Mavi leaves Orange Rock Esports

The announcement of Battlegrounds Mobile India was made only few days ago and roster changes have already begun to take place in Indian PUBG Mobile community. Orange Rock Esports announced the departure of Harmandeep “Mavi” Singh from their active PUBG Mobile roster.

Mavi was one of the core members for Orange Rock Esports who lead the team to victories in many major tournaments in the last couple of years. He is known as one of the best in-game leaders of PUBG Mobile in India and has lived up to his name on the global stage as well.

This announcement is certainly a game-changer for both the organization and player because Mavi has represented Orange Rock in each and every tournament for the last few years and produced incredible results. This departure will bring big change in the active roster of Orange Rock who will need a new IGL for their team and it will be interesting to see which organization signs Mavi next.

Mavi was recently signed by 8Bit Creatives, a talent management agency lead by 8Bit Thug and 8Bit Goldy. This announcement led to several speculations of Mavi joining S8UL; former Soul Esports; as their new player but it has not been officially announced yet. 8Bit Creatives have signed Mavi as a part of their talent roster which hosts big names like Mortal and Scout.

Krafton announced the comeback of PUBG Mobile in India with a new title named Battlegrounds Mobile India and has promised to set-up a dedicated esports ecosystem surrounding this game. This will include new tournaments and Leagues for the rebranded version of PUBG Mobile India.

Mavi is one of the best PUBG Mobile players in India with several achievements in his arsenal. He has dominated in regional and international stages with his team Orange Rock. Now as Mavi is free to join other teams, it is certainly intriguing to see which organization signs him.

Another PUBG Mobile star from India, Tanmay ‘Sc0ut’ Singh, is currently not an active player for any organization. Scout and Mavi have been referred to as “Deadly Duo” which dominated on the global stages in PMWL: East and ranked second. As both of them are currently not representing anyone, there is a strong possibility that they will land on the same roster in the future.
