Natus Vincere lose GuardiaN, seized

Ladislav “GuardiaN” Kovács and Denis “seized” Kostin have stepped down from Natus Vincere’s active roster, the organization announced on the website.

Natus Vincere’s CEO Yevhen Zolatarov in a YouTube video announced the departure of both GuardiaN and seized, following disappointing results.

The Natus Vincere official website’s statement on the transfer reads: “The primary reason for the roster change is the recent underperformance of the team, which has hit a serious slump after winning ESL One New York 2016PGL Major Kraków 2017, too, has not changed the situation, as the team failed to advance out of the groups and therefore lost the Legend status, finishing in 12-14th place.” Natus Vincere are now left with Edward, s1mple and flamie.

The departure was well predicted after their struggling performance at PGL Major where they lost their “Legend” status. Although according to the organization’s official announcement, both the players still retain their players contract and have just been shifted to “transfer” bucket.

There were also reports of GuardiaN moving forward to join FaZe replacing KioShima, but it is still too early to acknowledge.
