Garena has officially revealed the 38 teams that have secured their spots in the Free Fire MAX India Cup (FFMIC) 2026 Spring Group Stage through the in-game FFC qualifiers. These squads will now compete in the next phase of India’s biggest Free Fire MAX esports tournament starting from 26 February.
Along with these 38 teams, four City Qualifier teams and six invited teams from FFMIC 2025 will also join the battle, making it a total of 48 teams in the Group Stage.

FFMIC 2026 Spring Tournament Format
Group Stage (26 February – 8 March)
The Group Stage will run from 26 February to 8 March, featuring all 48 teams.
- 38 teams from FFC mode
- 4 teams from City Qualifiers
- 6 invited teams from FFMIC 2025
These teams will be divided into four groups. The top-performing teams will move forward to the Knockout Stage.
Knockout Stage (20 March – 5 April)
The qualified teams from the Group Stage will compete in the Knockout Stage between 20 March and 5 April.
They will be divided into three groups. After intense matches, the top 12 teams will qualify for the Grand Finals.
Grand Finals (18–19 April)
The FFMIC 2026 Spring Grand Finals will be held on 18 and 19 April.
- 18 April: Points Rush – Teams earn headstart points based on standings.
- 19 April: Champion Rush – The final champion of FFMIC 2026 Spring will be decided.
This stage will determine the ultimate winner of the Free Fire MAX India Cup 2026 Spring.
