile, the CEO of the site, Sam Bankman-Fried, has apologized to the users of the network for “ending up here.”
TSM bought the team’s title rights for ten years for $210m and became one of FTX’s sports and entertainment icons. The team was almost ready to grow, but given how things are going at FTX right now, it’s possible that those plans will have to be put on hold for the time being.
The attention of the esports community was focused squarely on TSM. The major North American organization negotiated the “biggest [deal] in esports history” with FTX, a $210 million, ten-year naming rights pact.
This message was given out to the media and fans earlier tonight by the corporation in an effort to get a head start on whatever is going to happen next.
“Along with the rest of the world, TSM has been closely following the situation surrounding FTX. We have no insight into the matter other than what has been reported publicly. We are currently consulting legal counsel to determine the best next steps to protect our team, staff, fans, and players.”
– Team SoloMid
Considering the severity of the situation and the larger challenges facing FTX, an esports club is likely the least of their concerns at the time. However, it would not come as a complete surprise to us if they decided to just give up and cancel the association with the bankrupt company.
TSM will be unable to capitalize on the money they are due to receive for nine years, delaying any planned growth.
“To be clear, TSM is built on a solid foundation. We are stable and profitable and we continue to forecast profitability for this year, next year, and beyond. We look forward to a great year in 2023,” they concluded.
According to reports, Japanese professional player Fisker’s contract with FAV Gaming was canceled after he was caught cheating on his wife.
Hideki “Fisker” Sasaki, a Japanese professional Valorant player, was kicked off the FAV Gaming team after allegations that he cheated on his wife. Shkan Bunshun reported that Fisker rejected the rumors but was quietly fired from FAV Gaming in October.
Fisker was a member of Crazy Raccoon‘s Valorant lineup in 2021 and is highly regarded in the Japanese esports community. On November 11th, Fisker apologized to supporters and provided a lengthy statement on Twitter.
The reason given for Fisker’s departure from the FAV team on November 11 was “a breach of contract,” according to a machine translation of the statement. The statement did not provide any additional details regarding the breach. Shortly after expressing his regret to the team and his followers, Fisker issued his own statement addressing the controversy surrounding the situation.
According to the article, Fisker was dismissed from the company because he had allegedly been unfaithful to his wife. According to a machine translation, FAV verified in a statement that they sent to Shkan Bunshun that the violation of the contract was “an act of adultery.”
More Details on Fisker’s case
Fisker’s wife is currently pregnant with the former’s third child. MqlRa, an Apex Legends YouTuber, is the adulterer, according to the report.
After the story was published, Fisker stated that he and his wife had been separated for months and were discussing divorce. He then goes on to apologize for his behavior and states that he will be avoiding social media for the foreseeable future.
In the first version of the news, it was also said that Fisker would be moving to a different Japanese Valorant team competing in FENNEL. The organization has refuted reports that they had any interest in acquiring the player or pursuing a transfer for him.
Fisker did not provide any hint that he will leave the esport industry at any point in the future. Because he is also part Brazilian and speaks Portuguese, he is able to pursue his professional career outside of the United States.
S1mple’s 10 years of stellar play gained him the status titled player of the decade.
S1mple has been regarded as the best player in CS:GO during the past 10 years. Because of the persistent superiority of his individual play over the past decade, he has emerged as an exceptional player in every respect and has been awarded the coveted title as a result.
In the history of CS:GO, s1mple is one of the players with the longest career and the most honors.
The fact that he won his first major championship with NaVi in 2021 means that he does not possess the most extensive trophy cabinet, but the fact that he has won several MVP honors as an individual makes him one of the best players of all time.
Natus Vincere has finally achieved their goal of winning a Major tournament in CS:GO after coming so close over the past five years. The CIS organization has never been able to secure a Major trophy, despite the fact that its history of success in Counter-Strike is unparalleled.
The organization had lost the DreamHack Cluj-Napoca Major final to ENVY, the MLG Columbus Major to SK Gaming, and the Faceit London Major to Astralis, but at PGL Stockholm, they won their first Major and established themselves as the best team of 2021.
