Fortnite is reportedly gearing up for one of its weirdest crossovers to date as several reputable leakers claim that a Tung Tung Tung Sahur collab is in the works. Although still a rumor, the leak has already divided the Fortnite community in half.
The collab came to light after dataminer Blortzen revealed that a Tung Tung Tung Sahur skin is in the works, a rumor that was quickly picked up by big-name Fortnite leakers HYPEX and ShiinaBR. According to reports, Epic is considering a full skin pack, complete with other cosmetics inspired by the meme’s wild theme. If true, it would represent yet another foray into “brainrot” internet culture for Fortnite, following the likes of the Skibidi Toilet back bling.
What is Tung Tung Tung Sahur?
Tung Tung Tung Sahur started as a viral Ramadan-themed song and mascot: a tall, wooden, barefoot cartoon character whose sole purpose in life is to wake others up for sahur, banging and shouting “Tung Tung Tung Sahur.” This was then remixed into more and more erratic “Italian brainrot” edits and rhythm game mods, transforming the character into a bizarre, meme-born internet icon. The phenomenon went viral on TikTok and YouTube Shorts in 2025, fueled by its catchy percussion loop and frenetic animation.
Fortnite X Tung Tung Tung Sahur Release Date
Given that “sahur” is the name of the pre-dawn meal eaten during Ramadan, some leakers and enthusiasts have speculated that the bundle might come out around the time of Fortnite’s Lantern Fest 2026 or Chapter 7 Season 2. Others have suggested that Epic might deliberately choose not to link it to a religious holiday, given how far the meme has strayed from its original cultural context.
Reactions within the Fortnite community vary from morbid curiosity to outright hostility, with some players joking that it could be the “first skin to get negative sales.” Others are also concerned that it could set a precedent for Epic to add “AI slop” meme content to the game, effectively blurring the lines between community memes and paid content.
