NetEase has just shipped out a new update to Marvel Rivals, and it brings with it a series of brand-new cosmetics to the hero shooter alongside a few other improvements.
The July 2 Marvel Rivals update introduces a couple of new skins for White Fox and Lady Loki to the Pop & Win Cross-Pool Promo event, while also adding the Seaside Sentinel Bundle for Captain America to the in-game store.
Lastly, there are some fixes to Cyclops’s Diffraction Dilemma and Rogue’s Siphon Stutter abilities.

The Marvel Rivals July 2 update is the last big content drop that the game will receive before the much-anticipated Season 9 patch. For the uninitiated, Marvel Rivals Season 9 will officially kick off on July 10, 2026, as confirmed in the Season 8.5 roadmap.

– Cyclops’s Diffraction Dilemma: Fixed a bug where using Ricochet Force could result in abnormal cooldown timers or UI display errors. Scott’s visor calculations are back to being absolutely flawless.
– Rogue’s Siphon Stutter: Fixed an issue where using Ability Absorption would occasionally cause brief lag or stuttering. Rogue can now absorb powers as smoothly as a southern belle.
