StarLadder Budapest Major Stage 2 Round 3 Recap

FaZe Clan is finding a late resurgence, along with NAVI showing up with their A game, and both sides became the first teams to qualify early for the StarLadder Budapest Major Stage 3 following the conclusion of a nail-biting Swiss Round 3 of Stage 2.

Overview

Team 1ScoreTeam 2
Passion UA3 – 133DMAX
M8013 – 10TYLOO
fnatic10 – 13Imperial
PARIVISION13 – 11Aurora
FlyQuest0 – 2Astralis
FaZe2 – 0Ninjas in Pyjamas
MIBR0 – 2Liquid
Natus Vincere2 – 0B8

Teams that went flawless(3-0)

NAVI started this stage and carried that momentum into the match against B8. Back-to-back map wins against B8 pulled off a convincing win to seal their spot in the next round of play. NAVI, having struggled year-round for a long time, has reached the most important stage of the Major.

FaZe Clan, having barely qualified, turned it around in Stage 2. Having remained undefeated, they not only went 3-0 but also survived the test of OT across two maps against NiP to qualify for the next Stage. Many doubted that this could be the last Stage that FaZe play in the Major, but it’s FaZe Clan we are talking about.

Teams who can still make it(1-2, 2-1)

PARIVISION beat Aurora 13-11, leaving the Turks in a cloud of doubt. PARIVISION, under the leadership of Major Winner Jame, finds them on the edge of qualification with this win under their belt.

M80 became the second team to secure the 2-1 scoreline over Tyloo despite the Chinese side making them work for it. Tyloo may have been the choice for 0-3, but here we are, they still stand with a shot at qualification after 3 series played.

Imperial, on the other hand, is the only Brazilian team that is doing marginally well at this stage of the Major, and this win will put them one win away from qualification or two away from elimination.

3DMAX were the last team to secure a 2-1 scoreline on Day 3 of Stage 2 with a dominant 13-3 win over the NA side PassionUA. 3DMAX had been a tough side throughout the year, and it would be sad to have a Major without them, causing a few upsets.

Teams failed to win a map (0-3)

FlyQuest pulled off a shocker in Stage 1, having remained flawless before making it to Stage 2. Still, their run in Budapest comes to an end as not only did they become the first team to get eliminated, but the Aussies failed to bring home a single map in the entire Stage 2, shocking most.

MIBR qualified for Stage 2 by the skin of their teeth, and unlike FlyQuest, it doesn’t surprise anyone that they went 0-3 in Stage 2, but it goes without saying that they weren’t the weakest team but unfavourable fixtures put them on the exit path very early on.

Day 3 featured big names advancing and a few shock exits. 3-0 teams were easy to guess, but the ones hanging by a thread are making this stage all the more unpredictable yet exciting.

New Rockstar Games GTA 6 Leaks Accidentally Revealed by Ex-Employee

A new wave of GTA 6 leaks has taken the world by storm after a former Rockstar Games employee accidentally revealed a demo reel showcasing multiple scenes from what is presumed to be the highly anticipated title.

The new GTA 6 leaks appear to come from Benjamin Chue, a former Rockstar animator who has previously worked on incredibly successful titles like Red Dead Redemption 2 and Max Payne 3.

A few months back, Chue shared a demo reel on Vimeo to highlight his animation skills. But it didn’t take long for the internet to realize that the first 19 seconds seemingly contain several snippets of what is believed to be GTA 6 content.

The video was deleted shortly afterward, but it continues to circulate on social media forums.

Rockstar Games GTA 6 Leaks

So what exactly did accidentally get revealed in the latest wave of GTA 6 leaks?

In the opening section of Chue’s now-deleted demo reel, a man can be seen taking out a bike from a rack before getting on it. Upon closer inspection, a “Lom Bikes” logo is visible, hinting at a potential public bike system that could appear in Vice City.

Another snippet in the reel shows a female character exiting a monster truck, with movement patterns that closely match Lucia’s, the co-protagonist revealed in the official GTA 6 trailers. This could mean that players may be able to interact with monster trucks or other similar vehicles in the final game.

While Rockstar Games hasn’t commented on the aforementioned GTA 6 leaks yet, the studio has recently confirmed that the massively awaited open-world action-adventure title is set to launch on November 19, 2026. Fans will undoubtedly be keeping their fingers crossed that the game arrives without any further delays.

How to Use Sidekick Emote in Fortnite

The Sidekick system in Fortnite revolutionized the way players interact with their customizable companions, and the Sidekick Emote is one of the most engaging features within this mechanic. Whether it’s to show off the adorable AI companion or to add some personality to their gameplay, learning how the feature works will only add to the Fortnite experience.

What are sidekick emotes?

Sidekick Emotes are character-specific animations that let you make your Sidekick perform the cutest actions and reactions. Unlike standard player emotes, these interactive cosmetics let your companion interact with the game world to create memorable moments for you and your squad. Each Sidekick has their own emote animation that ranges from playful movements to thematic actions, reflecting their personality.

How to Use Sidekick Emote in Fortnite

To get started, it takes only a few easy steps. First, you’ll want to go into your Locker from the main lobby and go to the Sidekicks tab. From there, you select which Sidekick you’d like to equip and then click Edit. Here’s the important part: you’ll want to select the Sidekick Emote option to bind it to your control scheme.

