FURIA Wins FISSURE Playground 2

With no one expecting to come up clutch, FURIA has taken down MongolZ in the best of 5 Grand Finals to win the Fissure Playground 2. In what was their first Grand Finals appearance in two years, the Brazilian side walked away with the victory from the podium.

  • The MongolZ removed Train
  • FURIA removed Ancient
  • The MongolZ picked Mirage
  • FURIA picked Inferno
  • The MongolZ picked Nuke
  • FURIA picked Overpass
  • Dust2 was left over

Map 1: Mirage; Pick: MongolZ; Winner: FURIA

Being their comfort pick, MongolZ started strong on their offense, going 3-0 up before FURIA hit the board. Having hit the scoreboard, the Brazilians were anything but consistent, leading to MongolZ running away with the first half with a 4-8 scoreline. FURIA turned a few heads and replicated the scoreline to pull off a stunning comeback. With the regulation failing to separate the two teams, FURIA in overtime did not let more than a single round slip and closed the map with a 16-13 scoreline. Molodoy continued his dominance across the map with 28 kills to give his team an early lead.

Map 2: Inferno; Pick: FURIA; Winner: MongolZ

Dropping the ball after the first round, MongolZ let FURIA take control of the map on their offense. The MongolZ defense failed miserably, leading the Brazilians to run all over them. Having somehow managed to win 4 rounds in the first half, MongolZ laid the foundation for a comeback in the second. The scoreline would suggest an easy win for FURIA, but MongolZ kept pulling in round after round, with FURIA’s defense being rendered helpless. FURIA were on the verge of winning as the final round of the map saw MongolZ close the game in regulation. 1.78 IR from the Senzu level series for MongolZ, and ensured that FURIA doesn’t have an easy time.

Map 3: Nuke; Pick: MongolZ; Winner: FURIA

6-0 to start the game, FURIA put MongolZ on another comeback route right from the start of Nuke. Largely dominant for the better part of the half, they made the Asian team work for the measly 3 rounds that they managed to get. FURIA continued with their streak from the first half to hit map point, and that’s all they managed in the first half. Jaw-dropping fumble from the Brazilians not only let MongolZ get back in the game, but they even managed to level the scoreline and push to overtime. FURIA got a hold of the game in overtime, where they remained flawless and prevented a disastrous throw to regain their lead in the series. With 25 kills and 1.78 IR, YEKINDAR dropped a masterclass for FURIA to give his team the lead back in the series.

Map 4: Overpass; Pick: FURIA; Winner: MongolZ;

Going down in the series after the loss in Nuke, MongolZ started well on their defense, pulling in a considerable lead without letting FURIA have much hold over the game. Closing the half with an 8-4 scoreline, MongolZ asserted their dominance early on without having to make a comeback. The second half produced a more interesting affair with both teams trading rounds until MongolZ closed the half with a 3-round streak. Winning the match 13-9, MongolZ ensured a 5th map as the decider for the title. Techno4k with 21 kills dopped the impact after a quiet start to the map, which ensured a 5th map as the title decider.

Map 5: Dust2; Pick: Decider; Winner:FURIA;

Starting the map with a 2-0 deficit, FURIA quickly got on the board and managed to end the first half with a narrow lead despite starting poorly. Swapping sides with a 7-5 scoreline, FURIA completely dominated for the rest of the game to the point they went flawless in the final half of the series to win Dust2 over MongolZ and bring home their first trophy in many moons. 19 kills from YEKINDAR once again proved vital and turned out to be the reason why FUIRA stood a fighting chance against the Asian powerhouse.

FURIA has taken down the biggest names in Falcons, G2, and now MongolZ in getting to where they are, and by no means are they to be taken lightly moving forward. This win marks the arrival of a new favourite in the competitive scene.

How to Get Power Rangers Blade Blaster in Fortnite?

0

The Power Rangers collaboration has introduced the legendary Blade Blaster mythic weapon in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4, and it comes packed with a high-power energy-based pistol that is ideal for both bug kill and player dueling. This twinned-mode weapon brings together the retro allure of the original Power Rangers series with Fortnite‘s action-packed gameplay features.

How to Get Power Rangers Blade Blaster in Fortnite?

Acquiring the Blade Blaster is achieved by attaining O.X.R. Rank A within a Battle Royale match. The faction rank system is the core of Season 4’s bug infestation theme, as players need to demonstrate their strength to acquire top-tier equipment. You may increase your O.X.R. rank by eliminating players (75 XP each), killing Queen bugs (200 XP), taking control points (250 XP), destroying Swarmer Nests (30 XP), and taking out Bombers (50 XP).

