GamingCon Bharat is a two-day gaming convention in Mumbai, organised by IDEX Events with the Indian Game Publishers & Developers Association (IGPDA) as partner and support from the Government of Maharashtra. It brings together an expo floor, free-play zones, esports finals, Indian indie games, cosplay, creator meet-ups and an industry conference at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (NESCO). The first edition ran as GamingCon in 2024; it took the GamingCon Bharat name in 2025.

What happens at GamingCon Bharat
- Expo and free play: hardware, accessories and game publishers, with console, PC, mobile, retro and party-game zones.
- Esports: live finals on the main stage. In 2025 this included JioBLAST’s creator-led BGMI event, ALL STARS vs India.
- IndieVerse: a curated showcase of Indian indie games, voted on by visitors.
- Cosplay: a cosplay competition with a Best in Show award.
- Conference: talks on game development, publishing, policy and investment (IGPDA India Gaming Conference in 2025, Level Up Conference in 2026).
GamingCon 2024
The first edition, GamingCon 2024, was held on 30 November and 1 December 2024 at NESCO. It featured Valorant and BGMI tournaments run by Upthrust Esports, a Red Bull F1 simulator, a cosplay competition, an Indian game developer zone curated by Game Dev India, and brands including PlayStation, Ubisoft, HyperX and Belkin.
