BLAST.tv Austin Major Stage 3 Matchups Released

The conclusion of Stage 2 gave us some memorable moments, but we have to move forward as we wait for Blast.tv Austin Major Stage 3. The 16 teams are locked in for the event’s final stage, and this is where the real fun begins.

While the event was limited to a studio, the next stages will be in front of the Texas crowd, making it more challenging for the team and more intense for the fans. Having left behind a big chunk of teams, the final 16 represent the best of the best teams, and the ones coming in from Stage 2 will now face the challenge that the teams they overcame could not pose.

2Team Spirit vs paiN Gaming23:45 IST

6G2 Esports vs 3DMAX23:45 IST
7Aurora Gaming vs FaZe Clan01:00 IST (June 13)
8Liquid vs Lynn Vision Gaming02:15 IST (June 13)

Some of the teams are clear favourites on Day 1 of the matchups, and while this may pave an easier way for some teams but given that they are the best of the best teams out there, upsets are common at this level.

Goes without saying that the likes of Vitality, Team Spirit, and MOUZ are the clear favourites coming into Stage 3, and while there are several underdogs, it would not be surprising to see a few dark horses come out. Make sure to tune in on the official BLAST Twitch and YouTube channels at the aforementioned time to not miss the action.

Austin Major Stage 3 Pick’Ems Guide: Road to Diamond Coin

After a largely unpredictable Stage 2 filled with devastating upsets and surprise outcomes, BLAST Austin Major 2025 Pick’Ems have been left in shambles for the vast majority of players.

However, even if your Pick’Ems for Stage 2 didn’t pan out as you had hoped, don’t give up just yet — there’s still a chance to secure the Gold Coin for the Austin Major, even if the Diamond Coin is out of reach. On the other hand, if you’re still in the running for the fabled Diamond Coin, rest assured that this is shaping up to be one of the rarest Diamond Coins in Pick’Em history.

In this article, we will guide you through the Pick’Ems for Stage 3 of the Austin Major. As always, keep in mind that these picks carry a certain level of risk, and with the volatile form of the participating teams, it can be quite difficult to predict the accurate outcomes of the matchups.

Austin Major Stage 3 Pick’Ems Guide

Before we get started on the Stage 3 Pick’Ems for the Austin Major 2025, it’s important to note that the picks for this stage lock within the next few hours. So, if you’re a Viewer Pass owner and wish to secure your missions, be sure to lock in your picks as soon as possible.

With that being said, here are our picks for the Austin Major Stage 3 Pick’Ems:

  • 3-0 Picks: Vitality, Spirit
  • 3-1 & 3-2 Picks: MOUZ, Aurora, MongolZ, FaZe, NAVI, Legacy
  • 0-3 Picks: Lynn Vision, Nemiga
Austin Major Stage 3 Pick’Ems Guide

Vitality and Spirit are likely the top contenders for the 3-0 slot, with the former being the favorites to win the entire tournament due to their recent win record. MOUZ also has a fair shot at the 3-0 spot, but we’re sticking to the first two here.

Despite their recent wins against the Falcons and B8, Lynn Vision remains the safest option for the 0-3 pick. Nemiga is also one of the top picks for this slot.

Again, the unpredictable nature of BO1s can easily mess up the 3-0 and 0-3 picks, making them some of the riskiest choices in the lineup.

You can replace Legacy with G2 or FURIA in your Pick’Ems, but we decided to include it in our 3-1 and 3-2 slots due to the sheer momentum they’re carrying from Stage 2. For the same reason, it won’t be too surprising if they fail to make it to the Playoffs after dropping a couple of games.

And that concludes our Pick’Ems for Austin Major Stage 3. After you’re done with your picks, be sure to save them by clicking on the green button at the bottom of the screen.

Valorant Mobile Beta Launch: Date, Supported Devices, and More

The highly anticipated Valorant Mobile is finally approaching its beta launch phase. After years of development and speculation, Riot Games has confirmed concrete details about the mobile adaptation of their popular PC title. Here’s everything you need to know about accessing the mobile adaptation.

Valorant Mobile Official Beta Launch Date

Valorant Mobile’s closed beta is set to go live on June 12, 2025, exclusively in China. The beta recruitment period runs from June 9 to June 16, 2025, giving players a limited window to secure access. This marks a significant milestone for the franchise, as it represents the first official mobile release after years of development and anticipation.

Currently, the beta is restricted to Chinese app stores, requiring players outside China to use VPN services, though this doesn’t guarantee access. Pre-registration is exclusively available through WeChat or QQ accounts, with participants receiving priority based on their registration status.