After reaching Rank A, O.X.R. Bunkers will show up on your map automatically as white symbols. These unique bunkers can be found in four distinct locations: north of Shiny Shafts in the mountain behind the location, directly south of Utopia City prior to Rainbow Fields, southwest of Foxy Floodgate near a snowy mountain, and south of First Order Base, where the snow stops.

Within each bunker, you’ll discover a golden weapon display case holding the Blade Blaster. Just walk up to the case and engage it, and you’ll acquire the weapon for free – no V-Bucks or gold bars needed. Although the weapon sometimes shows up in standard loot chests or rare chests, the bunker method gives you the best guarantee of access.

How to Claim Free Delulu Glider in Fortnite?

0

The new Fortnite craze is upon us with the Delulu Limited-Time Mode (LTM), giving players a means to earn the sought-after Crashbella Victory Umbrella glider totally for free. This coveted cosmetic, covered in hearts and glitter in colorful pink and purple hues, can only be obtained by winning Fortnite’s wildest and social battle royale mode yet.

What is the Delulu Mode?

Fortnite’s Delulu mode is a groundbreaking shift in battle royale design that integrates the standard Zero Build format with innovative proximity chat capabilities. The weekend-only mode includes 80 players randomly deployed throughout the island without the standard Battle Bus experience. Instead, players must survive a social battlefield where temporary groups can be formed and disbanded at will, creating an unpredictable gaming landscape unlike any other in Fortnite mode.

The mode’s signature element is its proximity voice chat system, which lets players hear and speak with opponents close to them. This opens up possibilities for strategic coordination, surprise alliances, and predictable betrayals as the game progresses towards its inevitable end. There can be only one winner.

How to Claim Free Delulu Glider in Fortnite?

To earn the Delulu glider, players need to achieve one Victory Royale in the Delulu LTM during its short-lived availability time. The mode only runs on weekends, from Friday to Sunday, so timing is essential for earning this limited reward. Players who let these weekend opportunities pass will forfeit their chance to get the glider since Victory Umbrellas have never come back to Fortnite’s Item Shop before.

Delulu has to be won with a radically different strategy from vanilla Fortnite gameplay. Survival is more important than taking risks, since winning even once brings the desired umbrella. Veteran players advise playing for strategic positioning over killy gameplay, especially amidst the hectic last circles where several squads tend to survive.

Team dynamics are a key factor for Delulu’s success. Players are free to join and disband squads via in-game emotes, forming dynamic groupings throughout a match. Clever players use these transient unions to access O.X.R. Chests (two-player requirement) and Supply Drops (three-player requirement), holding better loot than regular chests.

The most effective approach is to acquire traversal items such as Rift Launchers, Shockwave Grenades, or Launch Pads. These items prove invaluable in final circle situations as they enable players to retreat from perilous positions or achieve favorable high ground when the storm encourages close-quarters combat.

Complexity Gaming Exits Counter-Strike After 22 Years, Citing Financial Challenges

0

One of North America’s most iconic esports organizations, Complexity Gaming, just announced it is stepping away from Counter-Strike after more than two decades in the scene. This is a seismic shift for fans, players, and the industry. Here’s what’s happened and what it means.

The End of an Era

In a personal video statement, CEO and founder Jason Lake broke the news, calling it a “tough day.” He confirmed Complexity is officially withdrawing from all Counter-Strike 2 operations and dropping its roster, ending its 22-year involvement in the franchise. This isn’t just any exit Complexity was one of North America’s last major orgs in the game, and its departure is widely seen as a bellwether for the health (or lack thereof) of North American CS as a whole.

Lake was blunt: “After a real strong 2023 and 2024, 2025 in the esports economy has been really challenging for us. Quite simply, we have not been able to drive enough revenue to afford to properly support a Tier 1 team.” The roster, which hovered around the #20 spot globally, is reportedly moving to Ukrainian organization Passion UA.

Why Now?

For Lake and Complexity, this was a practical business call, not a knee-jerk reaction. The organization reportedly explored every angle to secure investment and sponsorships but found nothing was sustainable in 2025’s climate. “We could have dragged things out, but we wanted to do right by our players,” Lake said. For months, fans and analysts have noted the team’s dwindling results, lack of tournament wins, and inability to attract the kind of sponsorship deals that fuel top teams in Europe and Asia.

The Story Behind the Scene

This isn’t just about one team. The esports landscape in 2025 is brutally difficult for nearly everyone outside the top few global franchises. Organizations struggle to make money unless they consistently win – or partner with betting companies, which Complexity notably avoided for integrity reasons, a decision that may have cost them financially. As Lake put it, “We’ve tried everything. This was not the outcome any of us wanted, but it’s the only responsible one.”

