Riot Games Wins Esports Publisher of the Year at the Esports Awards 2025

Riot Games has been named the Esports Publisher of the Year at the 2025 Esports Awards, recognizing the studio’s continued impact on competitive gaming.

The Esports Awards 2025, which concluded on November 20, 2025, featured major honors across multiple categories in the world of esports. Alongside securing the Esports Publisher of the Year award, Riot also secured the Esports Game of the Year award with its flagship MOBA, League of Legends.

For the uninitiated, Riot Games is the studio behind Valorant and League of Legends, two of the biggest modern-day esports juggernauts. The company has also developed several other popular titles, including Teamfight Tactics, Legends of Runeterra, and the newly released fighting game 2XKO.
