Through an official announcement earlier today, Roblox confirmed the launch of Roblox Plus, the platform’s brand-new subscription model that’s set to replace Premium.
From the initial look at Roblox Plus, it seems to be a significant improvement over the current Premium model, offering a lot of bonus features that regular players may find appealing.
Instead of receiving a flat monthly Robux stipend like with the current Premium subscription, Roblox Plus focuses on providing platform-wide perks. Subscribers will enjoy discounts on marketplace purchases, free and unlimited private servers across supported games, the ability to send Robux to friends without transaction fees, as well as item trading and other marketplace-related benefits.

Roblox Plus Subscription Price
Roblox has already confirmed that the Roblox Plus subscription will be priced at $4.99 USD per month.
The blog post further states that players will also be able to buy multiple optional bundles shortly after the feature’s launch. These optional purchases include Plus 500, Plus 1000, and Plus 2000.
The aforementioned Roblox Plus bundles will include the following:
- A Roblox Plus subscription.
- 500 Robux, 1000 Robux, or 2000 Robux, depending on the bundle you buy.
Roblox Plus Subscription Release Date
The Roblox Plus subscription will officially go live starting April 30, 2026.
With Roblox Plus going live, the platform will no longer offer new sign-ups for its current subscription, Roblox Premium. Existing Premium members will be able to continue their membership.
Players who already have Premium can enjoy a 1-month trial of Roblox Plus that they can stack on top of their existing subscription.
Premium members will still continue to enjoy their monthly Robux stipend and access to avatar item trading, publishing, and selling. However, starting May 30, Roblox will discontinue the 10% bonus on additional Robux purchases for Roblox Premium subscribers.

- Roblox Plus subscribers will receive a 10% discount on in-game items, avatars, and other virtual items.
- Users who remain subscribed to Roblox Plus for three consecutive months will enjoy an elevated discount of 20% on these items.
- Roblox Plus subscribers will be able to create unlimited private servers for free across all supported games.
- Roblox Plus subscribers will be able to directly transfer Robux to other accounts with no transaction fees. Note that the recipients do not need to be Plus subscribers.
- Plus subscribers will be able to trade or resell items on the platform.
- Plus subscribers will be able to publish and sell their creations on the Marketplace.