The move leaves North America without a prominent org to carry its flag in Counter-Strike’s main league—a status only heightened by Complexity’s storied history, global fanbase, and connections to big-name partners like the Dallas Cowboys.

What Happens Now?

There are no immediate plans for Complexity to return to Counter-Strike until the economic picture improves. Lake thanked the players, staff, and fans for their support, and promised to fulfill all community tournament obligations, including the NA Revival Series.

For North American Counter-Strike, this is a symbolic blow—yet another sign that even the most passionate and resilient organizations are finding it impossible to sustain top-tier teams amid shrinking revenues, tough competition, and a shifting sponsorship landscape. One thing’s for sure: anyone who still thinks esports is an easy business hasn’t been paying attention.

India Makes Esports Official: Gaming Bill Passes Lok Sabha, Bans Real Money Games

0

India just drew a line in the sand for its gaming industry. The Lok Sabha passed the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Bill 2025 on Wednesday, August 20, officially recognizing esports as a legitimate sport while completely banning real money gaming platforms.

Here’s what this means: if you’re a professional gamer competing in tournaments, you’re now officially an athlete. If you’re running a fantasy sports platform or online poker site, you’re looking at up to three years in prison.

What the Bill Actually Does

The legislation splits India’s gaming world into four clear categories: esports, educational games, social gaming, and real money gaming. The first three get government backing and promotion. The fourth gets banned entirely.

Esports gets the royal treatment. The bill defines esports as competitive, skill-based online games that require “physical dexterity, mental agility, and strategic thinking”. These games will now fall under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, putting them in the same league as cricket and football.

The government plans to create training institutions, set event guidelines, run awareness programs, and coordinate with state governments to build proper infrastructure for esports athletes. Think coaching facilities, research centers, and structured tournaments with the same status as national-level sporting events.

Real money games face complete shutdown. Any platform requiring entry fees or monetary deposits—whether skill-based or chance-based—is now illegal. This includes popular fantasy sports platforms like Dream11 and poker sites. Banks can’t process their payments, advertisements are banned, and anyone caught facilitating these platforms faces criminal penalties.

The Money Behind This Decision

Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw didn’t mince words when explaining the crackdown. He called online money gaming “a menace worse than drugs” and said it has already claimed young lives. The government estimates that middle-class families have lost life savings to these platforms, with some cases ending in suicide.

The industry numbers tell a different story though. India’s online gaming sector was valued at over Rs 2 lakh crores, generating Rs 31,000 crores in annual revenue and Rs 20,000 crores in taxes. Growing at 20% annually, it was set to double by 2028.

That growth trajectory just hit a wall. The real money gaming segment—which includes fantasy sports giants like Dream11—faces complete elimination under the new law.

What Happens Next

The bill now moves to the Rajya Sabha for final approval before becoming law. Once enacted, a National e-Sports Authority will oversee the competitive gaming sector, setting standards for tournaments, player training, and industry development.

For esports athletes, this recognition means potential government funding, structured career paths, and international representation opportunities. India already competed in esports at the 2018 Asian Games, where Tirth Mehta won bronze in HearthStone.

For real money gaming platforms, the countdown has begun. They’ll need to either pivot their business models or shut down operations entirely once the law takes effect.

The government clearly believes the trade-off is worth it—sacrificing a multi-billion dollar industry to protect consumers from gambling addiction while legitimizing competitive gaming as a professional sport. Whether that calculation proves correct will depend on how successfully India can build its esports infrastructure and compete globally in this rapidly growing sector.

FURIA Reaches FISSURE Playground 2 Grand Finals

FURIA is in the Grand Finals of FISSURE Playground 2 after pulling off a shocking win against Falcons with a 2-0 scoreline. Not only are they in the finals, but they have taken down two renowned names in G2 and Falcons in the process, two heavy favorites to win the event.

Map 1: Train; Pick: FURIA; Winner: FURIA

Starting strong in the pistol, FURIA managed to take an early lead on the T side, with the Falcons’ defense letting round after round slip. As Falcons somehow managed to pull together a few rounds in between, FURIA closed the first half with a win to start their defense with a 7-5 lead. FURIA’s bright start was leveled as Falcons began their offense with a win and rallied until they took the lead. FURIA hit back after Falcons had already roped in 4 rounds and leveled the scoreline. Having gone down, Falcons pulled back to hit map point first, but FURIA leveled it to take the game to overtime. Starting in OT, FURIA ran a perfect offense to push the map over the line and take an early lead in the series.

