Riot Games has officially unveiled the highly anticipated Harbor rework in Valorant, giving the Indian Controller a fresh set of abilities aimed at making him more viable in the current meta of the shooter.
The Valorant Harbor rework introduces some significant improvements to his kit, completely altering some of his abilities while also changing his ultimate.
In this article, we’ll take a look at all the reworked abilities of Harbor and see how they fare against his older kit.
Below, we’ve listed all the new abilities of Harbor following his latest rework:
HIGH TIDE: EQUIP High Tide. FIRE to send vision-blocking Screen forward along the ground. HOLD FIRE to guide the Screen towards your crosshair. ALT FIRE to stop the Screen early. All players crossing High Tide are Slowed.
STORM SURGE: EQUIP Storm Surge. FIRE to throw, creating an explosive whirlpool that Nearsights and Slows enemies within it after a short duration.
COVE: EQUIP Cove. ACTIVATE to form a Smoke in the selected location. HOLD FIRE or ALT FIRE while targeting to move the marker. RELOAD to toggle targeting view. REACTIVATE to shield the Smoke from bullets. The Shielded Smoke can be destroyed.
RECKONING (Ultimate): EQUIP Reckoning. FIRE to unleash the full power of your artifact, releasing a surge of water that barrels forward to Nearsight and Slow enemies that are hit.

Overall, Harbor’s rework has received mixed reactions from the Valorant community. Many players praised the Riot devs for finally giving him a meaningful set of buffs that make him feel more impactful and flexible in team compositions, while others voiced frustration over the mechanic where his teammates are also slowed when crossing his High Tide wall.
A portion of the community also criticized the rework for borrowing too heavily from existing Agent mechanics instead of introducing something unique to him.
Valorant Harbor Rework Release Date
The Harbor rework is scheduled to go live with the Valorant 11.10 patch, which is expected to hit the game servers mid-November.
Whether these changes are enough to make Harbor a viable pick in the competitive meta of Valorant still remains to be seen.
Arc Raiders has posted back-to-back weeks as the game with the highest concurrent players, with this weekend topping last week’s record. What has been a sensation at release, Arc Raiders has steamed ahead of seasoned veterans like CS2, PUBG on Steam, which in itself is a tall order.
What has blown the minds of the community is that Arc Raiders has beaten the freshly released Battlefield 6, which was yet another popular game at release and has been consistently topping the charts. Arc Raiders hit a concurrent player count of 441,035 on November 9, which set a new high for the game.
Since its release, the game has received several shouts to be a contender for “Game of the Year” from prominent figures of the community like Shroud. From receiving positive reviews from media houses to content creators, Embark has dropped a banger of an FPS this time around.
A plethora of game modes, little to no bugs at release, highly inclusive system requirements, all housed in an interesting genre, have placed the game in a very appealing spot despite coming with a price tag unlike many of the games it will be competing with. If the hype of the game is to remain for a few more days, we might see its current player peak get shattered for a third time, and as things stand, this is a highly likely outcome.
According to reports, Grand Theft Auto VI‘s release being pushed back to November is set to cost Rockstar around $60 million in development costs. What has been the series of setbacks? The most anticipated game of the decade will be facing more challenges in its release, which is now set for November 19, 2026.
While there is no clear indication of why Rockstar has pushed the release back for another 6 months, reports suggest that this time will be utilised by the developers to fix all bugs to avoid a “Cyberpunk” situation on release, and the development of the main content is complete. Given that this has been the most ambitious project by them, Rockstar would very much like to have the game running without issues at launch.
“I got a number from a developer on this, and they think this is going to cost Take-Two $10 million a month extra now. So, we’re talking an extra $60 million,” said Tom Henderson on Insider Gaming’s November 8 podcast. “I imagine you’re close to $100 million.”
This $60 million excludes Rockstar’s operational expenses, which can add a figure just north of $100 million on top of an already head-turning $2 billion development cost, as indicated by Henderson.
Despite Take-Two previously asserting that the game would not be delayed beyond May 2026, Henderson believed that the deadline did not “make sense”, which he never spoke out about officially. Now that we have another official release date, only time will tell if Rockstar can stand firm on this.
