Free Fire x One Punch Man: Hero Trail event details

Garena has collaborated with One Punch Man to add several elements of this anime to Free Fire. The details about new in-game events are given below

Free Fire Hero Trail

Free Fire is going to add the One Punch Man themed content to the game very soon and an in-game event named ‘Hero Trail’ will begin on 10th January. Garena had announced a crossover event with the famous anime series One Punch Man and finally, players are about to enjoy some new and interesting tasks in the upcoming weeks.

The first hint about this crossover was presented by some leaks which featured Saitama-based Free Fire characters. Saitama is the protagonist in One Punch Man and this led to rumors about a possible partnership between the two. These rumors were soon confirmed by Garena after officially stating launch of this event.

As the celebrations of ‘Operation Chrono‘ are coming to an end, this new event will be conducted on a large scale. The ‘Hero Trail’ event will bring the Saitama and his sidekick Genos to the realms of Free Fire and players have a big opportunity to grab some exclusive items in the course of this event. The details are as follows:

Free Fire – Hero Trail Event Details

The event will be launched in Free Fire on 10th January but the full-scale launch of mini-games and tasks in this event will be added from 15th January. The game will receive a changed look with several elements of One Punch Man and the skins and relevant content could be accessible.

In this event, there are two sub-events that are confirmed for now. One of them is named as ‘Training Session’ in which players will have to complete several daily tasks to obtain tickets. These tickets will also be rewarded as a post-match drop in some cases. After getting enough amount of tickets, players can then play a mini-game where Saitama will defeat a monster and as a result, you will receive an item. The list of items is not out yet.

The second task is known as the ‘Path to Hero’ mini-game in which players will have to complete the tasks mentioned on the banner. When a task is completed, one can get the designated number of tokens. After getting enough tokens, you can use them to ‘explore’ the mini-game and complete the stages. After the exploration is completed, a different green token will be rewarded. After collecting a sufficient amount of such tokens, players can use them to redeem several rewards.

The in-game skins for weapons like M1887 and M4A1 are confirmed and Saitama and Genos based outfits or bundles might also be released in the upcoming days. This event is another big collaborative effort by Free Fire and certainly, it is bound to raise the expectations of the Free Fire fanbase in upcoming days.
