To begin your journey to the Jagged Peak, you must first make your way to the Dragon’s Pit, an optional mini-dungeon located in the southern part of Gravesite Plain. This dungeon is the key to accessing the path that leads to the Jagged Peak.

From your starting point, head towards the Ellac Greatbridge. This bridge is a significant landmark and crossing it is essential to progressing further.

After crossing the bridge, veer right and make your way towards the giant Suppressing Pillar. This towering structure is hard to miss and serves as a crucial waypoint on your journey.

The entrance to the Dragon’s Pit is located in the rock face slightly northwest of the Suppressing Pillar. Keep an eye out for this hidden entrance as it can be easy to miss.

Once inside the Dragon’s Pit, you will need to navigate through the dungeon and defeat the Ancient Dragon-Man boss at the bottom. This boss fight is challenging, so make sure you are well-prepared.

After defeating the boss, you will emerge in a new area of Gravesite Plain, below where you were before. This new area offers two paths: one leading east to the Foot of the Jagged Peak and the other south to the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion.

To reach the Jagged Peak, take the eastern path. The route up the mountain is mostly straightforward, but be sure to complete Drake Warrior Igon’s quest along the way. Completing this quest will allow you to summon him in a crucial battle against Bayle.

Interestingly, no files have been found as a part of the leaks. If you hear any, they are sure to be rumors as of the time of writing this article as Epic Games didn’t let anything slip, YET.

Fortnite Downtime Schedule Revealed: New Updates & Chapter 5 Season 4!

Remember not to plan your gaming nights on certain days in the coming month because the official Fortnite downtime schedules have just been announced. Over the next few months, there are quite a lot of new updates dropping and many of them call for downtimes as they are quite substantial.

What is downtime?

Downtimes are a boon and a bane since they indicate that there is an exciting update about to drop, but during the downtimes themselves, players won’t be able to play the game. Fortunately, though, Epic Games has done everyone the courtesy of revealing the downtime schedules, well in advance.

Epic Games’ Fortnite Downtime Schedule

According to a popular YouTuber Shiinabr, the downtimes for the next eight updates have already been etched in stone. We’re expecting them to be large updates and here is what the schedule looks like:

  • v30.20: June 25
  • v30.30: July 23
  • v30.40: August 6
  • Chapter 5 Season 4: August 16
  • v31.10: September 4
  • v31.20: September 17
  • v31.30: October 1
  • v31.40: October 15

Albeit the exact time durations for these updates are something that Epic Games have not made us privy to, the dates seem to be pretty straightforward. These seem to be a part of a larger group of updates that include the season change, extending till the end of October. 

Fortnite Downtime Schedule

Is the Fortnite downtime schedule a leak?

Well, even though ShiinaBR is more notorious for her leaks than official news, we believe this time it is otherwise since Epic seems to have confirmed this schedule as well. But there is a small caveat that these numbers could be subject to change if Epic finds some delays along the process. They even went on to say that the August 16 Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 update won’t be that large, and hence won’t demand a lot of downtime.

But regardless of the period of days when the game is inaccessible, we the community are already cognizant of the fact that these downtimes run for a couple of hours, meaning you and half the couch potatoes reading this article should plan on touching grass on those days. Seriously, go outside and get into some physical activity.

To begin your journey, locate the Darklight Catacombs. These catacombs are situated on the lower cliff at the south end of the lake at the bottom of the Recluses’ River. This area is somewhat secluded, so watch for any hidden paths or markers that might lead you there.

After discovering the stone coffin, interact with it to trigger a sequence that takes you down a waterfall. This descent is crucial as it leads you deeper into the catacombs and closer to your destination.

Your final task within the Darklight Catacombs is to clear out all enemies and obstacles. This will culminate in a boss fight at the end of the catacombs. Defeating this boss is essential as it unlocks the path to the Abyssal Woods.

Minecraft Gets Native PS5 Version

The developer of Minecraft, Mojang, has published a native PlayStation 5 version in preview form for fans to play. The game is available to play in the testing phase if you already own the PS4 version of the game.

Higher render distance and anti-aliasing settings—which are already included in Minecraft on Xbox Series X and S—as well as native support for 4K resolution are added to the PS5 version of the game but sadly no Ray Tracing. The game has been developed to take complete advantage of PS5’s hardware, though it hardly takes any horsepower when compared to AAA titles.

The latest Tricky Trials update is included in this preview, although multiplayer is limited to PlayStation 4 and 5 users. Playing the preview on Realms, which enables cross-play with players on other devices, is the exception to this rule.

“Currently, however, the only way to play Minecraft on a PlayStation®5 is by purchasing the PlayStation®4 version of the game. By developing a native version of Minecraft for PS5® we’ll be able to make the game run more effectively on the PS5®’s hardware. So you can lose your inventory in lava in the smoothest possible way! ” reads their official statement.

According to the blog post, PS5 Preview will start to roll out at 9:30 am Pacific Time / 6:30 pm CET. Please note that it may take a few hours for you to see it enabled on your device.
