How to Bind Jump to Scroll Wheel in CS2?

0

In CS2, movement is very important to outplay your opponent. Bunny Hopping is one of those sick movement tricks. The mouse scroll wheel, in particular, offers a more intuitive and rapid response for actions like jumping, making it a popular choice among players.

How to Bind Jump to Scroll Wheel in CS2?

While CS2 offers a range of keybinding options, binding the jump action to both directions of the scroll wheel requires a slightly technical approach:

  • Enabling Developer Console: First, head to the game settings and open the Game tab. Here, select “Yes” from the “Enable Developer Console” dropdown. This action will allow you to access the command console using the “~” key.
  • Entering Commands: To bind the jump action to both the upward and downward scroll, as well as the spacebar, input the following commands:
    • For upward scroll: bind “mwheelup” “+jump”
    • For downward scroll: bind “mwheeldown” “+jump”
    • For spacebar: bind “space” “+jump”

To ensure that these keybindings remain consistent every time you launch CS2, it’s recommended to set up an autoexec configuration file. This file will automatically load your preferred settings, eliminating the need to re-enter commands. Simply navigate to the CS2 config folder, create a text document named “autoexec.cfg”, and input the above bind commands. This ensures a seamless gaming experience with every launch.

Instagram Accounts of GodLike Esports’ BGMI Players Disabled

0

The Instagram accounts of GodLike Esports’ Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) player Suraj Nityanand “Neyoo” Majumdar and Abhishek “ZGOD” Choudhary, along with Rudra “Spower” B, a former GodLike Esports player, have mysteriously vanished from the social media platform. The official Instagram handle of GodLike Esports disclosed that the accounts were deleted due to “promotion of unethical practices”. Speculations have surfaced suggesting the suspension was imposed due to their involvement in promoting Telegram channels through their Instagram stories.

Why Were the Instagram Accounts of GodLike Esports’ BGMI Players Disabled?

Neyoo, ZGOD, and SPower are a few of the most prominent BGMI players in the community. Neyoo and ZGOD have been a part of GodLike Esports since mid 2021. SPower, on the other hand, had a short stint with the organization and recently departed from the team following lackluster performances in major BGMI tournaments, such as the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2023 and BGMI Masters Series (BGMS) Season 2.

GodLike Esports responded to the controversy through their official Instagram story. In a statement, they expressed their regret over the accounts’ deletions and shed light on the reasons behind their actions. The organization revealed that these creators had been repeatedly cautioned and advised against participating in activities that were considered unethical within the community. Unfortunately, the precise nature of the “unethical practices” remains is still unknown.

Despite the warnings and counsel provided by GodLike Esports, the players allegedly persisted in participating in such actions. Consequently, the organization found it necessary to take action to preserve the integrity of their community and maintain a secure and ethical environment for all its users.

The organization also used the opportunity to address the broader community of content creators. It urged them to abide by guidelines and engage in responsible and ethical content creation.

xQc Claims Ex-Girlfriend Demanded Millions to Drop Sexual Assault Charges

0

Following xQc and Adept’s very public fallout, several rumors surfaced on what may have happened however everyone was shocked to find out that Adept had reported him for sexual assault which led to an investigation, and according to xQc the charges could have been dropped by paying his ex-partner in “millions”.

Several sources have claimed that the case reached a conclusion in a legal capacity however, either party keeps opening up about it on their streams which gives the audience a different perspective and more drama. Shortly before her ban, Adept accused xQc of paying his Twitch moderators for sex which led to the latter explaining the entire timeline of events that went down.

“There was an application made by the other party for a protective order against me, so they had to be protected from me because I had committed family violence.

“The claims were extremely outrageous, unfounded, untrue, didn’t happen. And, they were so far out that I didn’t even know what I was reading when it was given to me,” xQc stated.

“There is no probable cause to continue further and it just stops right there and there is no warrants, no arrests, nothing, it just stops right there,” he added.

xQc claimed, “The settlements asked for a sizeable amount of millions of dollars for it to go away.

These claims have given an entirely different perspective to Adept’s underlying motives with xQc and the longer she remains silent the more incriminating it gets for her. At the time of writing, Adept is still banned from Twitch and only time can tell if she has a response ready for xQc’s claims.

