Players can register with their squad of up to 5 members, including 4 main players and 1 substitute. All players must be 16 years or older, be Indian citizens, and have a BGMI account level of 30 or higher. In addition, the in-game tier of each player must be Platinum I or higher. The BGIS 2026 registrations are now live on the official KRAFTON India Esports website. The registration process begins on December 15, 2025, at 12:00:01 AM and will remain open until January 4, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM.
How to Register for BGIS 2026: All Steps Explained
Follow these simple steps to register for BGIS 2026:
- Visit the official website: https://kraftonindiaesports.com/
- On the homepage, find the BGIS 2026 registration banner at the top center and click on it.
- Alternatively, click the hamburger menu, go to Tournaments, and press Register Now under the BGIS 2026 banner.
- You will be redirected to the BGIS 2026 registration page.
If you are a new user, follow these steps:
New users must first create an account on the platform.
- Enter your mobile number, agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and click Sign Up.
- Enter the OTP received on your mobile number and click Verify and Login.
- Accept the Criteria, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Rulebook, then click Confirm.
- Fill in your personal details such as first name, last name, date of birth, and email, then click Next.
- Create a password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Create your KIE ID and click Finish.
- A success message will confirm that your account registration is complete.
Existing users can log in using their registered mobile number and password or through OTP verification.
How to Update Your BGIS 2026 Profile?
After logging in, you must update your in-game details.
- Go to My Profile
- Open the My Game IDs section and click Edit
- Enter your In-Game Name (IGN) and UID
- Upload a screenshot of your in-game profile
- (It is recommended to copy-paste IGN and UID directly from the game)
- Select one role under Main and one under Other
- Save the changes
A confirmation message will appear once your details are updated successfully.
How to Create a Team for BGIS 2026?
You can create a team using either of these methods:
- Click Register Now under the BGIS 2026 banner
- OR
- Open the hamburger menu, go to My Teams, and click Create Team
Steps to create a team:
- Enter your team name
- Choose your role as Team Owner, Team IGL, or both
- Submit the details

Basic Acceptance
- All players must accept the BGIS 2026 rules to participate
- Registering or playing means you automatically agree to all rules
- Rules can be updated anytime by KRAFTON
- Continuing to play means you accept new rules
Player Eligibility Rules
- Minimum age: 16 years
- Players under 18 need parent/guardian consent
- Must be Indian citizens
- Valid Indian ID required (Aadhar, Passport, DL, Student ID)
- Player rank must be Level 30+ and Platinum I or higher
- One player can play for only one team
- KRAFTON or tournament staff cannot participate
Player Name Rules
- Format must be: TEAMNAME + PLAYERNAME
- Example: TSMScout
- No offensive or toxic words
- No brand or company names without written approval
- Name cannot be changed during the tournament
Team & Roster Rules
- Team must have 4 main players
- 1 substitute allowed (optional)
- Max roster size: 5 players
- Roster changes only allowed in emergency cases
Each team must have:
- Team Captain (player only)
- Team Manager (can be player or owner)
- Using unregistered players = disqualification
- Team Name & Logo Rules
- Team name must be unique
- No offensive or copied names
- Brand names allowed only with approval
- Tournament officials can reject any team name or logo
Ownership Rules
- Team slot belongs to team owner, not players
- One owner cannot own multiple teams
- Teams under same brand name are not allowed
- KRAFTON can invite teams directly if needed
Equipment Rules
- Only mobile phones or approved handheld devices
- No emulators, tablets, controllers, keyboards, or mouse
- No unauthorized accessories
- Earphones and transparent phone covers allowed
In-Game Rules
- Avatar must remain fully clothed
- Changing clothes for fun or comedy is not allowed

Disciplinary Actions