It wasn’t long after the CS:GO ace was eliminated from the IEM Rio event, which was a very turbulent time for him, that it was announced that he had been given the Player of the Decade award.
I know guys – now gonna be a lot of memes, a lot of bad words and good words as well but that’s the difference between me and other – I don’t care, I will lose, I will win – I know this, nobody can break me, never ever, just don’t forget that I’m from 🇺🇦 and I’m strong enough
His endurance as an individual player, combined with his dedication to winning his first major championship after several years of competing, won him the title of Player of the Decade.
S1mple in an interview with Eefje “Sjokz” Depoortere stated, “The game changed my life. I just want to play, play, play.” Even after competing for a decade, he still has the drive to go better and stay one of CS:GO’s elite players in the game.
As mentioned, he won his first major championship with NaVi in 2021, but his MVP honors make him one of the top players of all time. Up until this point, Aleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev had competed in 9 Majors, consistently appearing on the Biggest Stage when it was required of him.
But perhaps it wasn’t meant to be all those times, either because fate intervened, their opponents were the superior team in every way, or it was just ill fate that Sasha hadn’t won a Major tournament yet.
Initially, Valve’s Counter-Strike: Global Offensive was little more than a vanity project designed to attract players from its predecessors, Counter-Strike 1.6 and Counter-Strike: Source. The fundamental goal was to ponder on the increasingly distinct groups and combine them into a single game with a specific purpose.
The Five-SeveN is a pistol that is only available for use by Counter-Terrorists. It costs $500 and may be an excellent way to punish careless attackers. It is important to point out that some of its primary benefits are a sizable magazine capacity, a strong damage output, and a relatively quiet shooting sound.
There are about 30 different skins for Five-SeveN available in the game, and their prices vary widely. If you are not prepared to spend a significant amount of money, then the list of the best inexpensive Five-SeveN skins that we have compiled is the perfect choice for you.

We can empathize with the sense of being drowned in choices when we first started playing Dota because we were beginners at the game too. There are more than 120 heroes to choose from. You’ll simply be stumped as to where to begin
In light of this, we can empathize with the challenges that you are currently facing. If you choose difficult heroes early on and your side is outmatched by the opposition, it can be quite simple to lose interest in the game.
Heroes that are easy to play for newcomers are a godsend for the millions of gamers who are just beginning their Dota journey.
We present the Best 13 Powerful Beginner Heroes to assist you to learn the game’s basics and avoid making mistakes in your first few games. These heroes have a mechanism that is easy for newcomers to understand while also remaining relevant across all patches and metas.
1. Sven
If you are a rookie player, there is a good chance that you either do not have the ability to farm as a carry or simply do not have the necessary health to deal damage. Sven’s passive cleave and Strength hero status allow you to farm faster and have more HP.
In addition to it, though, Sven can do additional damage to his foes by using his Ultimate ability, God’s Strength, which allows him to tear through his opponents. If your team lacks an initiator, his stun can be enhanced to have him charge the enemy, making him a fantastic initiator.
2. Phantom Assasin
Phantom Assassin boasts the game’s highest DPS. If you thought you weren’t receiving enough crits, this hero might alter your mind. After obtaining your hands on a Desolator, you will be able to one-shot the vast majority of Supports if you focus solely on dealing Physical Damage.
You’re nearly invincible with a Black King Bar. However, as a novice player, the greatest challenge you can face when playing PA is her failure to maintain herself in the Early Game, in addition to her mediocre health in later levels of the game. This is especially true in the later stages of the game.
3. Axe
It would be unwise to underestimate the power that Axe possesses. The hero is easy to play and simply needs a Blink Dagger and Blademail. His main flaw is his laning stage. Even if you’re bullied out of lane, you can still farm Jungle creeps for stuff.
You won’t do well versus Ranged carriers either, but you can tank and initiate. Axe’s build restriction can make it feel repetitive and counterintuitive.
Berserker’s Call only protects you from physical harm. If you face a magic-damaging lineup, constructing a BKB may be a priority.
4. Spirit Breaker
Spirit Breaker, is one of the most enjoyable heroes on our list. You can compensate for your lack of stun, disable, or harass by ganking and exerting persistent pressure.
