Fortnite is reportedly preparing to drop a Toy Story crossover as soon as late March or early April 2026.
According to reports, the Toy Story crossover is set to arrive relatively early in Chapter 7 Season 2 as one of the season’s initial major cosmetic releases, as the Battle Pass itself is relatively light on crossover skins at this time.
Long-time Fortnite dataminers’ leaks on the Toy Story crossover are reportedly set to include Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and the villain Emperor Zurg as the main characters.
Dataminer SamLeakss reports that Woody could be arriving with a pull-string Back Bling variant as well as a black and white version referencing Woody’s Roundup from Toy Story 2.
Buzz Lightyear is reportedly set to arrive with his classic Space Ranger armor set, as well as wings that could be either a Glider or Back Bling that lets him “fall with style” onto the Island.
Perhaps the most interesting addition, though, is Zurg, as the villain’s size may prompt some interesting design decisions regarding how he integrates with the standard hitboxes in Fortnite without sacrificing his intimidating stature. On the thematic side, he rounds out the interesting hero/rival relationship nicely, which should be great for flexing and machinima alike.
While the collab won’t be limited to outfits, it appears that there may be a Pizza Planet Car vehicle cosmetic in the works, allowing players to pilot the beloved Pixar Easter Egg across the battle royale map and into Rocket Racing. One or two “Sidekick” cosmetics are also in the works, with some fans speculating that Rex may be the frontrunner for this set. Individual Toy Story skins are rumored to be 1,500 V-Bucks apiece, in line with the standard rate for premium crossover outfits.
