Valorant Error 57: What The Error Code Means And How To Fix It?

Is Valorant On Xbox?

Riot’s tactical shooter Valorant have had its fair share of problems, given the fact it’s their first time developing a 5v5 FPS game. A problem plaguing the game recently is the Error: 57. Riot has assigned a number to a wide array of problems to help them narrow down the search for the bug, thereby every number has a specified area where Riot will look to fix the error. Follow this guide to fix it:

Valorant error code 57:

Error code 57 is associated with ‘PlayerAffinityInitFailure, which occurs when players fire up the game. There is no permanent fix as of yet, and players are likely to face it every time they launch the Riot client. The simplest solution is to restart the Riot client, but if the problem seems to persist, rebooting the system after closing Riot’s vanguard is another way to deal with it.

The aforementioned two methods are likely to fix the problem and if they don’t; players are only left with only one way which leads to reinstalling both the game and the client. However, uninstalling only Vanguard might suffice as after relaunching the game client, it will install vanguard before asking for a reboot.

If all three methods fail, the issue will persist unless Riot blesses us with a fix, which is far-fetched as this error remains unsolved more quite a while. Putting up this issue to Riot support or Valorant subreddit might get enough attention for Riot to push an update.