Map 2: Nuke; Pick: Falcons; Winner: FURIA

The Pistol round win secured an early lead for the Brazilian side, while the Falcons’ struggle was noticeable in the early stages of the map. Having started on the back foot, the star-studded roster recovered to level the scoreline before closing the half. Going 3-0 up in the offense, FURIA found themselves in a position of sheer advantage before Falcons hit the scoreboard with FURIA being one round away from series point. While the Falcons got close, FURIA shut them down in the final round to play to secure a Grand Finals spot.

FalleN system is working, and this win proves that they are truly capable of hanging with the big names despite the results of the past indicating otherwise. While this makes sure that they are in the Finals, nothing but a win tomorrow would convince the world that this was anything but a fluke. Consistency is what FURIA lacks, and it looks like they are on the right track to change that narrative.

Aurora Gaming Signs 8-Year-Old CS2 Prodigy ShaLun

Aurora Gaming has shocked the CS2 community with its latest signing, an eight-year-old Counter-Strike 2 prodigy named Adil “ShaLun” Sovetov.

The rising star from Kazakhstan, who has been playing CS since he was about five and a half years old under the guidance of his father, has been added to Aurora Gaming’s training programme on September 19, 2025.

Despite receiving a FACEIT ban at the start of 2025 for violating the platform’s age restrictions, ShaLun continued to grind CS2 and showcase his skills, garnering attention from the game’s global community and professional organizations.

Under this new agreement, Aurora will provide ShaLun with mentorship from experienced CS2 players, media and discipline coaching, and other resources to help him grow both in-game and professionally.

According to a statement from Aurora Gaming CEO Adalyat Mamedov, ShaLun is a clear example that “age isn’t important in esports.”

“We are giving him a team, mentors, and the right ecosystem,” Mamedov said. “And then, who knows: maybe he will soon become that guy from the highlights who lifts the major trophy and breaks the internet.”

This move makes ShaLun one of the youngest players ever signed by a professional esports organization. A similar precedent was set when North American org Team 33 signed eight-year-old Joseph “Gosu” Deen to its Fortnite roster.

ShaLun’s signing once again proves that age is just a number when it comes to clicking heads in the world of esports. The CS2 community will undoubtedly be keeping its eyes peeled to see what this young prodigy can achieve in the future.

Valorant Server Status: Game Disconnection Issues Spotted Around the World

Valorant players on PlayStation 5, Xbox, and Windows are currently experiencing game disconnection issues across the board on September 20, 2025, which led Riot Games to investigate the technical issues affecting their tactical shooter.

The game disconnection issue was initially reported at around 4:28 PM IST (GMT+5:30), when Riot Games also confirmed the extensive connectivity issues on their official server status page. The official report confirmed the development team was “aware of a problem causing players to disconnect from their games and are investigating the problem,” with all three major gaming platforms, PlayStation 5, Xbox, and Windows PC, suffering from the technical issues.

Valorant Server Status

The disconnection problems are a major inconvenience for Valorant players, as the server outage is affecting almost all servers across all regions. Several players complained of not being able to get stable connections in ongoing matches.

If you are also facing the disconnection issue, you should keep an eye on Riot Games’ official status page for any updates.

Where Do Valorant Replays Get Saved? File Location Guide

After over five years of relentless demand from the community, Riot Games has finally added a replay system to Valorant with the game’s 11.06 update. While the overall functionality of this newly-added replay system is fairly intuitive, a lot of players are getting confused about the location where the replay files are saved.

For the uninitiated, the long-awaited Valorant replay system enables players to check out their match replays and analyze them from different perspectives, but there’s a catch. Players are only allowed to check replays of their own games within the current patch, which means that you won’t be able to watch match recaps of your favorite pro or check out replays from a different patch.

Despite these drawbacks, the Valorant replay system is still an incredibly useful tool, whether you’re trying to improve your gameplay by analyzing your matches or just looking to make some highlight reels of your craziest flickshots.

How To Watch Replays in Valorant?

Before we get to the Valorant replay file location, it’s important to know how to watch your own match replays in the first place.

To watch your full match replays in Valorant, simply follow these steps:

  • Play at least one game in the current patch.
  • Head to your ‘Career’ page.
  • Go to the ‘Match History’ section.
  • Click on the game that you wish to watch.
  • Hit the download button located on the page.

Now all you need to do is wait for the download to finish and press play.

Valorant Replay File Location

Now that you’re aware of how to watch replays in Valorant, you should also learn where your replay files are saved.