Want to be an Influencer? Now You Can Get a Degree in It

0

“Online influencer” was a term that was bestowed upon anyone with a significant online presence who holds a certain degree of impact on the lives of their followers however, at South East Technological University in Carlow, Ireland, you can officially get the degree just like conventional lines of studies like Engineering or Medical Science.

In the past, we have seen colleges offer courses in careers around the social media spaces but for the first time, a college has dedicated itself to offering a course concluding in a degree for aspiring Influencers. Online influencer is a term that is generally associated with content creators on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and many more out there, and while said profession can be extremely rewarding in terms of economic gain and fame, the road to stardom is very difficult.

While previously, there had been no clear path to becoming an influencer, however, the course in question will likely offer a holistic approach towards being a social media star by teaching its students from fundamentals to more curated methods.

“We knew there was a space and need for this, we just needed to develop the course into a Bachelor’s degree and get it ratified,” said Irene McCormick, a senior lecturer at the University.

The Influencer market is a growing space and will continue to grow for the foreseeable future, a course like this might help companies determine which candidates are better to market their product or service through.

A large part of the course will involve keeping the students in the loop about what are trending items/ideas on social media and how they can use them to influence their personal growth as social media influencers.

MortaL Apologizes His Fans For Leaving Esports

0

In a recent controversy that unfolded between S8UL Esports and GodLike Esports, MortaL, the co-owner of S8UL Esports, found himself at the center of a storm. The controversy stemmed from an alleged remark made by GodLike Esports’ CEO Kronten, who seemingly referred to MortaL as a “dead player,” insinuating that he had abandoned esports. In response to this controversy, MortaL took to his YouTube channel with a live stream titled “Dead Player is Back,” where he addressed the issue head-on.

MortaL Explains Leaving Esports Enabled Him to Create S8UL

During the live stream, MortaL not only tackled the controversy but also made a heartfelt apology to his fans for his departure from the competitive gaming scene. He stated, “I’m sorry, guys. Sorry I couldn’t continue esports. But that was the reason I was able to, along with Goldy Bhai and Thug, give you S8UL Esports. You have to lose something in order to win something else.”

This admission resonated deeply with MortaL’s fanbase, who had supported him throughout his gaming journey. It showcased his humility and the sacrifices he had made for the greater good, namely the establishment of S8UL Esports.

S8UL Esports, Indian’s one of the most successful esports and gaming organization, was co-founded by MortaL, along with Lokesh “Goldy” Jain and Animesh “Thug” Agarwal. Since its inception, the organization has been making waves in the gaming industry. In 2022, the organization achieved a remarkable feat by winning the prestigious Content Group of the Year award at the Esports Awards 2022. This marked the first time an Indian esports group had garnered global recognition at such a prestigious event.

The award recognized not only the organization’s success but also the immense contributions of its creators over the past year. S8UL Esports has played a pivotal role in redefining the gaming landscape in India, putting the country firmly on the global map of gaming.

The accolades didn’t stop there. In 2023, S8UL Esports secured another significant achievement by winning the Global Impact Award at the Mobies Mobile Gaming Awards. Once again, they were pioneers, being the first esports organization to receive this esteemed recognition.

CounterStrike 2 Player’s Massive Skin Inventory Worth $1.5 Million Gets Banned

0

In the world of online gaming, particularly within the Counter-Strike community, skin trading has become a lucrative business. Rare skins can fetch prices in the millions, making them highly sought-after commodities. However, with high rewards come high risks, as demonstrated by the recent ban of a prominent skin trader.

St4ck, a well-known figure in the Counter-Strike 2 skin trading community, recently faced a ban that has left the community buzzing. With an inventory estimated between $1,500,000 to $1,600,000, St4ck’s ban has undoubtedly sent shockwaves through the trading world. The exact reason for his ban remains unclear, though speculations suggest it might be related to comments made on his Steam profile.

St4ck is no stranger to controversy. He has previously been accused of scamming players out of rare skins and not honoring trade agreements. Furthermore, his quest to achieve the highest possible Steam level saw him allegedly scamming individuals out of Steam cards worth $70,000.

While the ban has certainly raised eyebrows, many within the community believe it to be temporary. Predictions suggest that St4ck might be unbanned within days, especially given the value of his inventory. However, only time will tell if this prediction holds true.