Spectating in Fortnite converts any downtime into a learning experience where you can observe strategies, support teammates, and enjoy the action without getting caught in the chaos. Learn about these two main spectating methods, whether you’re just waiting between matches or coaching your fellow players, to enhance your experience.
How to Spectate in Fortnite?
The most easily accessible method of spectating turns on automatically once you’ve been eliminated during a match in Fortnite. Instead of returning to the lobby, click the Spectate button to transition seamlessly into observer mode. This method gives you full access to watch multiple remaining players. Use the Next Player and Previous Player controls to cycle through different competitors, observing their loadouts, resources, and tactical decision-making in real time. This method works across all game modes, including Battle Royale and Zero Build, making it perfect for studying high-level gameplay and learning winning strategies.
To make things easier, lobby spectate lets you spectate friends without eliminating them. All you have to do is join your friend’s party, wait for them to queue into an active match, and within about 30 seconds, a Watch Game button will appear. Unlike elimination spectate, this only allows you to watch your friend and cannot switch to other players. This prevents any advantage, such as telling your teammate the enemy’s position in the game.
Beyond pure entertainment, spectating actually has practical uses. Observe how professional players make rotations, manage their materials, and perform their builds. Coordinate with your squad by pinging landmarks and spotting enemies; contribute to verbal callouts that directly impact the match outcome. All these will translate into tangible skill improvement for your own gameplay.

BIG Clan is the winner of Skyesports Chennai Esports Global Championship 2025, beating the French side Mousquetaires with a 3-1 scoreline. Having struggled to perform at events in recent times, this marks their first trophy since 2022. It goes without saying that BIG was the favorite coming into the CEGC CS2 event, but to remain this dominant with a plethora of talented teams goes to show that they belong to a tier above.
They came. They saw. They conquered Chennai. From the first whistle to the final clutch — what a story. Congratulations, Team BIG. History made. ✨#CEGC#CS2pic.twitter.com/6x6yw5mo7K
Pistol wins from the Mousquetaires put them to a good start before BIG converted their force buy in the following round. BIG managed to put that to good use and garner a considerable lead before the French side once again put together a streak of rounds to go ahead. The final three rounds of the map went in favor of BIG as the Germans closed the first half with a narrow lead of 7-5. They extended their lead further with a streak of 4 rounds to start their offense, upon which they hit map point, having lost only one round in the second half. Mousquetaires won a few more rounds before BIG pushed it over the line to take the first map in the series. Having found a resurgence in form, JDC dropped a banger of a performance with 22 kills and 1.56 IR to give BIG an early lead.
Map 2: Overpass; (Pick: BIG; Winner: BIG)
Mousquetaires’ first round came after winning the force buy, which put BIG on the back foot. Winning 5 rounds in a row, BIG stopped the French from amassing a massive lead on their defense and hit back with a streak of their own, and therefore closed the first half with a similar scoreline from Dust2. Starting their defense with a 7-5 lead, BIG managed to convert a force buy after losing the pistol round. For the remainder of the half, BIG remained undefeated until they hit map point. Having won 12 rounds, they lost one more before winning Overpass and hitting the map point. Coming in with a masterclass, 22 kills from JDC put BIG just one map away from the trophy.
Mousquetaires got off to a head start with a pistol-round win on the T-side of Overpass, but the rest of the half was pretty evenly contested. Both teams managed to put six rounds on the board as they headed to the second half of the third map. Switching sides, Mousquetaires picked up the CT-side pistol as well to regain the lead. Despite relentless pressure from BIG, they managed to edge out a narrow 13-11 victory on Overpass, keeping their hopes alive in the series.
Map 4: Train (Pick: BIG, Winner: BIG)
Despite winning the pistol round once again and taking an early 2-0 lead on the CT side, Mousquetaires failed to maintain their momentum and eventually succumbed to BIG’s T-side tactics. The teams headed to the second half with an 8-4 lead for BIG. Mousquetaires managed to narrow the gap to 8-7 after claiming the second pistol round as well, but BIG quickly regained control and closed out the map 13-8 to seal their victory.
With this victory, BIG lifted the trophy at the Skyesports CEGC 2025 CS2 event and took home a whopping 30,000 USD in first-place prize money. Mousquetaires conclude their impressive run with a second-place finish, taking home 15,000 USD in prize money.
