BGIS 2026 Round 2 will be played from February 5 to February 8, 2026. This round will run for four matchdays and will feature a total of 512 teams competing to move one step closer to the next stage of the tournament. It is one of the most important rounds, as a large number of teams fight for limited qualification spots.
Most of the teams in Round 2 come from Round 1, with 496 teams successfully making it through the earlier stage. Along with them, eight teams from The Grind Group D also enter Round 2 after finishing at the top of their group. Additionally, the bottom eight teams from The Grind Group C are included in this round, giving them another chance to stay alive in the tournament.
All 512 teams are divided into 32 groups, and each group consists of 16 teams. The matches are spread across multiple days to ensure fair competition. During Round 2, every team will play a total of six matches, and their overall performance across these games will decide their future in the tournament.
At the end of Round 2, only 240 teams will qualify for BGIS 2026 Round 3. From each group, the top seven teams will qualify directly. Along with them, the top 16 teams from the remaining non-qualified teams across all groups will also advance based on their points. All other teams will be eliminated from the tournament.
