BGIS 2026 Announces Massive INR 4 Crore Prize Pool, Highest in India Series History

The new prize pool is higher than the previous edition. BGIS 2025 had a prize pool of INR 3.2 crore, which was already one of the biggest in Indian mobile esports. With INR 4 crore on the line, BGIS 2026 has now set a new record for the tournament. This increase shows Krafton’s strong focus on growing the BGMI esports scene in India.

This is not the first time a BGMI tournament has offered an INR 4 crore prize pool. Earlier in 2025, the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS 2025) also featured the same prize money. With BGIS 2026 joining the list, INR 4 crore now becomes the joint-highest prize pool in BGMI esports history, making 2025 and 2026 very important years for Indian BGMI competitive gaming.