Valorant Mobile System Requirements

Android Device Specifications

Valorant Mobile has been optimized to run on a wide range of Android devices, ensuring broad accessibility:

  • Processor: Snapdragon 450, MediaTek P60, or Kirin 710 (or newer equivalents)
  • Operating System: Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or later
  • RAM: Minimum 3GB required
  • Storage: 16GB free space needed

iOS Device Requirements

Apple device users will need relatively modest specifications to run the game:

NEMIGA Upsets HEROIC to Reach BLAST.tv Austin Major Stage 3

Nemiga is through to Stage 3 of BLAST.tv Austin Major, having outclassed HEROIC with a 2-0 scoreline. Despite being the underdogs coming into the series, a show of grit and resilience saw the organisation go through to the next stage of the Major, where the big names await.

VETO

  • HEROIC removed Inferno
  • Nemiga removed Nuke
  • HEROIC picked Mirage
  • Nemiga picked Dust2
  • Nemiga removed Anubis
  • HEROIC removed Ancient
  • Train was left over

Map 1: Mirage; Pick: HEROIC; Winner: Nemiga

Losing out on the pistol, Nemiga managed to lose their grip on the game, leading to HEROIC pulling ahead with a string of 6 rounds, but Nemiga did pull in a few rounds back before closing the half. While HEROIC posted a massive lead, the 4 rounds won by Nemiga became the foundation for them to make a comeback. Having won most of the rounds, the Russian side not only managed to level the score, but the final round of the map saw them steal a victory right from the clutches of the Danish side. khaN with 9 AWP kills proved to be instrumental in helping Nemiga secure an early.

Map 2: Dust2; Pick: Nemiga ; Winner: Nemiga

Having secured an important win in Mirage, Nemiga won 7 rounds to open Dust 2 before HEROIC could get on the board. Having won only 3 rounds, they had no choice but to walk into the second half with a massive 9-3 deficit to surmount. As HEROIC continued to get closer, Nemiga’s massive lead gave them enough buffer to ignore a few lost rounds. Having traded a few rounds back and forth, Nemiga managed to push the game over the line.

While this major has seen its fair share of upsets, HEROIC joins the likes of Falcons to be a top side to crash out of the event unexpectedly. It is hard to assume whether the organisation can bounce back, and the post-major roster shuffle will see two of HEROIC’s key pieces in their coach and AWPer SunPayus, join the ranks of G2.

How to Find Buried Treasure in Dune Awakening?

0

The unforgiving deserts of Arrakis may seem vast and intimidating at first, but with the right tools and a keen eye, players in Dune Awakening can uncover hidden caches buried beneath the sand. These stashes can reward explorers with Solaris, essential crafting materials, and occasionally powerful gear, depending on your luck. While the side quest “Buried Treasure” introduces this mechanic early on, it doesn’t provide enough direction. Here’s a detailed breakdown of how to efficiently locate and excavate buried treasure in Dune Awakening.

Before venturing into the desert in search of buried treasure, you must first obtain two essential Fremen tools: the Handheld Resource Scanner and the Static Compactor. These become accessible once you complete the Second Trial of Aql, part of the Vermillius Gap progression.

How to Find Buried Treasure in Dune Awakening?

The Scanner is a cartographic tool used to detect resource anomalies hidden beneath the sand, while the Compactor is responsible for unearthing the buried cache. Crafting the Scanner requires nine Iron Ingots and six EMF Generators, while the Compactor demands ten Iron Ingots and seven EMF Generators. If you find yourself lacking in materials, moisture-sealed caves scattered throughout Arrakis offer a reliable source of these Fremen-specific components.

Buried Treasure in Dune Awakening

Once your equipment is ready, head out to the open sands, especially near the borders of rocky outcrops where caches tend to be more common. Activate the Handheld Resource Scanner and begin sweeping the surrounding area. If a diamond-shaped icon appears on your HUD, you’ve located a potential buried stash.

Although caches can be discovered across many locations, success rates improve when the Sandworm activity meter is stable or low. The scanner will also detect other resource nodes such as flour sand and spice sand, which can be useful if you want to gather materials simultaneously while treasure hunting.

After identifying a buried cache, equip the Static Compactor and fire it directly at the marked location. This action compresses the sand and reveals the hidden loot. The rewards may range from Solaris and crafting items to rare gear, though you may occasionally end up with nothing more than raw ore or sparkle sand. Nonetheless, the effort can be worthwhile, especially if you’re after rare components.

It’s important to note that digging is not always guaranteed to yield valuable loot, so persistence is key. The treasure system in Dune Awakening leans on randomized outcomes, but certain areas often offer higher returns with lower risk.