You are in a position to steamroll a midlaner or a carry particularly well if you can rush an Urn early and actually gain charges as a result of your global presence. This enables you to have early access to an Urn. Aside from that, though, it is extremely beneficial in lower-ranked games to have the capacity to keep the pressure up on multiple fronts.
5. Ogre Magi
It should come as no surprise that Ogre Magi is the most straightforward hero to control in the game.
His spells delay, stun, and buff teammates making his kit simple to understand. Multi-Casting spells with your Ultimate gives your abilities a pseudo-random chance to inflict bursts of damage that few carriers can match.
The inability to position oneself appropriately is going to be the most difficult challenge you confront when you first start playing Dota 2. This usually means feeding a lot to the opposition team and straining your own. On the other hand, this is not the case with Ogre Magi.
6. Undying
Undying is one of those entertaining support heroes that can be used in a variety of different ways. . However, the hero is one of the finest lane dominators and team fighters in the game. He has no stuns or disables, making ganks difficult. Therefore, he is nearly always utilized in the position 5 role, which emphasizes close guarding of the ball carrier above everything else.
You’ll enjoy scaling by eating the enemy’s offlane in vital periods. Tombstone’s team fight mayhem makes it lethal.
7. Jakiro
Jakiro is a top-lane control player.
He is a viable choice in every situation given that he is consistently tanky throughout the whole game and can throw spells from a distance without worrying about being run over by the opponent carry. Playing Jakiro throughout the landing phase and Late Game is another benefit.
8. Crystal Maiden
The frost followed Rylai wherever she went, no matter where she went. Her presence caused the fields and orchards in the area to wither, and as a result, her parents had little choice but to send her to the kingdom of Icewrack, which is located in the north.
Through the use of her elemental abilities, the Crystal Maiden conjures up massive shards of ice from the heavens, which annihilate any enemies that are rash enough to stay within the Freezing Field she has created.
9. Necrophos
With his amazing sustain and Magic damage, Necrophos, the Pope of Pestilence, has plagued the Mid Lane for a long time. Necrophos’ Ultimate, Reaper’s Scythe, may kill tanky foes despite his low single-target
Aside from that, however, Ethereal Shroud can come to your rescue in a sticky situation even if you aren’t particularly skilled when it comes to location. In addition, your natural healing ability, which you gained after casting your first spell, enables you to survive even the most dangerous of predicaments.
10. Underlord
Underlord may be the dullest hero on this list. On the other hand, he is also one of the most influential. An Underlord has the potential to win the entire Offlane for himself if they use their cards correctly. Your first spell lets you flash-farm waves without being harassed in the lane.
Underlord has a natural tankiness that allows him to endure more difficult matches. However, your adaptability is undoubtedly the crowning achievement of your career. Because an Underlord may build as a Tank, semi-Support sustain, or DPS, you can build for the circumstance.
11. Bristleback
As they become smeared in sticky snot, Bristleback’s Viscous Nasal Goo slows opponents and lowers their armor. He blasts quills in all directions using his Quill Spray ability, which does greater damage if many targets are struck.
Bristleback is great for beginners who wish to stay in battles and kill lots. Because he has a substantial quantity of health, the Dota 2 hero Bristleback is known for having a high level of resilience.
12. Lich
Lich’s Frost Blast inflicts a chilling freezing wind on foes, dealing damage and reducing their movement speed. Protection against assaults is provided by the Frost Shield. Lich can captivate an enemy with Sinister Gaze to move closer and drain their mana.
A strong ultimate ability, Chain Frost causes a magical sphere to fly through enemies, doing damage each time it hits a new target and dealing more damage than before.
If you want to get the most out of Chain Frost, you should only use it against groups of foes.
13. Lion
Lion utilize his ability Earth Spike to temporarily incapacitate an opponent, and Hex to transform them into a frog. Because of how well these two abilities interact with one another, it will be impossible for enemies to evade the carry’s assaults.
Mana Drain allows Lion to steal mana from his enemies, unlike other Dota characters. Finger of Death, the ultimate power of the Lion, is an extremely hazardous talent. It inflicts a significant amount of damage and, the more you employ it, the more powerful it becomes.
