Before we begin, readers should understand that PMGC is the biggest stage in PUBG Mobile esports, where some of the most skilled players in the world compete. Choosing just five players is extremely difficult, as many deserving names will miss out simply because this list is limited to five. Our selections are based on overall performance, recent form, achievements, and pure dominance.

Top 5 Players to Watch Out For in PMGC 2025 Gauntlet Stage

5) AkOP

Ankit Shukla, better known as AKOP from Orangutan, will represent India at the Global Championship after a three-year absence. Although he has not yet competed internationally, his regional performances have been outstanding. He has earned multiple MVP titles, including iQOO Battlegrounds Series 2025 MVP, BGMS Season 3 MVP, and ESL Snapdragon Pro Series 2024 MVP. With his current form and confidence, AKOP is one of the most exciting Indian players to watch at PMGC 2025.
