FaZe Clan is finding a late resurgence, along with NAVI showing up with their A game, and both sides became the first teams to qualify early for the StarLadder Budapest Major Stage 3 following the conclusion of a nail-biting Swiss Round 3 of Stage 2.

Teams that went flawless(3-0)
NAVI started this stage and carried that momentum into the match against B8. Back-to-back map wins against B8 pulled off a convincing win to seal their spot in the next round of play. NAVI, having struggled year-round for a long time, has reached the most important stage of the Major.
FaZe Clan, having barely qualified, turned it around in Stage 2. Having remained undefeated, they not only went 3-0 but also survived the test of OT across two maps against NiP to qualify for the next Stage. Many doubted that this could be the last Stage that FaZe play in the Major, but it’s FaZe Clan we are talking about.
Teams who can still make it(1-2, 2-1)
PARIVISION beat Aurora 13-11, leaving the Turks in a cloud of doubt. PARIVISION, under the leadership of Major Winner Jame, finds them on the edge of qualification with this win under their belt.
M80 became the second team to secure the 2-1 scoreline over Tyloo despite the Chinese side making them work for it. Tyloo may have been the choice for 0-3, but here we are, they still stand with a shot at qualification after 3 series played.
Imperial, on the other hand, is the only Brazilian team that is doing marginally well at this stage of the Major, and this win will put them one win away from qualification or two away from elimination.
3DMAX were the last team to secure a 2-1 scoreline on Day 3 of Stage 2 with a dominant 13-3 win over the NA side PassionUA. 3DMAX had been a tough side throughout the year, and it would be sad to have a Major without them, causing a few upsets.
Teams failed to win a map (0-3)
FlyQuest pulled off a shocker in Stage 1, having remained flawless before making it to Stage 2. Still, their run in Budapest comes to an end as not only did they become the first team to get eliminated, but the Aussies failed to bring home a single map in the entire Stage 2, shocking most.
MIBR qualified for Stage 2 by the skin of their teeth, and unlike FlyQuest, it doesn’t surprise anyone that they went 0-3 in Stage 2, but it goes without saying that they weren’t the weakest team but unfavourable fixtures put them on the exit path very early on.
Day 3 featured big names advancing and a few shock exits. 3-0 teams were easy to guess, but the ones hanging by a thread are making this stage all the more unpredictable yet exciting.
