Krafton India is all set to release the BGMI 4.1 update soon. In the latest video featuring popular creators Tanmay Singh (ScoutOP) and Krutika Plays, the duo revealed some exciting details about what’s coming in this highly anticipated update. The BGMI new update 4.1 is set to bring winter to the battlegrounds along with many exciting features. BGMI 4.1 Update: New Map Locations, Game Mode, Weapons, and More
New Map Locations and Events
The map is getting updated with a new hot-drop zone called Penguin Town, where players can camp at a Penguin Statue or loot a Mansion. This area features a special crate that, once the timer runs out, triggers a drop and a celebration. Additionally, the Snow Festival event is coming to the Erangel map.
New Game Mode: Metro Royale
A significant new feature is the launch of the Metro Royale Survival Mode. In this mode, players will encounter AI enemies and Elite Bosses, as well as high-risk zones. The main goal is to collect valuable loot and successfully extract it from the area before you are eliminated.
New Weapons and Items
Players can look forward to new items to use in battle. This includes a Fish Rocket Launcher for damaging enemies and a Snowboard that can make your opponents slip on the ice. For healing and speed, there is a new item called the Blue Fin Tuna Syringe, which increases health and allows for faster movement.
Quality of Life and Cosmetic Updates
The update makes looting easier, allowing players to pick up items from crates and even move trucks without difficulty. A new Royal Pass is available, offering fresh clothes, skins, and emotes. The update also mentions the arrival of ‘crazy supercars’ and a new ‘Ruhani Voice Pack’ for solo players.
BGMI New 4.1 Update: New Rozhok Watercity
The BGMI new update is set to completely change the Rozhok and Water City this winter. The city has now changed where you’ll find ports, snow, new houses, locations, and more. Currently, hardly any teams land in Water City, but now, in the 4.1 update, we can expect more fights there along with Rozhok.

BGMI 4.1 Update Release Date and Time
Krafton has not yet officially announced the BGMI 4.1 update release date and time. However, based on the pattern of previous updates, the new version is expected to roll out between November 11 and 16, 2025. According to in-game leaks, there’s a high chance that the update will drop on November 12, 2025, early in the morning, around 6:30 AM IST.
