Matches Summary

Match 1 – Rondo

The first match of the day was played on Rondo. Orangutan had a tough start as they lost three players early in a drop fight against Kara Esports (Kara 3–0 OG). Aaru managed to revive his teammates and kept the team alive. Even after losing another player during rotation, OG still finished in the Top 4 with 5 eliminations thanks to solid survival.

AKOP played well in the final circles, but Virtus.pro won the match with 11 eliminations. ThunderTalk Gaming finished 2nd with 15 points, and R8 Esports had a strong start with 12 eliminations before Orangutan eliminated them.

Match 2 – Erangel

Orangutan once again lost three players early, making it a stressful start. Captain Aaru played solo and carried the team to a Top 2 finish, earning 7 crucial points and avoiding a zero-point game. R8 Esports won the match with 10 eliminations. ThunderTalk remained consistent with 8 points, Regnum Carya picked up 10 points, and Wolves added 6.

Match 3 – Erangel

Brazil’s Alpha7 Esports dominated this match, taking the chicken dinner with 17 eliminations and scoring a massive 27 points, pushing them into 2nd place overall. Thailand’s eArena finished 2nd with 10 points. Orangutan again performed well and added 8 more points — their third straight Top 4 finish.

Match 4 – Erangel

ThunderTalk Gaming stepped up again, securing the chicken dinner with 18 eliminations and becoming the overall leaders after four matches. Madbulls earned 20 points, Wolves picked up 8, while ULF and GS Team earned 7 and 5 points. Orangutan struggled here and got just 1 point, their weakest match of the day.

Match 5 – Miramar

Orangutan earned 14 points in this match but will still feel disappointed. They had a perfect chance to secure a chicken dinner. While pushing D’Xavier, WizzGod and Aaru moved forward to secure a finish but were knocked instantly, turning the fight against them. OG finished 3rd. Madbulls won the match with 22 points, and DX picked up 12.

Match 6 – Erangel

In the last match, Orangutan defeated Alpha Gaming — one of the strongest teams — right in their own area. AKOP secured two early kills, giving OG a strong start and proving again that Chumacera belongs to India.

But things went downhill later as Kara Esports eliminated OG, leaving them with only 4 points. ThunderTalk Gaming closed the day with another strong 20-point chicken dinner. Wolves followed with 17 points, while Kara added 12 more.

Match 7

ThunderTalk began Day 2 exactly as they ended Day 1, with a dominating 13-finish WWCD. With this win, they crossed 100 points and took a major step toward the Grand Finals.

For Orangutan, the first match of the day was rough. They couldn’t stop Regnum Carya’s aggressive push and lost three players at a crucial moment. Attanki survived and picked up a few points, but overall it was a poor start. Regnum Carya earned 18 points, and Alpha Gaming claimed 12.

Match 8

This match was decent for Orangutan as they picked up 5 points. Even though they had a strong position, the team lost a 4v4 fight against R8 Esports despite having the early advantage. DRX finally showed signs of a comeback and took the chicken dinner with 7 finishes. But the biggest highlight was Kara Esports, who shocked everyone with 19 finishes, scoring a massive 25-point game.

Match 9

Orangutan delivered smart rotations and secured a 2nd place finish with 10 points. They had a perfect chance for their first chicken dinner, but a nade from ThunderTalk knocked Aaru at the worst moment. Kara Esports continued their hot streak, eliminating WizzGod in a 3v1 clutch and winning the chicken dinner with 11 finishes. This gave Kara another strong 21-point match.

Match 10

This was the toughest game for Orangutan as they were eliminated with 0 points for the first time in PMGC 2025. They were caught during rotations and couldn’t recover. On the other side, Madbulls pushed toward the top with a 20-point chicken dinner. DRX continued their comeback with 10 points, and eArena performed well with 12.

Match 11

Match 11 on Miramar again brought disappointment for Orangutan. Their IGL was picked off during rotation, and the team was later wiped out by D’Xavier while trying to secure the zone. Attanki and AK managed one finish each, giving OG only 2 points. Regnum Carya claimed the chicken dinner with 10 finishes, while Kara Esports added another 19 points.

Match 12

In the final match of the day, Orangutan faced Alpha Gaming again in Chumacera. This time, Alpha Gaming took revenge and knocked out OG early after winning the drop clash. Aaru tried to survive alone but was eventually eliminated by ThunderTalk.

It was another disappointing result for Orangutan. On the other side, Alpha7 secured their second chicken dinner of the day with 16 points. Kara Esports continued their strong performance by adding 12 more points.

The Gauntlet will feature 16 qualified teams from different regional championships. A total of 18 matches will be played over three days, from November 24 to 26, with six matches each day. The top 7 teams from this stage will move to the Grand Finals, while the remaining teams will go to the Group Stage.