The activation process is different on every platform. PC players should scroll down their mouse wheel to trigger the Sidekick emote. Console users will have to double-tap R2 while activating it. Once triggered, your Sidekick will perform their unique animation, creating an interactive bond between you and your companion.

Your Sidekick Emote works across Battle Royale, LEGO Fortnite, and developer-made islands in Fortnite. This is best during downtime between matches, in victory celebrations, or if one wants to hang out with the squad. For this, there are no gameplay advantages, which makes this purely cosmetic and social.

How to Get Biomass in Lego Fortnite

Biomass stands out as one of the most crucial crafting materials in LEGO Fortnite, crucial for making Power Cells that fuel all the cool vehicles added with the Mechanical Mayhem update. Biomass differs from such basic resources as wood or stone in that it is not mined directly from the landscape but rather is produced via a certain process.

How to Get Biomass in Lego Fortnite

To begin gathering biomass, a player will need to craft a Compost Bin, a utility station that breaks down organic materials into fertilizer, soil, and biomass. The recipe becomes available after crafting Planks and then interacting with a Lumber Mill. The Compost Bin also needs:

  • 5 Planks Created at a Lumber Mill, using Wood
  • 2 Soil (collected in Grasslands using a Shovel)
  • 1 Sand, which is excavated from either beaches, deserts, or shore biomes
  • 3 Fertilizer dropped naturally by animals like chickens, cows, and sheep

Note: Building several Compost Bins is highly recommended, since the conversion process is notoriously slow.

Not every material yields the same amount of biomass. Bones are the best, readily available option with 2 biomass each. You can get bones by killing skeletons, which spawn at night. Composting only 25 bones gives you exactly 50 biomass, which will suffice to craft one Power Cell.

To get even more yield, Brute Scales and Cursed Bones each yield 3 biomass, although they are much rarer. Cow, wolf, and sheep meat also works quite well and produces consistent biomass yield. Other organic items, such as berries, eggs, vines, and wheat, can be composted but typically yield less biomass and additional products like fertilizer and soil.

Indian Team Orangutan Eliminated From PMGC 2025

The champions of BMSD 2025, Orangutan, entered the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2025 with high hopes. Led by Aaru and featuring players like Attanki, AkOP, and Wizzgod, the team could not perform as expected. In the Gauntlet Stage, they finished 11th, where only the top seven teams qualified for the Finals.

They then moved to the Green Group in the Group Stage, played from 28 to 30 November, but continued to struggle and ended in 14th place. Only the top three teams qualified for the Grand Finals, while teams from 4th to 11th moved to the Last Chance stage. The bottom five were eliminated, which included Orangutan. With this result, India’s first hope is out of the tournament. The country’s remaining hope, True Rippers, will now compete in Group Red from 2 to 4 December.

StarLadder Budapest Major Stage 2 Round 1 Recap

Following the conclusion of a blockbuster Stage 1, the StarLadder Budapest Major Stage 2 is underway. Eight teams that directly booked their spot in Stage 2 will be facing the eight that made it here through Stage 1. 8 out of the 16 will be making it to Stage 3, and given how Stage 1 went, we can hardly predict who will go through.

Round 1 At A Glance

Team 1ScoreTeam 2
Astralis10 – 13Ninjas in Pyjamas
3DMAX6 – 13fnatic
PARIVISION5 – 13TYLOO
Passion UA10 – 13FaZe
Aurora13 – 6M80
Natus Vincere13 – 2FlyQuest
Liquid7 – 13B8
MIBR5 – 13Imperial

Favourites Come out on Top

Imperial eased past MIBR in the Brazilian derby to open up the day. Imperial, clearly the favourites considering recent performances, hardly had a tough time, as MIBR managed only five rounds. FlyQuest’s momentum from Stage 1 came to a stomping halt as NAVI bullied them into a 13-2 loss. NAVI made them feel helpless and out of their league, securing a confidence-boosting win to start their Major journey. Aurora bulldozed M80 with a 13-6 scoreline, and a shaky FaZe Clan from Stage 1 put up a better show, beating Passion UA 13-10, only this time the performance looked better than before.

Underdogs drop a shocker

B8, coming into the game as underdogs against Liquid, pulled off a miracle win with a 13-7 dominant scoreline and sent the NA side to the 0-1 pool to start their Major campaign. Tyloo, having qualified by the skin of their teeth, pulled off yet another shocker over CIS side PARIVISION with a 13-5 scoreline. Fnatic, another team that went to the last Stage 1 qualifier, took down French dark horse 3DMAX, which had been taking down titans all year. Astralis dropped the ball against a young Ninjas in Pyjamas side in the final upset of the day. HooXi‘s leadership and dev1ce’s AWPing could not save the Danes from a shocking defeat against the Ninjas.

Day 1 of Stage 2 has delivered in spades, especially for the neutral fans. Given how most matches went as expected, Pick’Ems were unharmed, unlike in Stage 1. The tone for Stage 2 is already set, and the big names are having a smooth time. Days 2 and 3 will be key for the true underdogs to grind out a spot in Stage 3.
