How to solo boost on ‘Long-door’ boxes in Dust2?

csgo dust 2 long door boost

The Dust2 has been one of the most prestigious maps in the history of Counter Strike and can be dated back to some iconic moments from the Majors, leagues, and maybe dozens of tournaments. The map has its own fan base and since its re-work in October 2017, the community were yet again back with more tips and tricks to counter their opponents on the map.

Not so long ago, a Reddit user and CSGO player who goes by u/Sidekrown came up with a spectacular self boost on Dust2, possibly on the boxes inside the A-Long doors.

This boost until now just required maximum 2 players to climb up the boxes. But with this research now public, it’s now possible for a single person to do it all by him/herself.

In the clip, it’s shown that the player uses a line-up by facing to a specific point on the ground and aims to align towards an edge of the other box. Once he makes the first jump, he gets up on the box which is revealed to be some sort of pixel on which he holds, and later on, successfully climbs upon the long-door box in Dust2.

This self boost on Dust2 can help one manipulate a plethora of strategies and fool their opposition in pushing the avenue only to fall into this “set-up” trap. As mentioned above, till now, it was a two-man job but now that it can be done by a single person, this trick can be a game-changer but. We still speculate this pixel as whether it’s a glitch that has been unnoticed by the Game developers or has intentionally been placed and craved attention over all these years.

Now that it has surfaced over the social media, we still wait for the CSGO players from across the community to test it out.
