Primewood Heart (Map Area)
Primewood Heart is a special area that players can enter through the Ishtar Gate. Inside this location, players can find a rare item called the Prime Eye. This area plays a central role in the new themed gameplay.
Prime Eye: Themed Gameplay Features
The Prime Eye is a powerful artifact that provides a bird’s-eye view of Erangel and allows players to use different skills across the battleground. These include:
- Barrier: Creates a large shield that blocks bullets and cuts off lines of fire.
- Teleport: Places two portals that allow one-way travel from the first portal to the second.
- Heal: Summons a healing zone that restores health over time and can revive downed teammates.
- Corrupting Flowers: Deploys damaging plants in an area. Destroying these plants rewards players with high-quality supplies.
New Themed Firearm: Overgrowth – Honey Badger
The Overgrowth – Honey Badger comes with special abilities linked to the themed mode:
- Restores some Health and Energy after knocking down or eliminating enemies.
- Improves firing stability after standing still for a few seconds.
- Can switch forms to change firing modes, consuming more ammo to shoot explosive rounds.

Classic Mode Updates
Cooperative Climbing
PUBG Mobile next update 4.2 adds a cooperative climbing feature that allows players to reach higher areas with team support, especially along paths where the Sacred Deer appears.
- All players receive a Co-op Wristband by default.
- Lifting Teammates: Crouch and form a boost to help teammates climb up.
- Pulling Teammates: From higher ground, players can grab and pull teammates upward.

Climbing movement has been made smoother, and camera motion during climbing has been improved for better control.