CSGO: Party Astronauts Wins Round After Getting Distracted by US Government

In a recent CSGO Tournament, Party Astronauts faced an unexpected challenge not from their opponents, Imperial, but from the U.S. government. As they were on the verge of securing a significant lead, a National Emergency Alert test disrupted their gameplay, leading to a moment of chaos and eventual laughter.

While Party Astronauts were dominating Imperial on Overpass during the BLAST Fall Showdown, the National Emergency Alert test, scheduled by FEMA and the FCC, went off. This unexpected interruption came right as Party Astronauts were about to secure a lead of 11-2 against Imperial. The alert caused a brief moment of panic, with Wesley “viz” Harris exclaiming, “I can’t hear him,” as the team scrambled to maintain their advantage

Once the alert ended and the round was over, Party Astronauts couldn’t help but laugh at the bizarre situation. This incident might be one of the most unusual tech disruptions ever witnessed during a professional CSGO Tournament broadcast. BLAST even captured the audio of the event, providing viewers with a firsthand experience of the unexpected turn of events.

Despite the unexpected interruption, Party Astronauts managed to close out the map, securing a 1-0 lead in the series. Imperial, on the other hand, faced the double blow of losing the round during the alert and subsequently losing their chosen map, Overpass. This put them at a significant disadvantage, paving the way for a potential 2-0 upset by Party Astronauts.

The BLAST Fall Showdown marks the end of professional Counter-Strike tournaments on CSGO, with future tournaments set to be played on CS2. Given the recent challenges faced by players due to CS2’s launch issues, it seems fitting that an external tech issue would disrupt a CS match during this transitional phase. However, in the end, the alert didn’t seem to have a significant impact on the outcome

Valorant Agent 24: All you need to know

0

Agent 24 is the last agent scheduled to be released by the end of this year. Riot revealed this upon the release of Episode 7 and since then they have managed to release an agent and a map just like they promised.

It was largely speculated that Agent 24 would likely be a Duelist and after the release of the likes of Gekko and Deadlock, a duelist would be a welcome change for fans. The new agent is likely on schedule and all set for a release in light of Riot dropping several teasers in the past few months hinting at the release before the year ends.

The speculations of the new agent being a duelist have been confirmed by the Character Producer for Valorant John Goscicki. He said “At its core Valorant is a team-based Tac Shooter where gunplay shines. For some of you, that means aspiring to plow through enemies like Jinggg, and putting in hours in clicking those orbs with aim trainers for that clean 5k.”

All we know about the agent so far can be put in a few words. It will be a duelist who hails from Singapore as pointed out by one Twitter user. We will have all the information by the end of the year unless Riot chooses to delay the release which as it stands is highly unlikely.

It is safe to assume that her kit will be packed with crazy abilities assuming the new agent is a duelist but teasers aren’t enough to make out what said abilities are. As of now, we can hold our horses till the end of the year to find out what the latest Duelist will look like.

MrBeast’s New $500,000 Challenge Faces Backlash from Community

0

MrBeast is arguably the most popular independent content creator on YouTube who made a career out of crazy pranks and challenges that have captivated the hearts and minds of viewers.

Over the course of recent years, we saw some of the craziest challenges for him that boast insane prize pools. Suffice it to say that the crazier the challengers were, the more exciting it was to watch them. His fame reached the point where a company offered to buy his YouTube channel for a billion dollars which he refused.

“Would you spend 100 days in this room with a random stranger for $500,000? (Door is unlocked, if one of you leaves before day 100 you both lose.)” is his latest challenge and surprisingly fans have mixed feelings about it.

Fans took no time in expressing their concerns over said challenge. Many pointed out the hazards of staying locked in a room that very much replicates the white torture rooms. Others pointed out how staying away from sunlight for that long could potentially lead to some serious health issues.

While the prize money is appealing enough to give it a shot, the concerns surrounding a challenge like this simply cannot be ignored. The mixed feelings among the fans are justified as such a challenge can have severe consequences.

In light of the criticism, MrBeast has likely continued with the challenge and all we can do is wait for the video to drop to see how it went and whether or not the concerns of his users come true.
