A solid 6-0 start on the defence put MOUZ on the backfoot right from the get-go. As MOUZ tried to recover, Vitality’s early lead gave them the perfect cushion with an 8-4 scoreline. Starting the second half by winning the pistol, Vitality lost their second round to an unlikely force from MOUZ. Mustering a few rounds, MOUZ managed to get a few rounds as Vitality took back momentum, preventing a MOUZ comeback, making it a few more rounds before a streak of 3 closed the game with a dominant scoreline. ZyWoo and Ropz coming in with multiple high-impact rounds gave Vitality the necessary firepower to put down MOUZ.

Vitality hit the board after losing the pistol with a clean force buy conversion and therefore went on the path to dominate on offense. The MOUZ defence managed to win some rounds, which were few and far between, leading to a dominant offence laid out by Vitality. From a tight scoreline of 7-5, Vitality continued their domination on their defence. A 5-0 start to the second half saw that Vitality hit a series point without dropping a single round. MOUZ did pull in a round before Vitality closed the series in the following round to win the series with a 2-0 scoreline. 18 kills from ZyWoo cemented a solid win for Vitality to put his team into the Grand Finals.
MOUZ, having dominated the likes of Falcons, FaZe, and G2, have taken down big scalps in this event, and for them to go out without putting up an actual fight against Vitality speaks to the levels the reigning Major champions are at.
