To celebrate the 10th birthday of CSGO, Valve has released a 900 MB update. Numerous players worldwide speculated that the developers may release the most anticipated Source 2 update. Instead, Valve released this update with the 10-year birthday coin along with a few new stickers, maps, and chickens with party hats.

How to get the CSGO 10-year birthday coin?
The 10-year birthday coin drop has begun on 16th August at 6:00 PM PST and will be available until 23rd August. Receiving the birthday coin is quite elementary. You just have to earn one level by playing CSGO regardless of any game mode. Once you level up, you will get a guaranteed coin drop.
Finally, Birthday Coins will begin dropping to eligible accounts AFTER 6:00 PM PST tonight. Level up any time between then and Tuesday, August 23rd to receive your Birthday Coin.