To find your Valorant replay files, all you need to do is head over to the following folder:

C:\\Users\USER\AppData\Local\VALORANT\Saved\Demos

Once there, you’ll be able to see a list of your saved Valorant replays.

Note that it’s not possible to export the Valorant replay files in a video format at the time of writing.

How to Fix HVCI Enabled Error in Valorant?

0

The “HVCI enabled” issue in Valorant has been a major roadblock for players after Riot Games updated its Vanguard anti-cheat system last year. The error usually presents itself as a “VAN: RESTRICTION” message informing you that your account does not pass the requirements to play, citing that HVCI must be enabled.

In this article, we will explain what HVCI is and how to enable it correctly. Without wasting further time, let’s dig into it.

What is HVCI Enabled Error?

HVCI is an abbreviation for Hypervisor-Protected Code Integrity, otherwise called Memory Integrity. This Windows security component builds a separate virtual environment that will not allow malicious software to interfere with your computer’s kernel. In essence, it is like an impenetrable security wall that makes it extremely difficult for cheaters to inject harmful code or employ sophisticated hacks that run at the kernel level.

Riot Games instituted this requirement following a summer 2024 Vanguard update to make their anti-cheat mechanism stronger. As GamingDoc, the developer of Vanguard, attested on July 10, 2024, the move was aimed at enhancing security against advanced cheating techniques. The requirement ensures that Valorant executes in an environment that is secure and where kernel-level cheats will not be able to circumvent the anti-cheat mechanism with ease.

How to Fix HVCI Enabled Error in Valorant?

HVCI Enabled Error

The most straightforward fix involves enabling Memory Integrity through Windows Security settings. This solution works for most players experiencing the HVCI error, particularly those using Windows 10, where the feature isn’t enabled by default.

First, open Settings for Windows by clicking the Start button and choosing the Settings (cog) icon. Go to “Update & Security” and then click on “Windows Security.” Under the Protection areas section, choose “Device Security.” Find “Core Isolation” and click on “Core Isolation Details.” Lastly, flip the “Memory Integrity” switch to “On” and shut down your computer.

For Windows 11 users, the route is a little different: go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Windows Security > Device Security > Core Isolation Details and turn on Memory Integrity.

If the initial solution fails, some advanced diagnostic procedures can solve more in-depth instances of the HVCI error. Let’s check them out one by one.

BIOS Virtualization Settings

If Memory Integrity doesn’t show up as an option in Windows Security, the problem is usually with virtualization being turned off in your system BIOS. You’ll have to reboot your computer and access the BIOS setup using keys such as F2, F10, F12, or Delete while booting up. Search for “Virtualization Technology,” “Intel VT-x,” or “AMD-V” within your BIOS settings and turn it on. The location changes with the manufacturer, so refer to your motherboard manual for details.

Driver Compatibility Issues

Incompatible drivers, especially older Logitech drivers and software, often cause HVCI from successfully enabling. When you try to enable Memory Integrity, Windows will show a list of incompatible drivers in case there are any. Remove offending drivers via Device Manager by opening up categories such as “Human Interface Devices,” “Keyboards,” and “Mice and other pointing devices,” right-clicking on Logitech-related devices, and then choosing “Uninstall device.”

Group Policy Editor Configuration

For users of Windows Pro and Enterprise, turning on Virtualization Based Security via the Group Policy Editor can help fix chronic problems. Press Windows + R, enter “gpedit.msc,” and go to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Device Guard. Double-click on “Turn On Virtualization Based Security,” choose “Enabled,” click “Apply,” and reboot.

Vanguard Reinstallation

At times, corrupted Vanguard files result in the HVCI error. Reinstalling Vanguard solves this. To do so, open the Riot Games Client, locate the Vanguard icon from the system tray, right-click it, and choose “More > Uninstall Vanguard.” Restart your computer and then reopen the Riot client. Vanguard will reinstall automatically.

Registry Editor Method

As a last resort, HVCI can be enabled by advanced users using the Windows Registry Editor. Press Windows + R, enter “regedit,” and go to “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\DeviceGuard\Scenarios\HypervisorEnforcedCodeIntegrity.” Set the “Enabled” value to 1, then reboot your computer. Be careful with registry edits since improper changes can lead to system instability.

Verdict

To avoid future HVCI-related issues, maintain updated system drivers, particularly graphics and motherboard drivers. Avoid installing third-party software that might conflict with Windows security features, and keep your Windows installation current with the latest updates.

Game users with Logitech gaming peripherals need to be especially careful to keep their drivers up to date, as older Logitech drivers are often not compatible with Memory Integrity. Try updating to the current Logitech G HUB software or removing older Logitech Gaming Software to avoid interference.
