Krafton drops BGIS 2026 teaser, Registrations to kick off soon
On Monday, 1st December 2025, Krafton India Esports released the teaser for the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2026. The teaser carried the message: “Undergods assemble as a new era of competition begins. With registrations opening soon and an open-for-all format, this is the stage for every dreamer ready to rise. Break boundaries, claim your moment, and step into the spotlight. The journey starts now.”
BGIS 2026 Registrations and Start Dates
Krafton has announced that BGIS 2026 registrations will open soon for players from all across India. Gamers will be able to register their squads through the official Krafton India Esports website once the process begins. The registration window is expected to open at the end of December 2025.

BGIS 2026 will run from January to March. Traditionally, the league phase of the tournament is played online, while the Grand Finals take place offline at a LAN event. This will be the fifth edition of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series. The first edition was held online and won by Skylightz Gaming. The second edition took place in Mumbai in 2023, where Gladiators Esports became champions. The third edition was hosted in Hyderabad in 2024 and was won by Team XSpark. The latest edition in 2025 was held in Kolkata, where Team Versatile lifted the trophy, and GodLike Esports finished as the runner-up.
BGIS 2026 is set to bring another exciting season for Indian players with its open-for-all format and fresh competitive journey.
