100 Thieves Is Returning to Competitive Counter-Strike 2

One of the biggest esports organizations in the world, 100 Thieves, is coming back to Counter-Strike 2, the organization has officially confirmed.

Having left the game during the CS:GO days, 100 Thieves is coming back with a CS2 roster, and as per previous reports, former FaZe Clan star Håvard “rain” Nygaard will be headlining the return. The same report suggested that Rain has joined on the condition that the team secures a strong core, which indicates that the team will be securing more superstars in the coming days.

“Europe is at the centre of that community, and by establishing a permanent home there, we’re committing to doing this the right way, and with Roobet as a partner, we’re building something our fans can be proud of,” said the President, Jacob Toft-Andersen.

100 Thieves has asserted that this will be its most ambitious project in the history of their organization, and this time around, they are unlikely to stick with a regional roster. The organization has confirmed that it will be headquartered in Serbia, and this project will be aimed at making a global presence.

The organization rose to prominence on the global stage with its Valorant roster but has not made any significant efforts outside the US. Now that they are putting together a team of EU superstars, we will have another contender to challenge the likes of MOUZ, Vitality, and Falcons.
